Most expensive oil change, and tire rotation in the USA, even more if you are a UF Student away from home. They know exactly how to take advantage, and get away with it. Outraged parent. Karma coming.

Liars and unprofessional

Took our Mazda 6 because of recall on airbags. They gave us a courtesy car to used while they worked on our car. After going over the car to make sure everything was ok we went to the mall parked in a handicap spot with the nose pointing out with no car on the passenger side. After we left the mall we went back to the dealership and after Tyson Adams inspected the car he informed us that for the first a a car was brought back with a dent. We explained to him that there's no way a dent could be on the car he then proceeded to show a smudge under the passenger window only if a person would have known the smudge was there ahead of time would he have found it. We still can hardly see it and there's no way a car could have hit it because it would have made a dent on the door. The little smudge was underneath the passenger window making impossible for another car to hit it and then he brought out another associate Bill Davis who was very rude and unprofessional and screaming that we are not welcome there anymore and we can't have any service from them. And then proceeded to yell at us and" told us that we would hear from his lawyer. It seems That this Tyson guy brings trouble in whatever he deals with at the dealership. Very dishonest and liars.

I would not recommend this dealer.

They are very nice to your face. I traded in my current car. They pulled an autocheck report and found that it had been in an accident sometime before I owned it. Then I got the story that the trade value would be $4000 below book because of this and that they would be wholesaling it out. The very next day it was listed on their website for sale at 3X what they gave me for it. All I expected was a fair trade value and an honest deal. They are entitled to make money. I have no problem with that. But they stole my trade and then lied about it when I called them on it. They claimed that it wasn't our car. It was... the vin # was listed in the ad on their website.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Wife went to have oil changed on 2015 mazda cx-9, been running 5w-20, they put 5w-30. pushed a cabin air filter on her.....with labor $100 give me a break. I called and got a snotty fast talking salesman Tyson Adams. what a ripoff... never again, crooks

Willie, our sales guy was amazing. This is a great dealership if you are looking for a place to go for no pressure sales. Larry in the financial office was also great, and really helped us through the process and made us understood everything about the deal.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice and easy-going the staff and the dealership was during my car buying experience. I dealt with the dealership through email, phone and in-person and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Josh, my sales rep, was really good about tracking down everything I needed and working to me get the best deal. Although the vehicle I wanted was not in their stock, they found me the car that I wanted and gave me a fantastic price for both the car and my trade. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends.
