When I came to the dealership I really wasn't sure what I wanted other than a new vehicle I saw the Xt5 and new that was it, I met Joe and felt so comfortable with him very easy going cared about what I was saying . What a great person. Every one I had contact with was very nice and you could tell that's just the way there personalities were always. Luv them all. I woul d definitely buy another vehicle there in the future...

Rolled over to a new lease.
This is our second car with Ed Morse Cadillac of Brandon. Our first lease was a great experience. We were introduced to the Cadillac brand by our sales person, Mr. Joe Dipaula. He did a great job for us and over the course of our lease we really became good friends. As it got time for our lease to expire, we told Joe what we were interested in and he went to work . He hit it out of the park. We now drive a Cadillac XT-5 and we love it.

I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP
I live 2:15 away (Cape Coral) from the dealership. I searched the internet for a specific model, color with certain features and price. This dealership had the best deal advertised. I called and spoke with Tamika Lopez at internet sales to inquire about this specific vehicle. She was great following up with me several times. She even answered her cell on her day off. She wasn't able to answer my question but she did take the time to call the dealership and had her manager Dave Matthews call me. Dave emailed me the exact deal that was offered to me over the phone assuring me this would not be a wasted trip. I was so comfortable having this email in hand. We met with Travis upon arriving at the dealership. "A true gentleman." After seeing the XTS and finding an issue with the vehicle Travis DeVall showed his professionalism immediately. He brought the sales manager Neil Lucas into the situation at hand and they offered 2 solutions to address the issue. Customer satisfaction was all the seemed to care about. "What can we do to earn your business." "We want you to be 100% satisfied". Well needless to say they bent over backwards to make my deal happen to my satisfaction.
