Avoid dealership at all costs

I’ve had many very poor dealership experiences, but this dealership has to have been the worst experience I have ever had. I was in contact with one of their internet sales agents, after a couple of emails, they confirmed the vehicle was available, and I made an appointment to come in an hour later. I arrived to the appointment on time, walk in the dealership, to not be greeted by anyone, except for the manager walking around telling all the customers that he’s short staffed. After a few minutes of waiting, the internet sales agent comes out and introduces himself, and tells me they have the vehicle and they will go ahead and bring it around. After walking around the dealership and waiting even more, I’m greeted by one of the managers, who couldn’t even introduce himself properly after I shook his hand and told him my name. He informed me that the car I came in to look at was backed into another car and currently in the body shop, yet they were going to still try and get me in to see the vehicle. I have a seat yet again, a little while later a sales associate approaches me and tells me that the vehicle I’m here to see is currently on a test drive, and asked if I was close in the area and if I wanted to come back. How can the car be in the body shop and on a test drive at the same time? All while I had the car reserved for an appointment. After he informs me that the vehicle is on a test drive, I told him that I will wait for the car to come back and to see if the current customer driving it is interested or not. He then proceeds to explain the car was taken by the customer to go show their significant other. At this point I ask him if the car is really on a test drive or in the body shop, and the sales associate froze, he claims to have no recollection of the car being in the body shop. Do not do business with this dealership, this has to be the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. I would give them zero stars if possible, for wasting my time and flat out lying to their customers.

Bate & Switch

Spent the whole day with an honest salesman Steve after some time the mgr Meir Aaluf came over and wanted to know what it would to purchase. I provided him with a price and he indicated the price was an out the door price less taxes and fees of which I repeated. Once we finally agreed on the out the door price" less taxes and registration. Waited for the paperwork to be complete but prior to that they requested I sign paperwork without actually providing me with the Purchase Order. They also insisted that I finance a portion to be able to get the additional discount outherwise I would lose 1,000 of the rebate. He also advised that it can be prepaid after 90 days. Once all the paperwork was complete the price JUMPED from the original "OUT THE DOOR PRICE" to approx 5,000.00 which didn't only include the finance charges but dealer fees which should have been INCLUDED IN the 'OUT THE DOOR PRICE" approx title service agreement of approx 400.00 including paperwork regarding the financing charges so the 1,000.00 I assumed I was savings buy financing a small portion I was actually going to be paying approx. 1600.00 in additional charges which was not the interest charges of the financing ; but to top it off the SO CALLED OUT THE DOOR PRICE ENDED UP BEING OVER 5,000 over the original price quoted. This dealership bate & switch of Delray Nissan is UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Dead battery

Late one afternoon I left the library in Boca where I was doing some volunteer work, went out to my car and found it DEAD. A friend had a new style jumper and got me started. I debated calling AAA or trying to drive to the dealer. Didn’t know how late service was open but decided to try that. I got to the dealership about 5:30 and there were still service staff there. They sent me off to the waiting room (thanks for the water snacks) and within a half hour had checked the car out and replaced the battery. Thanks to my service plan, l left with out a penny out of pocket. Thanks from a happy customer!

Highly unprofessional!

Worst dealership! I came in today with an appointment to purchase a vehicle. Yesterday afternoon and this morning at 6:15 am I received two emails from the sales person to confirm the appointment, which I immediately did. After an hour drive with traffic, when I got there this morning, the car I was interested in was in the parking lot and as soon as I walked inside they tell me that the car was sold yesterday. The sales person who I had schedule the appointment and spoke about the car is DJ Ikem: the most incompetent and lying car sales man I ever met. He is highly unprofessional, unreliable and tried to sell me other cars after messing up. I do not recommend coming to this dealership or do any business with the sales man DJ Ikem. He knew perfectly that the car was sold, and instead of telling me ahead of time, he waited for me to stop by and try to sell me something completely different.

JUST BAD

Hey South Florida, if ur interested in a Nissan vehicle, stays as far away as u can from DELRAY NISSAN. They are just as bad as all other dealerships after the sales. I drove 50 miles thinking they would care & respect u but they really don’t CARE about u after the sale. I left DANIEL MESA the sales manager four messages and to this day still NO RETURN CALLS to assist me with what they owe me. SO IF U ARE SMART AND BELIEVE IN REVIEWS U WILL STAY AWAY FROM DELRAY NISSAN.

Molding

Quick Oil Change and Tire Rotation

I stopped in for an unscheduled oil change and tire rotation. I used cost saving coupons and received a great deal. The wait time was quick and their waiting area is stocked with free coffee and snacks. Great customer service, the only thing negative was the car wash. They promised to run my Murano through the CW, but half way home I realized my car wasn’t washed.

Defrauded of guaranteed maintenance service

I am very disappointed with this dealership, and hope the CEO gets to see how repetitive customers get treated at Delray dealership location.  When I purchased this vehicle, a part of negotiated price included free maintenance service for life (oil change, etc.). When I came in for my next service, I was told that they have no record of that, and because the dealer (his name was Tokyo) was no longer working there, they could not hold their promises.  I feel that my trust in this dealership was been violated, and I’ve been defrauded.  I would like to escalate this issue further and be treated as promised.

I like but inconsistent

Delray NISSAN honored the oil change due past issues. My disappointment is the staff turnover and lack of follow through. Since March 2017 I have had my Sentra serviced under Their Features, such as Car wash and interior vacuum and They Have yet to do it. One last chance to gain my loyalty and if not fulfilled by Their Offering, I will be seeking a reliable Service organization. It really is a Symptom of our present day. No commitment to Fulfill. So here is my follow up.

Customer service at its finest!

I received excellent customer service today at Delray Nissan. I brought my vehicle in for routine service without an appointment, and I was immediate greeted by the service manager who then sent over a service consultant, Brian Murray. Brian was attentive as we discussed my (rogue) issues. He immediately rectified one of my concerns and gave me an estimate time of how long the remaining service would take. The expected service was all completed within the estimated timeframe given. In addition to the routine maintenance, Brian noticed a noise my Rogue makes which I forgot to mention. We discussed the issue and made a follow up service appointment. It is evident that Brian is very knowledgeable and delivers courteous professional customer service!

Saturday oil change

The service was fast. I expected it to take hours to complete on a Saturday. I also took advantage of the shuttle service, which was very convenient for me. The advisor was also knowlegeable and nice. I used a coupon from the online site. I wish they had more coupons on services or a discount program if you are a frequent customer. Prices are high.
