Tire repair, oil change

Friendly and helpful service. Nice waiting room free water, coffee and 🍩 donuts. I always get my oil changed here just as fast as oil change stores.

Worst experience with a dealership

If I could have given zero stars I would have. Contacted Earnheart Ford about a truck. Paid a deposit to have the truck held for 5 days until I could make the SEVEN hour drive. Drove from out of state for this truck. Get to the dealership and find that the truck had been sold. Eaenheart Ford knew for three days that the truck had been sold and NEVER let me know that the truck had been sold. Even checked in the day before I drove out, and was told that everything was a go. They let me make the SEVEN hour drive to find it out in person. Then they had no other comparable trucks to offer except for a used one. The used one was way more expensive. They said they would work with us, but then still wanted us to pay a ton more money for the only truck they had that would haul our fifth wheel. Caution to anyone who thinks they might want to consider buying any vechile from Earnheart Ford Mazda in Chandler AZ. Everyone’s attitude was sorry it happens. I will buy a truck from my local Ford dealer, as this was a terrible experience with a dealership where I was promised a good deal on a truck. Wasted time, money, and left with nothing but frustration.

Excellent Service at Earnhardt Ford

I have used Earnhardt Ford for service fro my Lincoln Towncar since Tempe Lincoln closed. I have always been happy with the work they have done and in many cases have gone out of their way to make sure the car has always been ready for long trips and for local use. They have taken an interest in keeping the car in like new condition just as I always have.

Stinking CS and Threatening Staff

Ford's Earnhardt CS absolutely stinks. i bought Ford Focus on 12/07/2018 and then suddenly i got a phone call from a gentleman named Andre Dudley (called himself Finance Director) and he does not know how to talk customer and immediately start threating me to seize my vehicle if i dont pay him 250 and claim i have paid 250 less an account and reception has made a mistake. I am surprised who gave him job when ledger he emailed me show 0 balance and nothing due. He should be sacked for his stinky CS and threatening attitude to customer.

Worst customer service

The service department busted my husbands tire and 26 inch rim they "repaired" as they would like to state but it doesn't hold air I called to speak to the general manager multiple times to never have a call returned to speak with a man bye the name of Frank who state they "repaired" out of good faith but how does there service department have our vehicle for 5 days and all of a sudden on the 5th day or tire is split and our rim cracked? Now we have a cracked him and a tire that won't hold air!

I would not recommend this dealer.

My salesman Jay Scott was very friendly ,professional, and welcoming. I initially spoke with him on the phone, and told him my credit score just to see what I might qualify for. The payment quote that was given to me over the phone was just about the same that I got when I came in to sign for my vehicle. I definitely come back to see Jay, and or refer business to him

I had email correspondence with a salesperson at the dealership regarding a vehicle that was advertised on the internet. The salesperson verified the vehicle and quoted the same price. I said that I wanted to purchase the vehicle. The next day he said that the price of the vehicle was more than $4,000 than the price quoted the previous day. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealer and would nt recommend them to anyone.

And, the madness continues. This AM, I received a voicemail from Frank Nicolosi, General Sales Manager, Earnhardt Ford, Chandler, AZ, asking if I "would be so kind as to return his call". Much to my chagrin, I did. The 1st words out of his mouth were, "Let me be clear, we will NOT be selling the 2015 Yukon Denali to YOU". What? He called to abuse me further? In addition, he continued to barrage me with how I arrived at my figures. So, to be clear, their current advertised price for this vehicle is $47,995. The deal their salesman and his manager made with me, and, I guess, upper management, it would be, renigged on, was $46,970. So, if you are interested in this tainted vehicle and shoddy dealership, that might be a good place "to start". Unless you want an "education" in how car dealerships are like real estate agents, where upper management is "the seller" and can and WILL decline what their agent (salesman) has presented to you, the buyer, my advice is, just steer clear. It is exhausting. I have never felt so violated as I have in this undertaking with Earnhardt Ford. All I wanted to do was buy a vehicle.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with

I went in to look at a 2013 F150 this past week for my mom. After I test drove the vehicle they(Ron Q, and Max Wilson) immediately started badgering me to buy the truck, even offering to pay my deposit just to get me to sign papers that day. I can't count how many times I told them that the truck was for my mom and she had to approve of it before I purchased, yet that didn't stop them from practically begging me to buy right then and there. I decided to leave and think about the deal which led to Ron calling me over 10 times and texting me 5 times over the course of the next 24hrs. I do understand it is their job to make a sale happen, but what they were doing was more like harassment than anything, I even talked to their GM about the situation and he didn't seem to care at all, he maybe said 10 words during our 5 minute conversation. Ultimately I went across the street to freeway Chevrolet where I had the complete opposite experience and actually purchased a 2013 expedition from them. All in all, unless if you like having sales guys pretty much attacking you to get their sale then I highly recommend staying away from Earnhardt Ford.

Terrific service department

My 2008 6.4 DRW king ranch died. Had it towed to Earnhardt service. Eric Fuzy met me and right off the bat told me they could not get to my truck for several days. That was fine with me. in between days off Eric Buttrey kept me informed. Was never kept in the dark they called me every day to let me know the progress of the repairs. Got my truck back as scheduled, cleaned. They did some extra work upon my request and still got the truck back on time. I will be back!!!

5 "'COMPLIMENTARY' OIL-CHANGES" WERE DISHONORED!!!

On March 9, 2017, Earnhardt Ford responded to our review, "In this particular situation, however, we believe we have gone above and beyond to please this customer to the extent that we furnished them with a 50"HDTV, as well as five complimentary oil changes. The customer, in turn, signed a statement confirming that they were completely satisfied with this resolution. Nevertheless, when the customer returned to the dealership demanding free floor mats for their vehicle (which did not come with it, nor does the factory make them for this particular model), we were able to find a set of floor mats from a different model that happen to fit quite nicely." I, recently, had an oil-change through the purchased maintenance-plan. Considering that it was mentioned on the dealership's response, I showed the signed-paper, and I asked whether the 5 complimentary oil-changes could be added to the purchased maintenance-plan. So, the service staff contacted one of the signatories, Joe. Then, somebody came to the Service Dept., and he talked to the staff. The staff told me that the sales-supervisor couldn't honor the 5 complimentary oil-changes (due to the "'BAD' REVIEW" (that was posted on this website). During the purchase, I was being told that there was a 30-day warranty (to return the vehicle if "no 'satisfaction'" was guaranteed). At the time, I got the vehicle, and, when I was driving home, there were certain things that prompted me to decide to return the vehicle. Within the seven-day period, from the purchase, I had a meeting with Joe; the floor-mats/other issues were mentioned. Then, Joe offered to find 2 floor-mats. After this, I asked for the offered 2 floor-mats. The transaction happened in January, and we received the 2 floor-mats in March, after numerous follow-ups. They let my husband sign a statement, confirming that the customer was "completely 'satisfied'", without providing the 2 offered floor-mats. Upon receiving the two floor-mats (in March), Marcelo said something to me (it was discussed in the previous review). In the beginning, I did not plan to write a review, but, upon receiving the 2 floor-mats, I decided to write a review, due to an UNBEARABLY-BAD EXPERIENCE. TO "SET THE RECORD 'STRAIGHT'", I DID NOT RECEIVE 5 COMPLIMENTARY OIL- CHANGES, BUT, INSTEAD, PURCHASED A MAINTENANCE PLAN.
