First Class Dealership in every way!!!

By Mare on 11/5/2017 at 7:52 PM. Helped by Mr. Ken Hoyer, Mr Patrick Quinlan. Ms. Bea McNealy, Mr. Eric Dostal.

I Have had dealings with this dealership for many years. My husband purchased a XTS Cadillac from John Elway Cadillac. I have had my former Escalades serviced at this Dealership for many years and just last week leased a 2017 Escalade. My experience in leasing this new vehicle was exceptional!! The General Manage Gavin could not have been more helpful and attentive. Gavin answered all questions and went above and beyond with making this transaction an enjoyable and an educational experience. Gavin referred me to many outstanding associates within the Dealership during the leasing process. I would highly recommend this dealership!!!. .

I would recommend this dealer.

Amazing Experience- Bill Mills Sales Rep

By Dan W on 4/26/2017 at 6:29 PM. Helped by Bill Mills, Warren Barber.

Bill Mills was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had spent weeks researching the vehicle I was interested in and was very specific about what my needs were. Bill was able to read the fact that I knew what I wanted and was helpful, but hands off. From start to finish his professionalism was appreciated. I highly recommend seeking out Bill for your next car buying experience even if it is not a Cadillac the John Elway group of dealerships has access to hundreds of used cars

I would recommend this dealer.

Bad deal lousy service

By Toddo on 4/10/2017 at 10:37 PM. Helped by Gavin.

These guys are typical used car salesman and their service department is dishonest and incompetent. I made the mistake of buying a older but low mileage vehicle from John Ellway with the idea that I should get good reliability based on the low mileage and the fact that the dealer had " supposedly" done a thorough inspection of the vehicle and judged it to be in good order. On the ride home I couldn't seem to get the heat working properly but it was night and I was unfamiliar with the vehicle and on the highway so I opted to wait and try to figure out the next day after consulting the manual. The next day I figured out, it didn't work. This was an item specifically signed off on by the technician as having been checked out and in proper working order so at this point I have no faith that their extensive inspection of the vehicle even took place. Not more than 2 weeks later the dreaded check engine light comes on, OH God what have I gotten myself into! A couple of months in and an independent party performed a diagnostic check that showed 22 error codes one of which showed a left abs speed sensor error, that is hooked to the left front wheel bearing, I recalled something about the left front wheel bearing in the data from the dealer sure enough they had worked on it but when I took it to the dealer miraculously the problem was not with the part they had fixed and would be obliged to fix it was now somehow on the other wheel bearing. THIS IS A CAR THAT IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE 25K MILES ON IT. So far in less than 2 months it has required the diverter switch for the heat and AC replaced, it had an O2 sensor go bad, it has had 2 wheel bearings fail. Dealing with the service department is impossible, they tell you they'll have information by a certain time and then when you haven't heard anything and call hours after the time THEY TOLD YOU, they get snippy with you and tell you things like they are just waiting for the results of the computer scan like they're waiting to get back data from NASA or something. Last week I thought there was light at the end of the tunnel, the manager Gavin said he would take the vehicle back, today he calls and says he can only do that if I buy something else from them, That's like a restaurant saying " since you got food poisoning from you dinner, we'll give you another dinner free. Needless to say I won't be buying anything else from John Ellway Cadillac.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Horrible experience

By Jennifer Malone on 2/13/2017 at 9:10 PM. Helped by Stefan.

My husband and I had an appointment scheduled today to test drive a vehicle. We arrived during our scheduled time and saw the car being prepped, or so we thought. We then saw they had let another couple drive off on a test drive during our scheduled time. I have never been treated so poorly or had my time disregarded so horribly. We are beyond shocked at the utter lack of respect for both our time and our appointment. We drove down an hour and a half to reach the dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to my sister-in-law or anyone else. In fact I would give them 0 stars if possible. You lost a customer. Hope you sold the car..... LOL-cause you would have!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Escalade

By 4mikes on 1/28/2017 at 5:33 AM. Helped by Na.

Purchased a 2016 Escalade Platinum for $95k. Six months later it's worth $70k. The frustration is that John Elway was where I purchased the truck and they are the same guys that are offering me $70k. Stay away from purchasing a Cadillac.

I would not recommend this dealer.

The experience was great very friendly.

By vas792 on 10/20/2016 at 5:29 AM. Helped by Ron Goodman,Andrew Greenberg,Bea McNealy.

I am Paul Francis and today I bought a 2016 XTS from John Elway Cadillac. I had found the car on there website and sent a make your own deal thing to them. Today after they opened up Ron Goodman the sales manager called me we exchanged some information and a couple emails and then I left Wyoming to drive to the dealership to look at the car. When I arrived I was met by Ron and after we talked he introduced to my salesman Andrew Greenberg he and I went for a drive in the car he explaining features and information as we went and while we were gone Ron appraised my trade. When we got back Andrew went over all the facts and figures and the rebates I was recieving and I got 0% interest which was awesome. Next I worked with Bea McNealy in the finance department and she was great very friendly and informative she explained all the options I had available to me. There was never any pressure to buy the car or any product it was a very pleasant buying experience. I also met Gavin Pierce the general manager and also had my picture made with John Elway. Ok the picture was with a card board cut out but you can,t have everything. I would reccomend this dealership based on my experience.

I would recommend this dealer.

First Class Customer Service

By rhrredwing on 7/29/2016 at 11:24 PM. Helped by Miss B, Joe (sales), Warren Barber (finance), Jamie Lindgren (service).

On July 4th we went to John Elway Cadillac to look at some CTS4's. Miss B and Joe were exceptional to work with and we found the CTS4 we really liked. The buying experience was totally painless. Nothing like we've ever experienced. We without a doubt will do business with these fine folks again.

I would recommend this dealer.

Terrible customer service on follow up.

By Samnq2015 on 5/17/2016 at 12:54 AM. Helped by GM, Clay.

I went to get my Cadillac CTS fixed, because it was shaking after washing my engine. Bad idea! I went in to get it fixed and I was advised that one of the fuel injectors got wet, so they went ahead dried it so I thought everything got fixed. After leaving the service department, I noticed that the car was still shaking, so I called and left a message for the service department manager Clay. Few days have past and no return call. Few days later, I was driving I heard loud rattling sound in the engine compartment, and come to find out that the hydraulics that holds up the hood were just dangling broken off from their sockets. It was obvious that the technician have done this and did not say anything. I was furious at this point ,so I called the dealership and they connected me to their GM and explained to him the situation. He apologized and said that they'll will do anything and everything to make it right and will have his manager Clay call me the next day. Well it's been a week now and no phone call. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service received and poor follow up on the management side, I truly thought I found a place that can be trusted, but I was so wrong!! I would not recommend taking your vehicle at this particular location, because when it comes to admitting to their faults, good luck on getting any type of response.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I Came. I Bought. I Lived...

By Satisfied Customer on 4/29/2016 at 2:43 AM. Helped by Mike Lambert, Lori Church.

Have you ever bought a car from a dealer? Of course you have, & if you're like me, it's frightening to even think of. It begins with the swarm of sales people with Marlboro's attached to their lips watching like vultures as you drive into the lot. Next is the sales manager up in his throne looking down on the world & over-exercising the power granted him of no deal being made without his grubby fingers getting on it. Then it's off to the dungeon of finance where you are subjected to constant torture to convince you to buy crap you don't need that will double your car payment. Finally, you drive away wondering what third world country war zone you were just subjected to. Fast forward to April 21, 2016 when I bought a car from John Elway Cadillac & had a completely pleasant car buying experience. Beginning with Mike Lambert, the most down-to-earth, knowledgeable & no pressure salesman I have ever dealt with. He took his time to show & share features, always showing great patience & never pushing or rushing. Next was Lori in finance, the nicest & most unlike any car dealer finance "closer" I've ever dealt with. When I was done comparing cars/dealers & made the decision to buy from Elway, it took under an hour to complete the entire process. This was without question the most painless car buying experience I've ever had. If you are in the market for a new or used car, I strongly encourage you to visit Mike Lambert & John Elway Cadillac & give them a shot at earning your business - I know you won't be disappointed!

I would recommend this dealer.

Dan rocked it!

By GAB on 4/4/2016 at 11:49 PM. Helped by Dan Contreras.

I took my car in, it was missing, needed a tune up. Dan assessed the issue within minutes, turned out we needed new spark plug wires and a tune up...not surprising, it's a 12 year old EXT with 178K+ miles on it, we added an oil change...and it was in by 9 am and was out ready to go by 2 pm! Great service by Dan Contreras and the service team!!

I would recommend this dealer.

Poor service team

By Markbert on 2/8/2016 at 4:16 PM. Helped by Don't remember her name. No business card provided.

Charged more for oil change then quoted. Have owned my 2008 SRX for just over a year and was not aware of all the problems with the front turn signals/daytime running lamps. Very disappointed that the service rep did not disclose this issue or recommend better options available other than replacing bulb for $200.

I would not recommend this dealer.

AMAZING

By ALester90 on 7/19/2015 at 10:46 PM. Helped by Brian.

I worked with Brian, not only was he punctual and professional, but he was also laid back and VERY EASY to work with, no pressure to buy and was EXTREMELY helpful with my situation and I couldn't be any happier with my used car purchase, And as I waited to go into the finance office (15 minutes there was one deal ahead of mine) The General Manager was walking around the waiting area speaking with all the customers, and I was in and out of finance in 15 minutes, Quick easily and painless! Great Staff, Great Service! If you're in the market for a used car look no further than Brian at John Elway Cadillac!

Cadillac dream

By Dustin2121 on 4/29/2015 at 2:55 PM. Helped by Gavin.

While visiting a close friend of mine in Colorado, I had the pleasure of accompanying him to this dealership on his car buying experience. I, myself, used to work at a used car lot, so I am aware of a lot of the methods and strategies used car men use to rack up sales.. This place however was nothing like any car lot I've ever worked at. The salesmen were friendly and not overbearing.. I over heard that they had recently switched management.. I believe the managers name was Gavin. Anyways, the dealership was in tip top condition, the staff was well trained, and the manager made sure every step of my friends car buying experience was smooth sailing. I was so impressed that I felt the need to express it on this review because service like that is hard to find in 2015, as well as such friendliness..

I would recommend this dealer.

Appointment to drive an advertised vehicle

By oscar on 4/1/2015 at 3:49 AM. Helped by Pete.

Called and made appointment to drive a 2010 Yukon and verfied by VIN it was avaialble. Told sales I was driving 60 miles, arrival time between 6 and 6:30. Upon arrival at 622, sales couldnt find keys, they were in a back room somewhere. There but a few cars on the lot, so keys should be easy, esp since I made an appointment. Upon inspection of Yukon, there was a HOLD placard in the window. After some discussion and several phone calls, the truck was on hold for 30 hours starthing who knows when as an employee sibling was trying to buy the car, had bad credit score, they were trying to help this person establish credit. Sales talked me into test drive, 0 gas, computer said 12 miles to empty!!! By this time I felt very used, dealers dont move without computers, sales should have told me when I made appointment it was on hold. Why would I drive a car I could buy due to an employee purchasing for his sibling: with a credit applicaiton pending??? Why do I need know any of this, all i needed to know was the was available for test drive and purchase!!! $20 in fuel and 3 hours time totally wasted due to JOHN ELWAY CADILLAC!!!!!! By this time I was not happy at all. Very unprofessional, unfair and typical of a car dealer and salespeople. IS anybody credible today??? Does anybody have Integrity? Cerntainly not the sales people I talked with at JOHN ELWAY CADILLAC!!!!!! I will share the facts of this experience with everybody I know!!!!! I wrote this to help at least 1 potential customer can find a way to avoid this kind of unprofessional behavior!!!! Sincerely, Oscar
