worse experience ever!

I am not giving any stars to this dealer. I can’t recomend. Worst experience ever. I went with my husband today to buy a car that has one price online and a different price on the sticker at the Dealer. We sat with a salesman and we asked more than a couple times for a the vehicle history that we never saw. The salesman, ran my husband’s credit report, never provided a copy for us to see it, after, he immediately brought a paper with some numbers, no numbers related to the payments and terms but related to fees. I discovered an extra fee of 599 which no explanation for, it was clear the vehicle price, the taxes; the registration and Tag, a Dealer fee of 799.21 and this extra 599. After claiming and asking him to remove that extra fee. He came back and asked us for a down payment, I asked him to bring us the numbers , monthly payments, terms and interest rate, all information that any buyers need to know before you pay and give your money to the dealer. Nobody buys a car and put 3000 dollars down without knowing what type of deal you are closing. When I asked the salesman about the numbers he told me “ Aquí no se trabaja así” meaning that before you as a buyers know your deal you need to give your money to the dealer. I don’t know if that’s legal I don’t think it is. It’s like a blind deal what they want you to do. I don’t know if they don’t sale and the desesparation it is making them to act this way. I had to do so many deals in my life and I never was in this type of situation where I felt ripe off. Oh plus the bad customer service, he even told me the finance guy was aggravated, I never spoke to this gentleman and he was aggravated maybe because I was asking about the fees and I was not willing to give our money to the dealer without knowing what kind of deal my husband and I will get. I hope this can help and you choose to have a better experience as a customer. Never going back to this Dealer.

Fraudelant and Deceptive

Be warned!!!! One star because zero is not an option. This is your quintessential bait and switch dealership. The staff are rude & unresponsive and blatant liars. Whatever discounts you “negotiate” will be re-assessed as hidden fees in your contract. Be very careful with the Finance Manager, Marcial Lambert, he uses scare tactics and talks your head off to get you to sign the contract. Make sure you review your contract thoroughly before signing. If changes are made do not take his word because he will and has changed things. If he tells you he has a Finance degree from NYU, he is lying. He went to Interbero College( like Keiser) which closed in 2007. Then, there is Mr. Ernesto Ricardo Batista, do not give this person your business. He will ruin your life by not going through on what you agreed upon. Please do not give this dealer your business, there are many more deserving dealerships who will not use these run of the mill Bait & Switch and con-man tactics.

Robbed of my money and car

What was supposed to be a payoff, turned out to be robbed for the car and recharged the full amount of the payoff on the purchase of the new car.. This finance agent is a crook..Fire him.. Lambert Marshall..No rebates nor the offer for the car was acknowledged with the highest interest rate..What was supposed to be a 21,000 car turned to 28,990 w/16.78 interest rate..45,000 car..

Fraudulent Used Car deal

I purchased a used car from this dealer. Only to find out that it had been involved in a crash a few months before. They showed me a carfax report that was clean. However I found a receipt in the SUV from a body shop that showed $2267.00 in damage to the front end, that they had left in the car. They told me that they had inspected the car and that it was in excellent condition with not a scratch. They lied and what worst they did it knowingly. Since the auto body shop was paid with a personal credit card. it would not show on carfax.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Scam dealer / bait and switch

Buyer beware bait and switch dealership. Had a price on internet and tried to scam me for thousands of dollars more and would not honor their advertised price. Real bad dealership very dishonest.

finales de julio estuve en el dealer.Mi experiencia fue casi humillante y hace sentir a las personas super mal..estuve tratando de realizar la compra de un GMC y no fue para nada agradable..no respetan al cliente..por vender son capaces de engañar descaradamente.....me destruyeron mi credito paseandolo por todos los bancos que se les dio la gana a pesar de solo haber autorizado una sola transacion...esto con impunidad absoluta..me tuvieron mas de cuatro horas de espera para aparecerse con una propuesta casi indecorosa...el gerente y el financiero de lo peor engañando..lo unico que estuvo aceptable fue el vendedor..muchacho joven y con poca experiencia que no se que pase con l entre estos tiburones...TENGAN CUIDADO DE ESTA GENTE NO SON PARA NADA CONFIABLES...no se los aconsejo.

They Lie n deceive don't trust them . I went twice to see the new sierra they advertised as. New vehicle with 11 miles stock # JZ251545 . first it wasn't available then it was in service after that is was a loaner vehicle with 2.000 miles . What s waste of time and energy . terrible !!!

Poor Sales- potential sales experience

Viewed an auto on the internet. Sent an email requesting someone contact me as I had some questions. I was contacted by Rafael. He never attempted to discuss the auto in question to identify the features, benefits and value of the auto. He just kept saying that's our internet price and to come in. Nothing else. I was finally able to ask it the auto was GM certified - he said no and went back to that's our price and I had to come in to the dealership. I then explained I lived out of town and we would need to reach an agreement on the auto before I would travel the 5 hrs to complete the purchase. He went right back to his script. Believe there may be a lack of knowledge and professionalism by the sales staff on how to work with internet buyers - poor, very poor experience.

I've known Benny for over 20 years. He has taken great care of my car. He's always courteous, polite, and always does exactly what he says he will do. Even though there is another dealer closer to my home I go out of my way to take my car to Benny. I always trust him when he tells me what's wrong with my vehicle.

Worst experience with a car dealership ever! Stay away!!!

Worst Customer Service

Please do not buy a car at this dealership as they do not honor the warranty on their cars. When you try to make an appointment for service on something that is warranty covered thru a recall, they stall to give you an appointment by lying and telling they can’t take your car for 2-3 weeks because they are “swamped” with recalls and repairs. Speaks volumes about Buick’s workmanship quality. They are a joke. Benny Pereda who works in the service department is a liar and only out to make a dollar, and if he thinks he won’t be selling you a repair service, he won’t even receive your car. Stay away from this place.

Bait and Switch, poor communication

Correspond via email to get pricing on a car, get a quote back on a price by their business development center a lot lower than a lot of places. I go on the website with the car, no disclosure / deal contingencies (i.e. rebates that may alter pricing, etc.) Get on the phone with the BDC office and talk to their internet manager Joel Pineiro and associate Antonio Battistini to confirm pricing and let them know I do not qualify for certain incentives (competetive leases, GM loyalty, etc.) yet they tell me the price is correct and to come in. 4 emails and 1 phone call later reconfirming terms of the price, I walk in the following day. I look for these guys, Antonio wouldn't give me the time of day, Joel wasn't even there despite saying I'd be dealing directly with him, and I'm passed onto Geovanni Nunez who has no idea if I'm leasing, purchasing, and has zero idea of what was discussed. Comes back with a price 4k higher, saying the price given earlier was contingent on certain rebates and incentives which I had clearly told the others that I would not qualify for yet they reassured me it did not factor in. Feeling annoyed that they were going on with the bait-and-switch, got up and left. Did I mention Geovanni was the typical salesman (that is not a compliment)? "Mandatory test drive or we cannot sell you a car" and the "4 square boxes" despite me telling him if he did the boxes I'd walk out on the spot. His rebuttal? He cannot give me a price without doing the squares? Garbage. Went 45 minutes to Broward and closed on a vehicle in 2 1/2 hours. Thanks for nothing, good luck to Lorenzo Llerena on his new dealership, he'll need it if this is the type of practices his employer instill.
