New Mazda 3 bought--and not a painful experience!

I had emailed Kat Kingsley, their internet person, on and off for a month. Also did the Truecar and Costco buyer services. Kat gave me numbers lower than the other dealers on Truecar and Costco (and some dealers did not have the trim level I wanted). I came in for a test drive, Fred took me in the cars. The cars I drove did not have any upcharged racing stripes, etc. We had a friendly chat while driving. I had my own financing and I wasn't trading in a car, so there was only one negotiation (not a series of multilevel negotiations). Final deal matched the offer the internet salesperson had given me in writing (offer did not include taxes, title, etc). I had an issue with my credit (it's not bad, but it was frozen thanks to an Equifax data breach), and they were understanding and we cleared it up. Car buying can be a stressful/draining experience. As my title suggested, it was perfectly fine. Assuming this car is a good one, I would look to them again if I am in the market for another Mazda.

Damaged car they sold to me

I bought a car frim thus dealer. Just to get a sale they called me million times. Who wil.look at car underneath when they buy. I told my car to get alignment and they told me abt the damages inderneath. I bought the car like this and not even once no one thold me abt this. I am stil working to get warranty paid but wil see. There is no communication from this dealer. I am in California and took it to zmataga dealer in stockton ca. Dougs telling me to drive there just imagine is is very unsafe for me to drivem they should be concern abt my safety. Lets see what happens now and hope they wil work with me. I am getting lots of run arounds rught now

We didn't plan to buy a car from Doug's Lynnwood Mazda, but we were treated very professionally by Alberto Reyes and Duane Weaver. Therefore, when we were ready to buy, we believed we would have a great experience and we did! We now own a Mazda CX5 - 2019, and we were very pleased with the entire process at Doug's.

Took Days to respond. Then was rude.

I tried several different ways to contact dealership though different websites. Took over 48 hours for them to contact me on a used car that they had on their lot. I had some questions to ask. The Internet Sales Manager Finally emailed me and said; "So that CX-9 is still here, it's a 1 owner, no accident car that was leased for a year down in CA. Would you like to come in and take a look at it?" I asked if the car was certified, and if it wasn't why. A normal Question. He restated his first email. When I asked if he could answer my question he stated: "Like I said in my last email, the car is still here." Not answering my question. I quoted my question, and got no reply. I probably would have bought the car if it checked out. John lost this sale.

New CX 5 and CX 3

I am known for being kind of thrifty with my money, so my daughter and wife were shocked when I bought a new CX 5 from Alberto and then, after liking it so much, I went back the next day and bought a CX 3 for me (CX 5 was for wife). I think Alberto was surprised too, but he came in on his usual day off with no commitment from me to purchase a car. I think he saw something in my eye and he knew he could sell me a second car. He is very pleasant to deal with and most of all, he knows what he is selling, he knows the technology, the engines, weather it is a CVT transmission or which models have a turbo. As a retired engineer, I might ask a couple more slightly technical questions than the average person but salesman should know that stuff, Alberto does. He is very friendly and low pressure. I am glad to have met him and very glad to have bought two cars from him. Alberto says Mazda has been good to him, I hope so because they don't all come like Alberto!

Duane Weaver has helped me every time. He listens to my needs and concerns and above all, remembers who I am. Best customer service

The customer service here is obvious from the first phone call. You are treated well and as if you matter, rather than a nuisance to someone who is in a hurry. These days that's amazing, but this is truly friendly, courteous, and professional service. They had me in and out in the time they stated. Though Jacob was the primary person I worked with and he is customer service at it's best, it was clear that the whole team jumped in to help if someone else was on the phone. So you were never ignored. I've also been assisted by Bonnie in the past at the register and both times she has been prompt but also very friendly. Combined with the reasonable service costs and clear communication, I will definitely be back.

I had visited the dealership to in order to specifically find a Ran Promaster Cargo Van to purchase.... There was no inventory on site that day. I gave Rob my contact info and he was more than helpful in contacting me as soon as a Ram Promaster became available, since they are currently in high demand.! Jacob Is Hands Down Amazing

I called into the dealership for a few small issues happening with my car and they are always friendly and helpful over the phone and got me set up to come in. I was assigned to Jacob for getting my issues fixed and he was courteous, friendly, funny and overall compassionate. He took excellent care of me and was able to resolve all my issues fast and with the ease of a rental car in the meantime. What a great experience! I didn't feel worried at all to leave my vehicle in his hands. Jacob is a prime example of incredible service!

Took my car for a minor problem

They give a brown bear free car wash with your oil change which is awesome. I do miss having them wash and vacuum your car when servicing.

I can always find a convenient time to schedule service for my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe at Doug's Hyundai using their customer friendly website. The staff is well trained and certainly knows their product line inside and out. This is my third Hyundai that Doug's has kept running like it did the day I drove it off the lot. And best of all, at prices competitive with neighborhood garages.

Great service - should have called at first sign of problem.

I took in my car (2016 M6) for the routine oil change, but I was also having a weird problem where the door and trunk were starting to not want to open. I was getting very frustrated with the door issue as it has been going on for a few weeks, and mentioned it when I dropped off the car. Well - they immediately had a few reasons that might happen - one of which was the batteries in the remote controls. So they put in new batteries (no charge), reset some error codes caused by the low batteries, and all the doors work as expected when I got the car back! I should have called them when this first started happening.

Always Great Service!

Ken Teague always takes care of me when I come in for regular service. This last time he noticed I submitted on online appointment and selected drop off when I've requested a loaner in the past. So he called to ask if drop off was what I wanted. I said no, so he switched me to the loaner appointment. Then when I came in for the appointment we got to talking about service. I said if they could get my regular maintenance done in less than an hour I would just wait. The service department got me out of there in 55 minutes! Less overall disruption to my day. Thanks Ken!

very friendly, very knowledgeable ,about the car and the differences in model 3 to the 5 made 3 visits to the dealership and test driving so I could compare to other vehicle, Never was there ever pressured to sit down and talk about purchase.
