We trade in our SUV for a 2014 Acura MDX. The sale person was Jason Megna. He answers all our questions, and he was very helpful to us. On Monday, we were looking for a used Acura MDX, and we choose the 2014 Acura MDX. Since we had a pressing appointment, we agreed to look at it the next day, Tuesday. But Jason had the day off. He agreed to meet us in the morning, Tuesday, even though he was off. We test drove the vehicle, which handled excellent. The finance person was very too. Thank you very much. W. and S. Byrne

Great customer service

Just made my very first big purchase. And Im beyond pleased with the Customer service here. My brother Son referred me to come purchase my car here and I'm so glad that I did. Walking in I was so nervous because I'm on a budget and financially I wanted to ensure a comfortable monthly payment. And Doug and Michael did just that. They made sure everything fit my budget and I was getting taking care of. From stepping into Acura and closing the deal I couldn't have been more happier if it wasn't for them. DOUG made sure what I expected I received from the type of color, mileage, to prices he was so helpful. MICHAEL made all my finalizing with finance quick and smooth. There was so much paperwork to sign and go over. But Michael was so helpful and informative. I'm satisfied that I got warranty at the end. My brother SON used to work at Acura so he recommended Doug and Michael here. And I couldn't have been happier if it wasn't for my brother help. Thanks to KEVIN one of the manager for approaching me making sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase.

Dear Mr. Ahern, General Manager: The Acura make of vehicles is outstanding comparatively and can be purchased/serviced anywhere in our region; however, we continue to give our business to Elk Grove Acura given the consistent outstanding customer service ALL AROUND for the past 11 years. We’d like to begin by thanking and acknowledging Chad Kurtz and David Broussau, the phenomenal service advisors and all of the brilliant service technicians behind the scenes for always providing us with first-class service. In 2006, we purchased our first MDX and I (Anne) remember feeling nervous when working with the service department without my husband present; however, in no time, that self-derived intimidation disappeared. A majority of the time, Mr. Kurtz or Mr. Broussau always welcome us at the service driveway asking how they may help. These gentlemen are very patient with us, given our limited proficiency in vehicle maintenance. Recently, we met a new service advisor (new to us), Jose Rosales, whom is just as helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Eric Jones and his team in the Parts Department are all competent, have given us great recommendations on accessories and we have enjoyed working with them as well. Two MDXs, one RDX and 11 years later with Elk Grove Acura, we received an email from Gloria Kang and late evening March 30th, we purchased our fourth vehicle, a 2017 RDX with only 11 miles – wow! Mrs. Kang is the most knowledgeable sales advisor we have met. Her Acura models history, advanced expertise and options proposed to us were absolutely impressive! Robert Eason, Mrs. Kang and Yusuf Stewart made this purchase another excellent experience. This was a great team to work with and we sincerely appreciate the long hours they spent with us. It should be mentioned that Mr. Stewart sold us our second Acura, an RDX years ago, when he was a sales advisor and that too was an outstanding experience. His first-rate service has continued in the Finance Department; he laid-out smart options for us that we could not refuse. Thank you, the folks mentioned above and the whole team at the Lasher Auto Group. We appreciate this team of experts, whom consistently portray a can-do attitude, are patient and very polite. Smooth Sales Transaction

on Friday, March 10th, 2017, my daughter brought me to Elk Grove Acura to browse around for a certified pre owned Acura MDX or RDX. Upon our arrival, we were casually looking around the lot & was warmly greeted by Vinny. We introduced ourselves & my daughter gave Vinny the basic breakdown of my situation & what I needed from the needs of a vehicle to the financial aspect. Vinny assured us that he would be able to help us best to his ability as he was not only a salesman, but also a financial manager. For my daughter, knowing that made the visit a lot easier as there was no need for her to speak to multiple people during any part of the entire process. Working with multiple people during a sale is not something I like. Things discussed get lost in translation & that is where confusion & disappointment happens. With Vinny, he listened thoroughly to what I was looking for within a vehicle, the type of vehicle as well as what I could afford monthly. He did not try to sell me something that I did not want. He made us feel appreciated & important. This does not always happen with other dealerships. Vinny helped us find the perfect Acura RDX to work with my budget & wants as well as needs. The sales transaction as far as paper work goes, was so easy & stress free. I am now enjoying a beautiful certified preowned 2014 Acura RDX. I recommend seeing Vinny for your future vehicle purchases!

Customer service the best ever with Doug

This is our second leased Acura from Doug and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. We drive 50 miles from Auburn just to deal with Doug at Elk Grove. His professionalism and no pressure attitude allow's us to do everything over the internet or phone before we begin our drive each time. There are never any surprises or changes to the agreement when we arrive. Doug has our vehicle detailed and fueled so all we have to do is sign the paperwork and we're on our way. If you've ever thought about stepping up to own an Acura but were afraid you couldn't afford it or make it happen go see Doug. We have Acura dealers closer to us but Doug always beats their price with customer service that can't compare. Thanks again. Cris Lunsford

If you're thinking of buying here, read this first

Doing some preliminary car shopping as my current lease is about to expire, I spoke to Dan Morris. In talking with Dan over a couple month period, I decided to go ahead and lease the new MDX. After settling over the phone regarding the price, payment and all the details, I asked him to please email me all the details so that I had it in writing. Yep, good old Dan decided to make it a longer lease without telling me. When I brought it to his attention, he said Oh since I wasn't clear I will honor what I had told you for the 36 month lease. (mind you the longer lease is a new Acura program so I'm not sure how he could have known months ago!) Today, after confirming with him again all of the details and the length of the lease, he lets us drive 45 minutes to his dealership, run my credit and after signing a few pages....Oh by the way, we can only do a 39 month lease. Really?! This may not sound like a big deal but remember you will have to pay license fees for year 3 but only have the car 3 mos. (among other fees) When the sales manager said no, Dan slithered out the back door without a word. Needless to say, I will never do business with this dealership as they are not honest and their word (even in writing) is worthless.

Friendly and Courteous

I went in to Elk Grove Acura to shop around for a car and ended up buying one. The sales employee (Thang) was so helpful and accommodating. I didn't feel pressured into buying a car, like I felt at other dealerships I've went to. He was very knowledgeable. The Service manager as well usually they tend to upsale as much as they can but not this one. He recommended what he thought was important for the car that I purchased and didn't pressure me into buying anything extra. The whole staff did a great job in making sure that I was taken care of and satisfied!

One of the best dealership experiences I have ever had was with Elk Grove Acura. They went out of their way to help me out with a problem I had with the warranty I purchased on my pre-owned vehicle I purchased. The issue was entirely the responsibility of the warranty company and I have moved out of the area, so there was very little incentive for them to help me. When I could not get the help I needed from the warranty company, Elk Grove Acura made me feel like a valued customer by resolving my problem at their own expense even though they were under no obligation to do so.

Thanks to the low-key approach of Dan Morris on my first visit to the dealership, I came back here--and sought him out again. I had explained initially that I was still researching vehicles before deciding on a make and model. He seemed to recognize and accept this stage in the process--especially since I was looking at moving to an SUV for the first time and was still exploring the market's offerings. I appreciated his support and advice, and the subsequent support of the dealership, and am now enjoying my final choice: a 2016 RDX Advance!

Terrible Customer Service, WAY over priced!!

I purchased my vehicle through another delaer, however that dealer moved farther out of my location and about a year ago I took my car to Lasher Acura in Elk Grove. They performed some normal mainenace work and did a repair that cost me over $1000. From the time I entered their dealership They're service advisor Robert Martel treated my husband and I like they were doing us a favor by fixing our vehicle at their dealership. Regardless, we had the work completed. Now well over a year later the same probelm exists in my vehicle and I am told the warranty has expired and they want to charge me $195 for a diagnositc to figure out what is wrong. This price is over $95 more than what Niello Acura charges. I also explained the need for the maintenace service and they are $22 over what Niello Acura charges for the service. I asked Robert if they would be willing to come down on the price and he told me I would have to leave a voice mail message with his manager and the manager would have to get back to me on Monday, because he was gone for the rest of the week, on Thursday. I feel that based on my prior loyalty to their Dealership that they would have no problem meeting the same price as Niello, however that wasn't the case, instead all I got was an indignant attitude from Mr. Martell when I explined my situation and the fact that they were way over what the other dealership was charging. what happened to Customer service and doing the right thing. Well it doesn't happen here at Lasher Acura. Be aware and check round for prices before getting your car repaired here!!

Tyler would be the go to salesman when visiting Elk Grove Acura. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Tyler respect what I can afford and work around it to meet close to affordable payment. He was there the whole time during the process of negotiating and the final paperwork.
