I smell a rat

Few weeks ago,my honda minivan's steering wheel shakes while go over 70m/hr.so took it in asked for alignment. I was told the front brake pads and the rooters are causing the problem..OK,put the new ones in then.the service advisor said:"I will take care you."waited 3 hours,total charged $550 with alignment .labor costs $300,parts $250. Few days later got on the highway.guess what,same problem.took it in again.they told me the wheels were out of balance.they rebalanced the wheel ,and no shaking anymore.then I realized last time they not only didn't do that alignment,they didn't even bother to balance the wheels.just charge me and sent me on my way.and then the service guy told me the rear brake and rooters were bad too.OK ,do it then,it's on the jack already.waited 5 hours.total charge $490.labor $200.parts $290.Quote from the service advisor:"it's not cheap!"sure,top service comes with top prices,as long as it is a honest way.both time they won't give me a quote,just go ahead to get on it. My wife took her MDX in for oil chang couple times, the car has around 50K miles on it.always been told to do something else.had rear deferential fluid changed.later she told me:"I don't even know what it is,but they sound so critical ."now I'm getting the idea maybe they did not even do that fluid change,just charge her and sent her out of the door the same way as me.

I would not recommend this dealer.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!

Manager Tom was very nice and welcoming. Everyone working there was friendly and pleasant. which says a lot about a Manager also!!. Giovani was great, not pushy, very knowledgeable, showed us several vehicles to test drive, was very informative on all the Makes and Models. We purchased an Acura. and extremely happy with it!!! Mr Kim was very thorough explaining the Financing a nice person. Overall Experience was the Best. I now understand why a relative referred me to them and has purchased several vehicles from them...would highly recommend them!!

The sales department should see everybody as a potential customer. The management should really look into how they treat people. I am going to be buying brand new in within 3 months and would never go near this dealership. If my income depended on my sales I would be sure to treat people with respect. Ann Park's attitude is DISGUSTING.

I left three messages for Mike Greco because I wanted to see if he'd meet/beat a deal I had with a competitor. This was for a family member that was closer to his dealership. Got no calls back from him after multiple attempts to email, vm, and explaining my specific situation to the receptionist. I just wanted a simple yay or nay response from him. Got zero response. Perhaps they treat local customers with better service. Took delivery Saturday for a 2017 RDX at the competing dealership.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Look no further, this is hands down the best place to buy an Acura. Joe Inglima made the entire process enjoyable. He breaks the car salesman stereotype- He's honest and a man of his word who goes out of his way to be sure you are happy. On the day of my purchase I was in the final steps of signing paperwork when I got a call on my cell to find out my father had a stroke and was being rushed to the hospital. Joe and his team went out of their way to get me out the door within minutes (literally!). At that point Joe made the situation about me and helping me get to my father... the car sale wasn't important. All the Elite employees from sales to finance are very kind and caring individuals. I love my 2013 RDX and think Joe is top notch. From the bottom of my heart- Thank you Joe & Elite Acura!!! You have a customer for life!

Have purchased two new Acuras from Susan Rinaldi and in each case it was a pleasant experience. The service department is also top notch. Recently had service on my RDX and Matt Shanley, my service advisor, was great. He answered my questions, returned my calls promptly and arranged for a loaner car with no hassles. The car was fixed right- the first time. His customer service skills are great! I plan to be a long term customer with Elite Acura.

Talk about a happy client! This is my second purchase at this dealership. Elite Acura, Bill Jordan (salesman), management and service department are A+ and above the rest. Honest, helpful, thorough and more. Bill Jordan made this an easy process. I am extremely comfortable with what I paid. Bill Jordan found the perfect car for me and contacted me when he did. Bill Jordan is a man of his word. I will be back when I am ready for my third Acura or any car he suggests! P.S. Every salesmen walking by either nods or says "hello." This dealership is different than the rest!

I've been coming to Elite for more than 15 years (back when they were Sussman!). Four cars and hundreds of thousands of miles and the service is always the best. Sales and Service bend over backward to help you and will always "make it right". Tom Alfinito (GM) is simply the best there is.

What a great experience!!!

We were in the market for a car for our son, who will be driving soon. We had been shopping and returned the dealer where we had purchased our last 3 cars. Unfortunately they didn't have the deal for us. We came across a car on Elite Acura's website that met the criteria for our search. Uneasy to shop from an unknown to us dealer, we were pleasantly surprised. We got in touch with the dealer to make sure the car was available as it was a rainy Saturday and we are some distance away. Our questions were answered quickly during our initial contact and we decided to make the trip. After our first test drive we felt as though there was something on the car that needed to be adjusted, our sales consultant, Joseph Inglima and the general sales manager, Mike Greco advised us they would have the service department look at the car on Monday and we could come back and drive it again after it was adjusted. Most dealers would have encouraged us to buy the car and then promised to fix it after the purchase but Joe and Mike realized the importance of a safe vehicle for our son. As promised the adjustment was made and we were notified. My husband and son returned to the dealer on Monday night to test drive the car again. All was well with the car and we were able to come to an agreement on the price. However it was getting late on a school night and Joe and Mike recognized this and instead of making my husband and son wait until late until all of the paperwork could be done and the car to be cleaned and ready they told us we could return the next day so that we could get home (we are about an hour away). We returned the next day and our purchase was promptly finalized. It was refreshing to us that Joe, Mike and really everyone at the dealership was more concerned with making sure we were happy, well cared for and safe than making a sale. Rarely in today's market can you shop at a dealer where you can find a good deal, NO PRESSURE, and a staff who genuinely care. With this in mind we would highly recommend Elite Acura to anyone in the market for a new car. We can say with confidence that we will be visiting again.

These guys are really good! 2010 Acura TSX Tec 4K Below MSRP

I feel compelled to write this review---I was in Dover DE working in a rental because my car broke down and I was on my way to drive to VA get 2011 TSX from a local buy and sell dealer when Joe Ditro from Elite called me about an inquiry i made online about his car. I told him i was getting this 2011 TS because the price was very good but it had an accident on the car fax and he said "Why would you do that?!" I pulled over and Joe explained in detail how Acura certifies their cars- they did the inspection on this 2010 TSX V6 and they were replacing two rims(which he said most would have let slide or not tell you about because the damage was slight, replaced rear brakes, plus the whole 150 point inspection to Acura standards. I decided to turn around and drive an hour and a half to Maple Shade to take a look. The car was out front and it was in great condition, white with a tan leather interior, despite the bent rims drove great(they were waiting on parts so the rims were getting replaced on Monday) Joe was clean cut,very interested in what i had to say, knew about the car, explained what they found on the certification inspection .... I felt i was in good hands--nothing like this dealer in Va who couldn't or wouldn't tell me anything about what they did to the car. Truthfully they were getting a lot of calls on the car and Joe never once made me feel like"Well, if you do not get it now someone else will buy it quick"pressure. I bought it- amazing discount- and even on my way to pic it up i ran out of Gas 5 miles away on the pike and they came to gas me up- and give me a good ribbing all in fun. Thanks Guys!
