Excellent Selection and Service, Ask for Kendra Aceto

I was looking for a very specific Jeep Wrangler Trim and had been to 10 dealers in a week. I should have skipped right to Earnhardt. It's nice to have advertised discounted prices on the website instead of just MRSP. Kendra was the best dealer I've met. She knows all the vehicles on the lot as well as other vehicles she could obtain if needed. Her communication is excellent (text, email, or call). She was not aggressive and really worked to find the vehicle I wanted. I would definitely purchase a vehicle here again despite the fact i live 2 hours away. Trade in was little haggle, they basically give you fair Kelley blue book value.

Cool down

I was able to drive in, drop off, and collect after work my 2014 Jeep GC. Ended new AC blower motor. Easy and simple. While I was waiting for Enterprise to pick me up for my rental, Sean threw me in my Jeep and drove me over there! Fantastic! I had to get to work and he read my body language very well on having to wait for a rental ride. I knew he was new since his service was impeccable. Congrats to Earnhardt on the hire; now keep him and make him your service trainer. He understands what it really means. Outstanding addition!

Salesman Was Awesome!

Went in today to just look at the new model heavy duty trucks. A salesman came over and asked if I needed any help. I said I was just checking out the 2019 heavy duty trucks and I did not want to buy. He introduced himself, his name was Hector. He said that's fine and he showed me the new trucks. He went out of his way to have a truck inspected that was not checked you so that I could take one for a test drive. He didn't pressure me into buying one, didn't bring over any numbers telling me this is the price I could get it for. He respected that I was just there to look and he was friendly and personal the whole time. I would highly recommend Hector as a salesman if you're in the market for a vehicle!

Jeep Service

Made an appointment, everything was set to go when I arrived, work was performed in the time period given. The service on this appointment was for a front end alinement for my Jeep Wrangler. I received both the before and after alinement numbers (this used to be standard with most places but it seems that it no longer is). Great service done in a timely manner. Left another dealership in the valley because of their service so I'm pleased that I have found one that I can deal with. GREAT JOB.

Never responded back on safety recall for Air Bag inflator!

Twice in two weeks, I called them to arrange for a time for them to fix the safety recall for the airbag inflator. The first time they told me they did not have them and would call back when they did. About two weeks went by and I called again but only got the answering machine of a guy named Brian. I was very careful to tell him why I called and made sure I gave him the reason and my callback number" twice" to make sure he would get back to me!!! Guess what!! 2 days later NO CALL. What made me especially mad is that I was in the process of trying to purchase a new Jeep from them. That will not happen now. This is not the first time I have had trouble with them. Once before, I had my previous Jeep in for service and to change my air filter and install a new battery. They delivered my car to me and I decided to check everything out before I left. I soon discovered that they had never put the nut on the airfilter cover and the battery strap was hanging never put back on and was just hanging there. I will not be foolish enough to do business with them again. Poorly run Facility!!!

Had to purchase vehicle right after the birth of my son. Had to shop over the phone and online as I couldn't leave the house for long periods of time with my 6 week old. I shopped around at all the Dodge dealerships in the valley and Rick, the salesman I worked with, gave me the lowest price out the door with out playing games, even when I was using my own financing. I told him I wanted to pick up vehicle that day. I scheduled a time in the afternoon and when I arrived the vehicle I had chosen was detailed and ready for me and the price was EXACTLY as we discussed on the phone - no last minute add ons. Gene, the sales manager and Richard in finance also made sure everything went smoothly. I was out of the dealership with an hour, before my little one even woke up from his nap! Highly recommend for selection, price and customer service.

Working with Justin and Thomas was a very quick and rewarding process. I submitted an inquiry and Thomas followed up quickly with my questions and to the point, after going in I worked with Justin who showed the vehicle and took us for a test drive. He was informative, knowledgeable and his customer service skills were beyond my expectations. Thomas and Justin worked with us to get a great deal and we were in and out with a New SUV within a couple hours. Thank you both so much for making this vehicle buying so easy! Terrible! They damaged my vehicle!

If you care at all about your vehicle, Dont take it here. This is the second time we have taken our truck into this place for service. The first time we Had our 2015 Ram serviced for routine maintenance. Tried to check in, had the papers in a different name and took 3 people to figure it out. Had a rental car reserved only couldn't use it because they didn't open early enough. Was never offered a shuttle or anything home (5 miles up the same road) so we called an uber. Wasn't reimbursed for it. Was told for our hassle they would wash the truck, do wipers, and rotate tires. Truck was only washed on one side. Had oily something splashed on the other. Center piece of rim on one of the tires was broken from being over tightened. Tried to call and see about getting it taken care of and service manager picked up and I could hear a conversation then she hung up. Called back and was told she left a message- clearly a lie. Clearly we didn’t learn our lesson, we had a check engine light go on and a warning that it was going to be put into limp mode and couldn’t get it far enough to get it to our preferred dealer. They clean the DEF tank and give it back $300 later. 10 min down the road the check engine light goes on again. We bring it back and it needs about $3,000 worth of service they got approved through the warranty. The only good thing through the whole experience! We pick it up and the HEAVY compressor that was in the back was tipped over, a huge dent in the wheel cover, the compressor broken with oil and gas spilled all over the bed. The service guy said they let their lot attendant take it to put miles on it and make sure it was fixed. Apparently they went on a full joy ride. The brass fittings for the compressor are broken and they just left it sitting in the oil/gas in the back of the truck! WE CLEANED IT UP OURSELVES ONCE WE GOT HOME!! Stay away from this place!! If you want a REAL dealer go to Tempe dodge!

Exceeded My Expectations

I purchased my first truck from Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in 2014. That purchasing experience, the truck itself and all the service I received over 5 years was the best. When I went back to look for a new truck I had the pleasure to meet and work with Rick Guevara. He listened to what I wanted and the price range I wanted to stay in. Not only did he find the perfect truck for me he kept digging and found that a newer truck with additional options had more incentives. With the incentives it was basically the same price as the truck that was a year older. Not once did Rick try to oversell me. Hey kept within my price range and made sure I was happy with what I was looking at. He was knowledgeable about the truck, was able to show me how everything worked and answered all my questions. I know have more truck than I ever expected at the price I wanted thanks to Rick. Rick also has kept in touch making sure everything is working properly and seeing if I have any new questions. I haven't yet but I know Rick is a phone call away if I do!

A difficult decision made easy

I was hoping to make my old car last for the few years I expect to be driving, but that wasn't to be. Buying a new car was a totally new experience for me, so I asked my son to help. When we left the dealership I said to my son, "Everyone there treats you like you're their best friend." Rick Guevara was our salesman and he couldn't have been kinder, more thoughtful and professional. Even though he realized I was a "little old lady" relying on my son to do much of the talking, he treated me with the utmost respect. Since that day he has called me at least twice to see if I have any further questions or if he can be of further assistance. I'd recommend Rick and Earnhardt to anyone looking for a car.

Have been using Earnhardt for over a decade.

I've been using Earnhardt since buying my Ram diesel from Earnhardt in 2006. Initially because it was under warranty and then simply because I trusted them to do the work for a fair price. My service advisors have changed over the years. Currently, and maybe for 8 - 10 years, it's been my very great pleasure to work with Rosemary Serna. I've come to trust her implicitly for reminding me of work that needed to be done as well as seeing that miscellaneous repairs that have cropped up are done. I've never felt like I've been up-sold on a repair. Rose simply sees to it that work that is advisable or necessary is done. I've since moved out of state but have returned to have work done by Earnhardt's shop team and because I trust that Rose will advise me wisely of what else may be good to have done. Although there is a Dodge dealership where I currently live, I much prefer and trust Rose and the Earnhardt shop crew in getting the job done correctly. I am grateful for the nameless technicians who've worked on my vehicle and Rose who has guided me for years.
