Went to dealership to purchase a car had specific car in mind. Don was quick to get the car so we could view it and test drive. Worked out a deal and took it home in less than 2 hours. Thanks for a great job!

Will not honor comittments!

I will tell everyone I know to never do business with the dealership in the Fishers/Noblesville area! I went to buy a new Ford Mustang convertible, agreed on a price, went to the bank and got a cashier's check for the full amount and retuned to finish the transaction. The salesman gave me several bags to put my stuff from my old car in while he went to get all the papers ready to sign. I was so excited! Not for long though. When I went back in from cleaning my car out, he said there was a problem. The person who put together the numbers made a mistake and they needed another $1200.00! Of course, my response was no way! We had an agreement and I felt they should have honored that agreement. Mr. REYNOLDS, who admitted to making the error, refused to honor his previously agreed to terms. So, that was 3 hours I'll never get back. What has happened to good customer service and honoring commitments? Don't ask Don Hinds Ford because they have no idea!!!If I could have zero srars, I would have!

poor service, rude people, I waited over 8 hours to have my Ford Focus TCM replaced and then they didn't get the job done. I wasted 36 dollars on cab fare to get back to my house and they STILL have my car. Don't ever go there.

I had a wonderful experience with Brock Odle at Don Hinds Ford! He truly knows his cars & works his magic with finding you the perfect car for the price you're wanting! His attitude is great & he is very enthusiastic! I've been through three vehicles now & a different salesman every time & he is my favorite, simply for his personality, stays professional, & does the best he can & even will go out of his way! We just purchased a 2014 Flex from Alex Buker and I must say it was one of the easiest car purchases we have made. Great experience! Alex understood what we were looking for and search until he found just the right car for us. Upon delivery he spent quite a bit of time explaining all the features and told us to come back any time if we had any questions. Highly recommend Alex to anyone searching for just the right car!! We worked with Randy Walker on the paperwork that goes along with a new car purchase. He, too, was very knowledgeable and explained all the different programs available to us. Great to have someone who can explain everything so thoroughly. Plan to go back to Don Hinds for sure!

I inquired about a car listed on the dealer website. Mr Rick McKenzie responded, and told my daughter there was no way to secure a loan under the desired terms without a co-signer. She was then able to get a co-signer. Then Mr McKenzie told us to submit a loan app, which we did. With over 6 hours of waiting we were then told there was no way we could get payments where we needed them to be and he had someone else interested in the car anyway. Why didn't he tell us this from the beginning? What a COMPLETE waste of time. I feel we had been very honest about the terms we desired and if he knew from the get-go there was no way to do it under ANY circumstances why did he continue to lead us on and waste our time?!?!? I told him from the beginning I didn't want to waste his time nor did I want my time wasted. Mr McKenzie is one of the reasons used car salesman have the reputation they do. He just told us what we wanted to hear to string us along as long as he could until someone else came along he could probably get more money out of.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I had a spoiler installed on a 2011 mustang gt. I knew there would be some clear coat scratches from when they removed my old spoiler but I had no idea they would damage the rear end of my vehicle. Now the rear end looks like they drove it in a bush, with all the scratches. They are saying the scratches were there when I came in, but I know better. This isn't the first time that they have damaged my vehicle so I should know better. Once they dropped a pipe on the rear trunk area and they said they would paint it but rather they just wet sanded the area and it still looks bad. Do your self a favor, and stay far away from this dealership.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a used vehicle. The most honest sales people and by far, the most reasonable prices on a new or used vehicle. They went well beyond any expectations I had, and they will be seeing me everytime I have future vehicle needs!

Purchased new Expedition. Didn't notice very minor hail damage until we got home. Called sales rep. She got us in along with a rental to use without hassle. Repair took less than 6 hours. Quality service backs up quality sales. They are great and honest with dealings. They care about the customer even after the sales.
