Always excellent service. Have always used Lexus for our vehicles ( GS350 and NX ) . Well trained and qualified team . When the vehicles are picked up it almost seems as if they have been detailed. Always recommend Lexus.

communication issue

I have driven a Lexus for about 8 years and have always loved the service department. Scott Sinclair is fantastic. There is a new service person who is oriental and I have to say that I do not like dealing with him because I cannot understand what he is saying - especially on the phone. Every single time that I take my car in for service (over 8 year) I get a loaner car. I booked an oil change recently and of course asked for a loaner car. Apparently he has difficulty understanding me as well because when I arrived there was no loaner car for me. Scott as usual saved the day and gave me his car to drive that day. It is really difficult to have confidence when there is such a large communication problem. I am sorry that I do not know his name but he is the only service person with an strong accent.

Service center could take your all your money!!

Well, recently I changed my transmission and rear+front differential fluids from them. While I was talking with them over the phone a week ago before the service date, they told they will charge $225 for transmission fluid, and $50 dollars for the rear differential fluid. The guy over the phone did not mention about the front differential fluid. But when I took my car they said they will do the front differential fluid as well. So I assume the charge should be all around $325 plus tax. I was so wrong! They charged me $625 dollars all together ..almost double the amount I expected. If you are using this dealer for servicing of your Lexus, please be careful! They say something, but that's not correct!

I would not recommend this dealer.

The staff is always friendly, the service is excellent, the vehicle is always clean and the work is done within the time promised. Efficient and accommodating!

I had great service from Derek Fehr and Lexus Service Department yesterday when I brought my SUV in for a recall appointment. I was checked in promptly, provided with a “loaner” vehicle and the work was completed promptly to fit with my commitments that day. When I picked up my SUV it was sparkling!

I love the Lexus dealership, they have always taken superior care of my vehicles. They return it to me immaculate and go beyond with touching up pain chips, cleaning the floor mats which I really appreciate. The fellows at Ens are very good to me, they know I have had some serious health issues and they always ask how I am. I feel they truly care and help me with any technical issues I have without making me feel really dumb. How awesome is that?

Scott and Thomas were very welcoming upon my arrival at the Service Bay. Also, Thomas was very professional and courteous in getting my vehicle serviced and the tyres changed. He explained in detail all that was done and he ungrudgingly provided me with a little extra service that I had requested. In addition, I have to commend Sanel for washing and cleaning the exterior and interior of my two vehicles; they were spotless ... and I am particular! He is a 'keeper'! Thank you, gentlemen! Well done.

Scott was very friendly and professional in getting my vehicle serviced. Since I didn’t have an appointment he did suggest that I get my regular service done at the same time as getting my tires checked because the low tire indicator was on. This saved me another trip and another morning without my vehicle. Well done Scott!!

The only disappoint experienced was that I could not book my appointment online with the link provided in the emails that were sent to me. I believe the online booking application needs some attention from the IT department. All phone calls and in person interactions were positive, well informed and call backs were made according to the timelines promised. Thank you Thomas.

Oil change

Small issue with cabin filter change. The labor charge to change cabin filter was redundant. Filter had to be removed for inspection and repositioned at no charge. To install new filter should be a part of the inspection with no charge. Option to have customer install filter should have been provided as an option

Oil change & reattach remote to windshield

Had a oil change and reattach remote to winshield it had come loose and kept falling down. Great service they drove me to the airport and kept my car until i returned back to Saskatoon.
