I always have a great experience at your service department. Lloyd Sowder is a terrific customer service representative. I own a business as well and would love to have a guy like him working for me! He explains everything. I later had a call from your service department to confirm the work needed and the cost involved. Really appreciate that! Sticker shock is no fun, but I never experience that from your team. The final cost was just what I was told. Thanks again, see you all in about six months or so.

Service manager, Lloyd Sowder, was extremely helpful in taking care of me and my vehicle. He went the extra mile in having my vehicle delivered back to my house since I didn’t have a way to pick it up. I would recommend Duncan Hyundai to anyone looking for service for their vehicle.

Easy and unpressured

Salesperson was a pleasure to work with, she was willing to go the extra effort to work out a trade deal. The support staff was knowledgable in financing options available even beating the sources I felt wasnt going to be beat. This is the first business I have personally conducted with Duncan and can say its was one of the smoothest easiest unstressful unpressuring car buying experiences I have had in a long time.

Superior Service

I took my vehicle to have the air condition check. They took my vehicle in and checked it. They determined it needed a compressor. They ordered it and was in within two days. They scheduled my appointment that same week, replaced the compressor. My air conditioning works great. Everything was under warranty. I received exceptional service. We have taken all of our Hyundai’s to Duncan Hyundai and have received exceptional service.

Kona first maint. service

This was my first service experience. I was greeted right away and they asked me how everything was going and did I have any problems or questions. I did have some questions about the driver assist not working because the button on the dash had been pushed. The tech got in my car and went over the menu and made sure my questions were answered. He was very nice, polite, and knowledgeable.

Duncan Hyundai is one of the best of the best places to get your car serviced. I have been a customer of theirs for the past 9 years. Very professional, friendly, and honest people. Every time I am there I am greeted warmly and served quickly. They always look for the best solutions for my service or repair needs without pushing anything expensive or unnecessary. The place is also super clean and provides a great environment to wait for your car. I would highly (and I do) recommend them to everyone I care about. Loyd Sowder, Amanda, and Joe are a treat to work with.

Shocking Customer Service

Yesterday i went to nearly every car dealer in Duncan looking for a vehicle, and despite being a women alone i was treated with respect and curtesy and had excellent customer service at all. However none of them had quite the right vehicle fo me. I was excited then to discover something along the lines of what I wanted online at Hyundai in Duncan, and went their today as soon as I could. At first I had to look for a sale person as i could not find one on the floor. After a few mins Jorden appeared. He did not invite me to sit down and right from the start seemed to have a negative attitude towards me. I explained what I was looking for and then asked if he had anything in that range. He sat down and said 'Sorry we cant help you!' I was really surprised and said 'What, you don't have anything at all?'. He said no, not with that price range (up to 25000) I said 'I can pay cash' and he literally sneered and said 'That might have got you somewhere in the 80s but it means nothing nowadays'. I was really shocked, but persevered. I said id seen a couple online the day before which were slightly over budget but i was willing to go over a bit for the right vehicle. He reluctantly took me out to see one because the other one was 'out with the manager and not available'. I took a look and asked for a test drive. I asked if he would bring it to the front (like at every other dealership to avoid driving lots of parked vehicles) but he said 'No we can leave it here'. 'Here' was awkwardly pulled out of the parking space at an angle. When I came back from the test drive I went in but clearly had been written off by him. We sat down again and I said that I had looked at similar vehicles online and found this one to be overpriced. What he said next was shocking and I cant even believe it! He said "I'm not going to take money off a vehicle and lose money on it just to make you happy'. I stood up and said 'It seams like you just don't want to sell me a vehicle' and left. I was so upset and couldn't really believe i had just be treated so badly. I can count on one hand the amount of times Ive complained about anything but had to speak up about this. I rang the sales manager Ryan. He said Jorden was probably offended that i said the vehicle was overpriced! Honestly if the guy gets offended when customers question a vehicles price then he really is in the wrong job. I said i would have like him to explain how they came up with that price, what made that car special, but he didn't even bother. Ryan did say he would pass on my comments and that he was surprised Jorden hadn't given me some options as he had a lot of in my price range! He said it was probably a clash of personalities. Strange really as i haven't experienced a 'clash of personalities' anywhere else in my life and certainly don't expect it when buying a car. He seemed to have made his mind up about me as soon as i walked in. I told the manager to pass on that sale staff should not judge by appearances if that was the reason as i could buy the car outright today. I also said that reputation goes along way in these towns and that bad press spreads! He just laughed that off! Such a shame. I like the car but due to this awful and upsetting experience won't be going back anytime soon and would advice others not to bother either!

They took my car in as soon as I arrived it was done in a timely fashion, waiting room was very comfortable with fresh coffee available, everyone I encountered was very pleasant I definitely would recommend Duncan Hyundai
