Jesse and the riverside GMC team were great . They really listened to my needs and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted . Jesse was professional , friendly and not at all your typical pushy car salesman. They made the process enjoyable . I would definitely recommend Jesse and the riverside Dutton motors team!

I have been dealing with Dutton Motors since 1996. They are honest , friendly, and sincere. They work hard to make the sales experience smooth and see to it we can get the best value for our hard earned dollar.Our most recent purchase was completed mostly over the phone with my wife and I showing up for a test drive and signing of pre-prepaired closing documents.There was no pressure, no sales tactics, and no hassle. Although it is always painful to spend a lot of money, the staff at Dutton Motors made it as friendly and painless as possible.I highly recommend this company!

Don’t do it run opposite direction

Horrible service screwed up 2 ordered vehicles that waisted 5 months time then lied about being able to get another vehicle from another dealer. Also due to the 5 month delay the trade in program running at the time I ordered the truck was no longer honored leaving me with $3k added to the finances. In the end I had to pay out of pocket to drive to messa AZ to privately purchase the truck Dutton said they would be able to acquire. Worst experience ever I love my truck but in the end it was quite a bit more than I budgeted for wich is killing due to the new addition to our family

Wonderful experience

Went in to buy a Cadillac XT5, used and bought a beautiful 2018 with only 7,000, miles. Tim Carney was Fantastic! As we drove on the rest drive he explained about all the extras that it had. Tim and the guys were great from start to finish. Darrell Mattison was wonderful too finishing the sale and programming of the radio, the safety features and so much more. It was such a wonderful car buying experience! Thank you Tim and Darrell for making it easy!!

I sure miss Ed Fowler! Mariah took his position, she was great, no complaints! I do believe Dutton needs to go back to their use to be Customer Service! I live in Rancho, I need someone to come out and pick me up if my SUV needs to stay for an extra day, VERY inconvenient. I will have to consider this if I purchase my next SUV from Dutton. I do hope they reconsider Customer Service. Do not start being like Mark Christopher, 5 miles from my home, that would be very SAD! Madeline

Service Department Nightmares From xxxx

Let me start off by saying that most dealerships are crooks, and this one is no different. The management team lacks the proper courtesy that is called for in this line of work, the skill level of their technicians is pathetic and a supremely lame representation of GMC. They do not take any necessary precautions when they are performing services. This place likes to follow the tradition of assuming situations instead of assuring situations. They then like to stick you with a fat bill due to their lack of mechanical skills and abilities. Very horrible experience with these service department and even worse is their entire management team that lacks the respect for customer satisfaction. Good luck trying to resolve your issues with them because, they will never show their face to resolve any issues. My experience was a combination of Freddy Kugger Michael Myers and Jason all mixed into a cocktail and served with no ice and not shaken or stirred. Go else where for proper GMC service.

Sold car to someone else while trying to purchase

My parents came to buy a Cadillac and went to lunch while the salesman worked on numbers. They got a message that the manager Travis sold the car out from under him. No call to respect that they were there first and to let them continue the process, no courtesy and blatant disrespect. I gave Travis the chance to make this right, to earn my parents business back and he promised me he would first thing this morning. I explained to him that I would share the honest experience of what they went through as Dutton cares clearly not for all customers equally as the car went to a customer who was doing a lease return. Instead of keeping 2 clients, the lease return and my parents, they only kept 1. They lied to my parents, they lied to me about making it right and truthfully I am glad that they did not because they don't deserve our business in the first place paying half cash for the vehicle. It is wrong, Travis admitted it was wrong but you have done nothing to make it right.

I would not recommend this dealer.

No loaners for non-warrantee customers

I have been taking my 2003 model DenaliXL to Dutton since I bought it in '03. Regular maintenance and general repairs. All work done on my vehicle has been at Dutton. After spending thousands of dollars over the years at Dutton you would think they would provide a loaner for overnight or longer repairs when my insurance doesn't apply especially when it is for a RETURN service on an expensive repair for something that was fixed and broke again. I asked for a loaner one week in advance and was told that loaners are for warrantee customers! Since when are they more important than regular paying customers? Why should i rent a car because i have to take mine BACK for the same thing? Plus RENT a car to take my student to school and another to work? This isn't the first time I have been inconvenienced but it will be the last. I will get a printout and take my vehicle someplace else after 14 years. My Denali was a top of the line and runs great because we have kept it serviced and repaired.

Two in One Day

We expected to purchase our current lease vehicle and then purchase an additional new vehicle, but we ended up leasing two new vehicles on the same day. It took five test drives and several hours, but JC, our sales consultant, was very patient and we are very satisfied customers, now driving a 2017 Buick Enclave and a 2018 GMC Terrain.

What,good are codes

Engine light came on so I took it in for diagnosis. The same day I received my diagnostic report from on star. Dealer diagnosed a corroded battery post and cable. Of course that wasn't the problem. First time I start the truck up after picking it up the light is back on. On star had already diagnosed it to be an emissions system issue. I then contact On star and they remotely run the diagnostics and confirm what they reported on November 29th that there is a problem with the exhaust emissions system. Took truck back in and they resolved the issue courteously and professionally. The battery and cable were severely corroded and needed to be replaced. Just frustrated that it took two visits.
