Screwed my kid over
They manipulated my kid and screwed her over. Do not purchase from them. They are thrives. Had her go back 3 times to sign new contracts and last one was to convince her she had to get the extra warranty for 3200 added to her contract. They should be ashamed. It’s all about the money. Not the client. They don’t care.

A completely positive experience from start to finish. From being greeted at the door, to driving away, this team was kind, courteous, charming, and nothing but sincere. They knew we were coming, had the car ready for a test drive, and made me the priority. That cannot be said about the majority of their competitors. The reason for four stars? Give the girl a full tank of gas! (Just paid cash on a brand new vehicle...filler up!!). Outside of that, I would go there first if I were u. Drove to two different dealerships with terrible customer service and overpriced cars. Don’t bother. Call Winston, and tell him his favorite CCSD first grade teacher sent u!!

Buying experience Liked the "no commission" approach. The low pressure sales experience was great. Visited other dealerships and as soon as we got out of our vehicle the pressure started. Left and went to Desert 215.

Scammers
Tanisha did wonderful with helping me find my car and I love it - nothing wrong on her end, however...the policy for insurance is ridiculous. I paid for my car in full with no payments needed and I was told I needed to have full coverage on the car in order to drive it off the lot. It was almost 10PM and I this was not informed until signing the papers. The manager for the night wasn't even sure if this was required by the DMV or if this was their policy? DMV doesn't require this, so it is their policy. I even called my insurance company the next day and they said that should not be required. I'm having to pay more on my insurance this month because of this. My car is nice but I would not recommend buying cars in full here unless you want full coverage on your car + you end up paying more than expected. Really need to work on that policy. Thanks

Overall, I had a great experience shopping at this dealership. My salesperson, Thomas Turner, was knowledgable and not pushy, as some salespeople can be, He wanted to make sure that I had the vehicle I wanted and didn't compromise based on specials, commissions, models, etc. The financing part went pretty smoothly as well - considering I don't have great credit but Landon, in finance, made it happen and kept it simple. Like I said, overall it was a great experience and would not hesitate buying our next vehicle from them as well.
