Outstanding service

I have a Mazda CX-5. Bought brand new from this dealership. I have always taken my vehicle to their service department for maintenance. Marshall and crew are outstanding. He always explains the work to me and gets me in and out in a timely manner. My neighbor has a Mazda that was bought in Greensboro and they hate taking their car in for service because, even with an appointment, they are sitting there for hours and the service department is always trying to get them to fix something that does not need fixing. Keep up the good work Dick Shirley Mazda Service department!!!!!

recall nightmare

brought car in for recalls, got a undrivable car back, horrible service, absolute crooks. Car mow runs bad , check engine light on, lost engine cover, steering wheel airbag not seated properly.

I would not recommend this dealer.

New Car Buying Experience

I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 Touring AWD at Dick Shirley Mazda in December 2015. Eryk Rippenhagen, Internet Sales Manager, called me after receiving my contact information from TRUECar. I had already test-driven the car at a dealership closer to my home whose sales department would not offer me what I considered a fair purchase price. Eryk emailed me a detailed, line item purchase offer that was consistent with the TRUECar estimate. Eryk was straight-forward and honest throughout the car buying experience. When I arrived at the dealership to purchase the car, Eryk took the time to explain the car's features and operating instructions in detail. It was very informative and helpful. Some of the accessories that I ordered were not in stock (roof rack for example). When the items became available, Eryk arranged for someone from the dealership to drive 30 miles to my house to pick up my new car and deliver me a loaner car while the accessories were installed. They returned my new car within 24 hours. I consider that outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Dick Shirley Mazda and Eryk Rippenhagen.

Best New Car Buying Experience Ever!

This was the best new car buying experience ever! From the first contact w/dealership (via email), we received relevant & complete information. Our salesperson, Eryk, was extremely professional, polite, thorough and helpful the entire time. He listened very well, asked appropriate questions and paid attention to what we wanted in a car (CX5). He was very knowledgable about the products and options. Although he didn't have the exact car we wanted on the lot, he quickly located one within the state and had it sent the next day. The whole process was pressure-free and a very pleasant experience. We received what we feel was a very fair deal, with no high pressure tactics from Eryk or the Finance Manager Kenneth. Finally, our new car orientation was the most thorough and informative that we have received in any new car experience. I would definitely do business with Dick Shirley and Eryk Rippenhagen again. Would also highly recommend to anyone looking for a new Mazda. Entered this once but not sure it registered, so doing it again.
