It was very very good

We had Storming Norman as our sales person. He went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal possible. This is about the 3rd car we have purchased from him and we would highly recommend him to any one.. He is polite and cares about his customers very much.. I am sure we will use him again in the future.

Obtain cars for myself and my son

New car was purchased on 8/17/19. This was my first experience buying a car in Charlotte. My son purchased a car at the same time. My daughter is also a customer and has always expressed full satisfaction with service overall. I was quite satisfied with the outstanding service received.

Sold a car right out from under me!

I spent 36 hrs trying to buy a car from them. They supposedly sold it within hours of me calling about it. Not truthful people.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Will never use them again!

First and foremost. Their deals look good online but beware. They tack on around 3,000 in fees. Everyone was super nice except the sales manager. He is very aggressive, talks over you, and it seems all he wants to do is argue. Got the vehicle home and there was a part messed up on it. So I called them willing to pay for the part, because it was my fault, I left there with it. They said the part was 80 some dollars and they'd put it on free. Well I had already done my homework on the part. Nissan list msrp for the part was 60 some dollars. This place is a rip of. Also they show the vehicle we wanted to look (good deal) at as being there online. We get there and it was sold, no problem right. 2 weeks later it still shows to be there. I feel as this is an attempt to pull people in. Really it's just a lie, because I me it a point to let them know it was the one we were looking for and it wasn't there. Another thing, we got home and the carfax and certified checklist was from a different vehicle. I don't think it was intentional. But, I'm never going back. They did send me a check for $50 after I pointed out I could get the part elsewhere for 40 some dollars. Don't tell them what you want your payment to be either. I did and they gave me a 4.94 percent interest rate after telling me I could always get 4.7 with Nissan. I didn't argue it, just came home and refinanced with my local credit union at 3.75 percent. FYI, put you with the bank that they get the biggest kickback from. They don't care about you and it's obvious.

The experience was great, in and out within specified window

Service overall was great. Amenities included free wifi and coffee machine and complimentary water and Graham crackers. Staff was pleasant and nice. Bathroom were clean and well stocked.

Complaint

I come in for oil change tire rotation brakes and rotors last month and come to find out this month Friday that my brakes was never change after I have paid for it on February 12, 2019.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Inspection and oil change

I love East Charlotte Nissan, especially Ron Travor. He is fair, honest, very personable and trust worthy. Wherever Ron goes, my car goes. He is what makes the experience worth everything. I have never been disappointed in anything Ron has told me. Other places have definitely disappointed. However, Ron have never done that.

First 5000 mile service/ State Inspection

Horrible.

I will never buy another Nissan. I have purchased four brand new Nissans over the last three years and the sales experience was great. But that is where it stops. After they have made money off of you the customer service goes out of the window. My rim cracked, split and completely separated, but I'm being told I must have hit a pothole because the is a debt on the inner lip of the rim and that caused the entire rim to separate. So I asked is it possible the "defective" rim cracked causing the tired to hit the ground bending the rim. Of course not they say because its a reason not to replace the rim for the 2019 I've had for only two months. Todd Smith the service manager is a jerk. I even offered to pay out of pocket for the rim to be sent to Nissan to have them look at it. He said no, I'm not sending them anything. Again, I will never do business with any Nissan dealer again.

Altima Recall/Oil Change

The Rep that checked me in was very friendly & customer rapport very nice. Also the gentleman that greeted me outside was very kind (Jerry). I'm not sure of the time required for recall repair, but I was at Nissan from 11:30 to 2:00 p.m. Atmospere while waiting was good. The lady that handles finances offered us cookies & water. I appreciated that & the free car wash. As I checked out the Rep explained what was done to my car & asked if there was anything else he could additionally do during this visit.

Fantastic

CJ welcomed me as soon as I pulled into the service area. He started the service process right away. He let me know about my tires and brakes and suggested the appropriate services. The oil change and tire rotation was completed quickly. He even checked me out. Took care of me start to finish.
