My new 2017 Explorer

I have purchased five vehicles from Emerling Ford. I truly appreciate their honesty and their service department is fabulous! My salesperson, Ed McClure, made sure that I understood everything about my new car and that my cell phone synced and contacts uploaded, as I am a Real Estate Salesperson who needs access to her phone at all times. Thank you for the great experience and I will see you in another 5 years!

Outstanding Service!

As usual, Randy Oakes and the entire service team went out of their way to accommodate my last minute service needs. They make you feel as though YOU are the ONLY customer, which judging by those I was sitting next to in the waiting room is not the case! Whoever wrote "Failure to prepare on your part does not constitute an emergency on our part!" Must never been a customer at Emerling Ford! The are simply awesome!!!
