In negotiations to buy when the vehiclecwas sold!

I just bought a vehicle from your dealership, came back to buy another one. Waiting for a call from Salesman with their best price and what fo we receive....a call stating the same salesperson sold the vehicle! We had the vehicle checked out, test drove it - put in time.......serioys buyers and this is how we are treated? Wow! Small town and word of mouth goes along way. This is how you treat a repeat customer......find this very sad!!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Get sales to write down and comformation of what they said

We were looking to purchase two vehicals. First one we bought and had great experience and all went well..with in a week of purchase. we looked at a second vehical which was a truck.. same sales man..but totally different experience. Now it brings in questions about statements they made about the first .. should stand behind your words.. I seemed to think the old sayings about used care salesman being a thing of the past.. mike

I recently purchased a 2008 Ford Taurus AWD from this dealer. Some weeks later it appeared that there was a leak in the trunk. I took the car to Dave Landon Motors for repair. It determined that it was in fact condensation. The carpet was removed and cleaned and a prevention tip was provided by the dealer principal, Todd Landon. The cost was reasonable, the problem solved, and I was impressed with the service level. I continue to be pleased with my purchase, and will certainly return to this dealer for any future service needs. Brian Thurber

Took a ferry..drove 60 km for poor attitude!

2011 ranger,still under warranty,too busy to do a toms reset.said I neededto make appointment. Went to kal tire....took 5 min max. Guess who's not getting my service business
