Brand new overheating truck.Come back next week they said.

My 3 month old F150 was overheating limping down the road.So i called Denny Andrews Ford.Saying my truck is overheating and barely moving.They said bring it in next week i said f... no I'm bringing it now . Another person came on also trying to get rid of me. I told him to f. off and hung up and proceeded to drive there. When i got there i went to manager . When he came and talked to me he asked if i told him off. I said yes . Of course nobody wants to help with my truck claiming they're to busy, but when i got there,was no one there and everyone just sitting around. They also claimed the only way they would give me a loaner is if i had extended warranty. Nobody should have to go through that after purchasing a vehicle.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Great place to buy a Ford

I purchased a 2017 Ford Mustang gt from Denny Andrews Ford.My salesman Ryan was great and very involved with the Ford product himself.I purchased with no financing and got what I considered a fair deal.Ryan introduced me to other staff members in the facility and took me through the dealers different departments as well.Overall experience was very good.Ryan also introduced me to Joe and finance manager James.Good people and very professional in all aspects.Ryan arranged for the Mustang in the showroom to be fired up so I could listen to the exhaust,wow a lot of fun.I was also introduced to Chris who installs performance equipment on mustangs and other cars and trucks.

I would recommend this dealer.

I went in nervous and afraid to even look at a new car as I always feel clueless when it comes to car shopping (car anything!). Best place to buy a vehicle

I have dealt with other dealers in Edmonton for years but grew tired of the lies and tactics so I went to the dealer in Fort Saskatchewan and was even more disappointed. Then I found Denny Andrews. From the first phone call to the first visit the experience was professional and simple. Everyone obviously knows their job and it shows. Totally changed my opinion of an automotive dealership.

Worst experience ever.

Would never recommend this dealership even to my worst enemy. Avoid at costs. Bought a 2017 vehicle and wished we had gone anywhere else. Poor follow up. Poor sales practice. Poor in every aspect.

They just don't seem to care!

After dealing with a high pressure sales person, we then had the unfortunate privilege to deal with the finance department to sign the paperwork. We wasted three hours waiting for the finance department to complete the paperwork. We paid cash for the vehicle. The finance department does not follow up or return calls.

Avoid if you want to be treated with respect&honesty

My husband and I had purchased a vehicle here just over a year ago and I will never forget how they treated us. All Denny Andrews cares about money and being deceiving to get the most money. We were about to walk away as team Ford had the EXACT same car for $5000 less and we showed them and they said there's no room to move on their price?? My husband signed the papers because he just wanted it done ... and then they made us wait an hour for the car in the parking lot after we had already paid. Since then the head has been replaced twice, and injectors once and the check engine light still comes on so we are just waiting for the xxx to just blow up at this point. We were sold an over priced lemon!! I've been a long time Ford lover as my family has a collection of over 10 fords ranging from years 1929 to 2016. But I'm absolutely disgusted that Ford canada lets a dealership operate like this and treat people the way we were treated (we spoke with Ford corporate multiple times and said they could do nothing). At the end of the day... don't trust a dealer that takes gold on cash. So slimey!! And know if you have given them your business you've been horribly ripped off even with employee pricing. Won't be buying a Ford again because of these bottom feeders!!

Failed to honor written purchase contract

After placing a deposit on a late model used vehicle and arranging a pick up date, I traveled a considerable distance to pick up the vehicle at Denny Andrews. When I arrived, they failed to honor the terms of the written agreement! Needless to say, I declined to purchase the vehicle. Although they did refund my deposit, I was out the travel expenses and my time. Never mind the disappointment in not getting the vehicle.

Look close at the contract..

Just walked away from a deal almost signed and hand shake on over a tonne cover and mud flaps on a brand new F-150, came down to a signature when we noticed that what we requested had not been followed through for an extra $2000 added to the bottom line, yes, $2000 +/- for a tonne cover and mud flaps. The payment discussed previous by both parties was close to what settled on but the confusion came on these over priced accessories we wanted thrown in.Dealership stated it was extra, we stated we negotiated them included.. My advice to purchaser is to look close when negotiating end price and to ensure everything you want is included in the bottom line. Sad part is, they let us walk away instead of absorbing the error and questioned us on what we were expecting. Financing department was amazing, no names for sales but to walk away from a $67000 list price truck because of an oversight, even with the so called 30% off advertised, you just let us walk away from a deal based on a simple error and questioned us blatantly in front of other coworkers, all this with a pen in our hand ready to sign the deal.. All over a tonne cover and mud flaps that other dealerships in the city throw in as a package.. Ill give it a 2 start rating based on the lovely lady in the financing department.. All this with a $15000 down payment... Be very cautious of bottom line and very specific on what you want. They let us walk, poor customer service, go elsewhere..

Good sales men greasy manager

Got a good deal through Jim .then met Joe who provided me with a dodgy insurance quote from there in house insurance to get pen to paper to Sign the deal then when I investigated my insurance it turned out to be 110 Dollars more a month than he provided went back to him with this information and he said not his problem it was a recommendation but on deal day it was Guaranteed and to top it all off nO one told me about a change in interest

Went to Denny Andrews to look at a new F150 to purchase. Dealt with a polite and courteous salesperson who introduced me to his sales manager. Sales manager gave me a price and said I needed to pay a completely refundable deposit to hold that price until the next day. Started getting very pushy and rude once I told him I wasn't comfortable with putting money down and signing without my wife being there. Purchased from another dealership the same week. Have been to 3 other Ford dealerships in the Edmonton area and was treated much better at all of them. Many other reviews state the deposit wasn't returned so I'm glad I just left. Terrible experience.
