Service Center

I brought my car to Delray Nissan Service center 06/16/2018. Someone had hit my car 03/20/2017 so there is a dent on the rear left but everything was still in tact. I have been driving with the dent and the back casing on my left light for over a year since the accident. Long story short they busted off the casing on my light and did not even have the courtesy to say anything to me. I guess since I already had a dent my car doesn’t matter. RUDE

I would not recommend this dealer.

Bait and switch!!!

We visited Nissan of Delray yesterday and spoke with Lalson who was very knowledgeable and attentive. All was great and we were prepared to trade our car for the Armada Platinum and take it home with us. Lalson then went to his manager to crunch numbers and about 45 minutes later the manager came over and told us the sticker price would be 3 thousand more because they were a day late to get their rebates. I have bought many cars but never had the price increase from the listed price on the windshield. This guy just didn't care or want to make a sale and had no regard for the couple of hours his sales man spent with us. I will definitely buy the Armada but not from Delray. On our way to Green Acres today. They already offered us 3k more on our trade. I believe the managers name was Luis but was so shocked that I could be mistaken. I feel bad for Lalson as he did not deserve to lose our business.

Great experience

Meir is a fantastic sales person... he made the entire sales process go through without any glitches!!! We had called Meir a week before the sale and told him when we would come in and exactly what we wanted to purchase... when we came to the dealership he had the perfect car ready for us... he set up all our Bluetooth stuff and walked us through all the little added touches with the car ..... this is our 3rd car that we have gone through Meir to lease and every time we have been satisfied wit our experience with him!!

Delray Nissan HORRENDOUS

Helped our granddaughter buy a Nissan Rogue that stated Certified Preowned 100,000 mil warranty. Nothing was what was stated. The warranty was extra, wheel and tire coverage extra, Greece oil and filter extra and a $1000 dealer prep charge which is a joke. An environment based on Bait and Switch. The car was listed for $14,500 and wound up costing about $ 19,000. After extensive arguing I had to co sign for her to reduce the interest rate from 4.99% to 3.99% . This whole negotiation took 5 hours and when she was ready to take the car the 2 Nd key could not be found and could not be programmed as the people in service had left. The car should have been professionally waxed and cleaned, which it wasn't. The dealership is straight out of a Mario Puzzo Novel. My advice "FORGETABOUTIT"

I had the pleasure to work with Alex today. I must say this was by far the best experience I’ve had with any service center. Alex was very professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and concerns. If you’re ever at that service center definitely check him out. You won’t regret it.

Update: I got a call from management in response to my review and they were quick to remedy the situation. I really appreciate Michael for contacting me to ensure my issue was resolved and personally consulted with the employees involved to make sure this was handled better in the future. His attention to my issue made me comfortable to go back to them in the future. Original: I decided to come here because it's the closest dealership to do repairs on my car. I went to get an oil change there a about a week ago which took 2 hours. I let it slide, but then a day or so later I took it in to get repairs done on the bottom of my car. It's been 5 days and I've called more than 4 times to get an update and no one has called me back. Unacceptable.

Been to several Nissan dealerships

And this one was by far the worst experience. Don’t listen, and as other reviewers have said - while other dealerships have adjusted to the new marketplace this dealership still fits the old stereotype of car salesman. With several other Nissan dealerships in the area - not sure why anyone would buy here as opposed to from the competition

Unbelievably Bad Service That Starts From The Top

I’ve never written a review but this was a very very bad experience. 1 star isn’t low enough. My original sales person, Justin, was extremely nice and professional but he doesn’t have support from his superiors. The cars that we test drove did not have sticker prices on them or online. It took 2 hours of the stereotypical ‘used car salesman runaround’ to find out that 1 of the cars we test drove wasn’t even able to be sold. During that time, they tried to sell us other cars and I caught the floor manager (I think his name was Brian) in a lie about the Car Fax report twice in 30 seconds. After asking repeatedly, we still were never presented with a breakdown of cost for any car. Trust is big when buying a car. Frustrated by the whole process, I wanted to talk to the general manager Frank. Now I see where the disfunction for the whole dealership is. He saw nothing wrong with his chain of command or it’s behavior. His attitude was aloof, unempathetic and lacked leadership. We are serious, market educated, cash buyers that bought a car the previous week at one of their competitors. At this point, we know good dealerships from bad dealerships and this is the worst dealership in our search. Before leaving I recommended that our original salesperson Justin find another dealership that would train him better because he would not get it at Delray Beach Nissan. And I recommend anyone reading this to find another dealership for your business.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Whole place was closed Thursday before Hurricane Irma but did they call/email/text to tell me that, NO. I even got an automated reminder of my appointment the night before so drove 30 minutes one way in a car with A/C problems only to find the whole place closed up. After a couple weeks, scheduled another appointment online for a Sunday only to drive down again and find out they only do oil changes on Sundays. Well, once again, glad anyone actually would let me know that. You'd think some actual HUMAN would be reviewing their scheduling. Never going back there again.

Mr Colletti called and resolved a misunderstanding with the parts dept. They had the lowest price in the tri county area and when an error was made He quickly got it resolved to my complete satisfaction.

I purchased 2 cars there August 2016, and my experience was fabulous. Some of the crew from another area in Florida came down and helped the new owner make a go of it. They were selling cars like crazy. Fast forward to August 2017, I get a call from a William, I believe last name Hogan telling me I could trade my car in for a new model ( because they have so many cars in stock/left over) no money down, and we can keep your payments the same.... Well, I thought okay I'll buy the new Z, after all sounds like a good deal. Because I put down $6400. on the 2016, 370Z, (money because they bought my Lexus), this is the wonderful offer. This is how it went. If you put down $2000.00, your payments would be $479.00, I pay $419.00 now. What why would I increase my payments $50.00. If you put down $8000.00 your payments would be $405.00. Oh I forgot to mention all the wonderful employees that were there are now gone. It appears the new owner wouldn't pay them CSI what ever that is. The new sales staff are your typical xxxxxxx car dealers. They were so focused on me putting down the same amount as before, that's all they kept saying. Yeah sure, I'm practically giving you a brand new Z, 2016, with 2400 miles on it, barely driven and you want me to put down $8000.00 out of pocket, hmmmm, lose lose for me. This dealership use to sell so many cars. Now they don't. Don't fix it new owner if it wasn't broke. Do not go to Nissan of Delray. Your typical dealership.

Horrible Experience

I was completely lied to by Caddy. I drove an hour to Delray after work and Caddy basically refused to speak with me. He pushed me off to a sales rep that tried to get me to pay $500 a month for a 2017 Nissan with $7,000 down. Craziest experience:( DO NOT visit this dealership. their goal is to say anything to get you in and once you're there they will take advantage of you.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Vehicle Service Excellence

Today, upon arrival to DelRey Nissan staff was very nice and professional. Mr. Alex offered my vehicle a free wash and tire rotation. Also, Mr. Alex informed me that my 2011 Nissan Frontier has 1 open recall and insists that I bring my vehicle back for recall service. I also like the fact the service was performed under 1 hour. To include a reasonable price with coupon from Nissan.

air conditioner in the service waiting area

On july 15th , 2017 I took my car for car service. I had to wait for one hour and a half sweating . I asked the manager to set up the air conditioner but it was too hot and I had to wait for almost two hours. She said that she couldn't change the air conditioner. All the customers that were waiting with me for their cars were sweating as well. What kind of service it is to ignore their customers complains in a very hot summer.

I am writing this review to compliment Nick Williams whom I met this morning 6/19/17. He was asked to put a temporary license plate on my car which he did. He also helped me with a few questioned I had about locking and unlocking the car. When I bought the car I noticed slight damage to the center console. The salesman was to get info about repairing or replacing a rim part of the console. That never happened even after I called him a few times. Nick got the info from the parts dept and found out I could get touch up paint to cover the scratches on the console I ordered the paint needed. Thank you Nick for your help and taking the time to answer my concerns. Nick Williams is an asset to your company.
