not good customer service

The purchase and attention of the seller Roberto Munoz was excellent 5 start. A Tiguan SEL 2018. But buy a mechanical protection cover and it was not what it was. The purchase was Saturday afternoon, Monday was a holiday, on Tuesday I went to cancel it and told me that it was not possible because the papers were in VW credit. I called VW credit and MMP and they told me they did not have vehicle information and policy. They tell me that I have to wait to cancel a policy (because nobody can help) of Mechanical protection that was not what they told me and I do not want. But the only good thing about this is that I will look for another VW dealer for the car service.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I would recommend this dealer for service. I had my Jetta serviced there. Although an issue occurred with the new part. Mike Lombardi was quick to rectify the issue and assure that the car was working well. I will go back and would recommend others to use there services for their VW's

Great Experience buying a Jetta

I had a great experience buying a Jetta. I had never purchased a VW and they were knowledgeable, polite and handled the process quickly. I was on my way home after only about 2 hours from start to finish and that included my test drive.

I was having problems with my car so I took it for service not realizing they closed a few minutes after I arrived but they were still willing to help me and Jorge even stayed late to fix my car instead of having me come back, I really appreciated that since I have a very hectic schedule. The waiting time for a maintenance it’s take to long, but overall it’s a good dealaer. My first appointment was canceled do a low service personal and yesterday was the second appointment for 3 recall and takes 3 1/2 hours.

Did not buy a car, but still a great experience

Yesterday I was in the dealership looking at two new models of the 2019 Jetta. The sales staff was great to work with and was no pressure, as I set the expectation early on that I was just out shopping a few cars and seeing what I liked. Obviously we ran prices to see where everything fell into place and the sales manager Alfredo was down to earth and when I said the price was good but personally a little over my budget we parted ways and called it a day with no pressure. Duc and Cole were also great to work with. While I did not buy anything yesterday I will be returning should I ever decide to go with a VW vehicle, which by the way was a great car.

Bought a used 2013 Passat

I do love the car but the check engine light went on within a week of purchase. We took it back and they gave us a new gas cap because it was faulty. Less than 60 days later, the air bag light, abs break light and tire pressure light were on. We now suspect this is the reason why the car was not certified. We made an appointment to go in, this dealership is over a half hour away from our house. While my husband was there, they wanted 155.00 just to look at it. We bough an extended warranty on the vehicle. Even though the air bag light is a known recall issue, they still wanted money to just look at the car. My husband left the shop and I called the service manager. He told me he would look at the car for free (my husband was now at work and couldn't go back). The service manager told me that it's like going to the doctor and getting a clean bill of health and two months later you have a heart attack, that's not the doctors fault... Well, the doctor didn't sell me a car that has issues and the analogy was off. Very poor customer service and the fact that they wouldn't even look at it to diagnose the issue, that really says it all. This is your vehicle that you should stand behind. We will not be returning to this dealership, ever.

Darren and staff were extremely helpful, thorough, and attentive. This is the best experience that I have had at any VW dealership, and I have experienced a reward throughout the country (I am here for work). I wish we had a VW dealership of this quality in my area of the country!
