Nissan Rouge

They really worked with me to try and get a car in my budget. You do have to do your research and go in with an idea of what you want. If you are looking at used cars, go over the inventory online so you know what's in the lot. If you have a tight budget and you are honest with them and yourself about it, they can make it work.

These guys are pros. I always get my car in an out of there as quickly as possible. They are very friendly and communicative. As long as I work in NJ and have a Nissan, I don't see myself going anywhere else.

New Truck and expectations

I was eventually happy with the price and outcome of the lease on the 2017 Rouge. I explained my requests at the start of the negotiations. No out of pocket and a reasonable price, the final payment on my prior lease of my 2014 Cadillac. Plus the return of the car to Cadillac. At first I felt these would not be agreed to. I was not getting a Rouge if at least some of these requests were agreed to. After the sale an and manager spoke (I wasn't in attendance) I agreed to pay the first month payment and they agreed to pay my last prior lease payment and return the Cadillac. I was told I would receive a check to pay off the Cadillac to Ally Bank. Haven't received it at this writing. I also paid $410.00 for 4 years worth of NJ registration as it was explained to me. I don't see that dollar amount documented in my lease papers. I see $329.95 registration fee. ?? I don't expect a vichecle registration over the remaining 3 year lease. Can someone explain this better to me.

Worked very hard to get me a car I love!

This is my 3rd Nissan (One Pathfinder and 2 Altimas). I was ready for a new car and Mario helped me find a beautiful 2017 Altima. Finance worked to keep me within my budget. The whole process was smooth and I would highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent nonsense service

Leasing my Rogue

I had a good experience except when I was dealing with the finance manager. My salesman and I negotiated a lease price which included taxes, registration and 1st month payment in my money down. The finance manager told me registration was not included. I told him my salesman and I agreed it did. He spoke to my salesman and said fine but I have to pay for the first months lease. I told him no, it's included. After disagreeing for awhile, he again spoke to my salesman and came back and said fine, it's included. I didn't like the back and forth and it did make me uncomfortable, but in the end, they stood by their word which equals integrity.

Took 20 days to receive my deposit back!

I went with my father to look at a cpo nissan sentra --- he wasn't quite sure if it was the car for him so I left a $500 refundable deposit to hold the car. The very next day, I called to let them know that he decided he didn't want a pre-owned car so if they could just credit my deposit back I would come back with him in a few weeks to look at new cars ( I was going to be away for 2 weeks). They said the credit would happen within a day. Well 20 days later and at least a dozen or more phone calls it finally got processed! Everyone blamed someone else. Kathy the receptionist was extremely kind and sympathetic to the situation but she couldn't do anything more to rectify the situation. Needless to say we did not purchase the new car there but went up to Ramsey Nissan instead and had a great experience

In & Out

Even though I was told they were a little busy with jobs, they had me in and out of there in no time with a new synthetic oil change and tire rotation. This was my first time coming here for service, but the helpfulness of Aaliyah & Mike has made it clear it won't be my last!

I am very happy with the transaction and felt that Mr. Ali listened to and accepted my concerns. Unfortunately I just discovered that the back door on the drivers side will not open from the inside. I have a feeling that I will find the solution in the owner's manual once I get a chance to read it. If I cannot solve the problem, I will stop by and get some help. I feel comfortable that the problem will be solved.

Pressure-free experience

There was no problem with them providing the advertised car and even price matched a lower quote from another dealer. We were able to finalize the purchase even though we couldn't find the title for the Murano that we were trading. In the end, they offered to obtain a duplicate title from NJ Motor Vehicles for a fee. Thank you, Mario! This saved us a lot of time and "motor vehicle agency aggravation".

Great Customer Service

I first met Kathryn Pigen, a receptionist, she is a very good listener as I gave her all my reasons for being there on that day. She looked at me very intently taking in all my concerns of my 2015 Nissan Juke. As a matter of fact I told her she was a good listener as I vented. At some point she left for the day and another receptionist came on duty Alliyah, I approached her about another concern and she too was very helpful after doing some research on the bus linesl. The guy who took my paperwork was Alberto Lazon very polite he heard me venting to Kathryn and he approached with a smile, he said don't worry I will be assisting you today and will take care of all your needs; I will keep you up to date as the work is performed. After sitting for a while, I decided to walk outside in the working area and there I met the serviceman Nima, he too was very assuring as he told me he is going to take care of my every concern. During all my walking around the manager noticed and offered to assist me, so I told him I wanted to change the station on the television, he told me no problem and pointed out the remote control. well this was all I needed; control of the television while I waited. I had a very great experience at Nissan, the team at Nissan is very considerate, they are good listeners, and good workers.

First impression

It's comparable to a kind of luxury type of service often experienced only on luxury vehicles service center. Very quick to get accommodated when scheduling a service. Very quickly done not do much waiting period. While waiting you enjoyed a varieties of available refreshment like coffee, bottled water etch in a nice clean cozy service longe. Thank you for that experience, impressive and a lasting one.
