Absolutely terrible.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin .. my car broke down on the side of central. I called a tow and looked up the closest Chevy dealership which happened to be Dave White. Had it towed there. Told them my belt wasn’t working when the motor was turned over .. they wanted to run a diagnostic test.. I told them it was not needed just turn the key over and look.. Like a real mechanic. I told them I didn’t want to pay $90 for a scan when Auto Zone and any other place such as would do it for FREE. So they wanted $1,100 for a crank gear, timing belt, and labor. That’s absolutely robbery. I still can not fathom how ANYONE can charge $89.99 for a diagnostic scan. It’s insane. So I called a place in Defiance, Ohio that can do it all under $600 ... when I walked in to get my keys I told them I wasn’t paying the $89.99 for something that wasn’t needed. I’m not gonna lie, I was upset and irritated. The manager came around walking super fast and looked annoyed and gave me my key. He said I wasn’t welcomed back. I said that’s fine I will be reporting you guys to the state attorney general office and the BBB. I was on the phone during all this and as I was walking out the manager and a service person followed me to the door and asked if I had something else to say in an extremely threatening manner. The person who followed me to the door and asked if I had something to say was Kyle Ganues. Needless to say I’ll never be going there again. PLEASE avoid at all cost!! Go ANYWHERE else. They will rip you off completely and outrageously. And their customer service is extremely unprofessional..

Awful service

If zero stars were an option they'd get it. Absolute nightmare of service. Didn't fix a thing on my list and after I paid for it they decided to tell me it wasn't fixed even though they claimed it was. Refused the car and left and called everyday for 3 weeks with no responses. Won't refund my money for the issues unfixed that I paid for nor will they fix what I paid for. Lawyer is getting involved now. DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVIC

Great dealership, friendly and attentive salesperson

During my recent car shopping expedition I drove dozens of cars at dozens of dealerships. I came to THIS dealership 4 times for different models. No matter what I wanted to drive, my salesperson Tanner Newland, was always willing to make sure the car I wanted to drive was brought to me and that I had all my questions answered. He never pressured me and was always available for questions. Callbacks were always done.

I would recommend this dealer.

Got a brand equinox and couldn't be happier.

We walked in and couple hours later we had a new car. So happy Tyler Dunphy was so helpful and would highly recommend!! I wouldn't ever go to another car dealership. Fast, friendly and helpful.

Very unhappy customer

Recently purchased a car. 4000 miles later, the transmission went out. Joseph peatee, my salesman or nobody else will return my calls. And they drove the car the day before and told me that there was nothing wrong with it. Now I'm stuck with a car payment an a vehicle I cannot drive. I'm pissed, and disappointed that they treat people like this. I will not tell anyone about this place

Great sales, awful service dept

Had a great experience with the purchase. I am having issues with the heater. I have had it in twice this week, they tell me its fixed and I get home and its not fixed. So far i am $100 in the hole and have wasted 2 days this week. Never buy from here again.

Contacted Mr. Dunphry to find us a red 2011 new Equinox. He looked for a couple days and called back and said there were none to be found. End of conversation. Two days later we got a call from Craig Viers at Randy Wise Chevrolet in Milan, Michigan and they had found us one in Columbus, Ohio. Two days later we paid for it and picked it up from Milan and drove away a happy customer. Seems that the Ohio dealership should have known more about the Ohio stock than a Michigan one, but oh well. We found what we wanted.
