Seamless buy - 1,000 miles away during Hurricane Irma

Found a late model CTS Vsport with low miles on Ed Morse Cadillac website. I was apprehensive to even try to buy a car remotely. It was a seamless transaction and I never left the state of MO. It seemed easy but I suspect it was a lot of work for these guys. There were frequent questions from me via phone and email and I always received a fast response. I would not hesitate in recommending these guys to anyone. Even after the sale, Travis the sales manager is quick with the replies. Car was exactly as advertised. Love my semi new Cadillac (2017 - 2,400 miles)

Michael Pullaro was a professional Service Consultant who helped us through our 80,000 miles service requirements. Maintenance was completed in a very timely manner. Also, made a pre purchase contact with Joe DiPaula who was very helpful and answered our many questions.

Very professional, had a great exoerience. I go out of my way to bring my car for service to Brandon Cadillac. My service consultant Micheal Pullaro went above and beyond. My Cadillac ATS V has had modification done to it, so it could not go through the car wash. He got the guys in the back to hand wash it for me. Never had anybody go out of there way for me like that at a dealership. Thank yoy Michael.

Don't take your Cadillac anywhere but Ed Morse Cadillac of Brandon for service. The team will not attempt to up sell you and they will give your car what it needs, with world class service! You'll be happy you listened to me, when you get your car back. Don't be surprised if they give your car a bath if it needs one, either!

Surpassed my expectations

These guys are fair honest salesmen. I had just recently made a military move with my family cross country to Florida and I had a very strict budget to buy a used car with. Joe from the used car department found me a beautiful used car that was in excellent condition as well as stayed under my budget. They did not attempt to pressure me into anything I felt uncomfortable with. They let me take the car home for 2 days to allow my mechanic to give the car a good once over. My mechanic found a worn serpentine belt and two of the tires were beyond there use by date. Even though they did not have to, Joe and his sales manager ordered new parts for my car and arranged to have them replaced for free. On the day of the service appointment they dropped me off at work and picked me up when that maintenance was completed. They blew my expectations away and have earned return business from me and my family. I recommend them to anyone in the Brandon area looking for a used car.

Eric is a pleasant and very thoughtful in respect to what is needed for your vehicle. He did recommend a brake job and was done efficiently. The next day I noticed and oil leak. I returned to meet Eric. After inspection they found a front strut leaking. It was repaired under GM warranty. Frustrationould have

Brought my 2014 Cadillac into service as the glove compartment stopped working was told part would be in in 4-5 days. I called nearing the one MONTH mark. Part just came in?! A phone call would have been greatly appreciated. Upon scheduling my appointment I was told I didn't get a loaner car. Pushed the issue as my car comes with that service. Nope no car. On previous appointment I needed nitrogen in the tires. Was told that happened. Nope didn't as the pressure was really low when I got back to Lakeland. Report says declined a check up. Heck I was never even asked! Spoke with Elliott's manager Tom. Was very apologetic about all of the mix ups. Will I be back? Only as a very last resort. Where is Cadillacs customer service??!! That's why I buy Cadillacs!!

Excellent customer service

Craig Hartman is our service advisor, has been for several years, and last Saturday we just stopped by to see if he was working to ask a questions about the new CTS coupe we bought. He just happened to be there checking his email, off the clock, but didn't hesitate to answer all our questions and show us a couple things about the car and washed it. All off the clock! I thought customers service of that level was non existent anymore. Not at Ed Morse Brandon and not with Craig Hartman!

I recently purchased a 2009 cts from Jay Fernandez and that process was a great experience. I went back in to service 2 weeks later for a couple of minor items and was promptly greeted by the service manager Tom Devine, he personally took my car and assigned it to Cheryl Lilley. They did a great job with my car and had me out within the hour and had my car washed! I'm in the auto dealership business(honda)and this was a great experience from the purchase to the service department. Thanks to everyone

i would highly recommend Ed Morse Cadillac in Brandon and particularly my salesman, Mr. Jay Fernandez. I don't like going to buy new cars. I like driving off the lot with a new car. But actually making the deal, I don't look forward to it. Jay made my experience enjoyable. They gave me fair trade value for my car. And a discount on the new one. I didn't even haggle with them because I did my research and knew I was getting a good fair deal. Thanks again Jay. Your a true asset to Ed Morse Cadillac. I will be back

Professional Straight Forward Deal

I shopped many different Cadillac dealerships in the central Florida area for one that has the volume to sale me a new 2015 SRX Cadillac at a price I considered fair. Once Ed Morse Cadillac of Brandon hired Jeff Litton as the Sales Manager, Jay my sales person was able to get me the deal I wanted. Jay is patient and courteous. Via email, I negotiated through Sean (internet), who then made the appointment for me to meet with Jay. Jeff provided the details via email, saving me time. This was one of the better car buying experiences one could have. Outstanding customer service with Jeff at the helm, Jay, and Sean Manhertz.

got screwed

i bought a 2008 cadalac salesman told me what a good car it was for a 2008 . i bought it and the lumbar seat didnt work,I drove it home that night , and the next day i called and told them that the lumbar seat isnt working, The sales man said well what do you expect for a 2008, what a differnce from one day to the next. by the way they lumbar cost 640 dollars. not very satisfied at all. would not deal with ed morris again ever jeff

Great Car!

My Cadillac STS I bought from Ed Morse was in an accident and totaled. I was so upset. Never thought I would find another car as clean as I kept this one and be able to replace it with what the insurance allowed. I went back to Ed Morse and Marc helped me find a replacement and stay within my budget. What was so amazing is that all the used cars I looked at were in such great condition, Just like my STS. When I am in the market for another car I think I will look for a used car again but only from Marc and only from Ed Morse where they make sure you get a high quality car whether it is new or used.
