This is the first time I considered leasing a vehicle and looked into the Costco auto program which led me to EVS. My entire experience was very positive and although EVS is a bit of a drive I would not hesitate to return for future business.

We purchased 1 new and 1 used vehicle from EVS in the past year. First experience was good up until financing close, Carlos G. was a jerk!!! (condescending/eye roller). 2nd experience could not have been better. Terry Flaherty was perfect, assisted us greatly to figure out a technical system on the vehicle. We could tell he was in the automotive business for a long time and we would recommend him to anyone, anytime. When it came time to close on our purchase Terry forgot that we mentioned that we DID NOT want to see this Carlos character again. Unfortunately we were led into his office and needless to say we expressed our displeasure. At that point Terry recalled our request and immediately took us into Todd Praters office. Todd took time even though we were not scheduled with him to complete our transaction and conclude our pleasant vehicle buying experience. 5 stars to Terry and Todd. 3 stars to dealership for financial employee conduct.

Mike Stark is a great salesperson! I told him what vehicle I wanted and what options were on my "must have " list! I got the deal and the options I wanted, and he was a great help with learning about everything that came on my 2017 Buick Encore. He also called me the next day to see how I was doing with my vehicle,and any questions I had he was ready to answer.

Lemon cars

This is the worst place you can buy your car from! They sell lemon cars! I bought an suv and I have had nothing but problems. I have put in over 3000 in it. They are word and disrespectful and quick to make a sale they don’t care they selling a lemon car. As long as you sign the paper work that’s all they care about ! Whatever you do think about it! Don’t buy no cars from this place new or used! Everyone is disrespectful and just want your money!

New Chevy Volt

Having been to a few other Chevy Dealers it seemed to me the Chevy Volt was not that popular of a car and the salesmen did not know a lot about them. So I decided to try the Costco route. Costco sent me to Eric Von Schledorn in Saukville, 77 miles away for me. There I meet Randy Mickelson who seemed quite knowledgeable about the Chevy Volt. He answered all my questions and made the whole buying experience a good one.

Terrible service and totally got robbed!

Highly upset! This dealership is a joke! I got a terrible interest! Had issues with my car! Totally rude manager wouldn’t even call me back! Wish I never went to this dealership! I want to return my car!

I worked with Kent Jeffers before and when I saw a vehicle that I wanted to surprise my husband with, I contacted Kent. I talked to Kent on Friday, saw the vehicle on Saturday and picked it up on Monday! Kent made the whole process so easy and I really appreciated the help of other staff members in making this an event my husband will never forget. Best car buying experience ever!

Lemon Car

In the beginning they are very nice and wanting to help. As soon as they have your money Eric Von Schledorn don't care what happens to the car/ truck. It’s not their problems. When I first went in to purchase the truck the sales person who was supposed to help me finalize everything for my truck was not in. A gentleman by the name of Clyde helped me and had an attitude during the process. Then makes a remark as I am speaking to the General Manager Richard Smith and says I didn't want to help her I was doing Brian Mickey a favor. I am not gaining any sale from this, in front of me. I ask Richard is this how you train your stuff to conduct business to be ride and disrespectful in front of the customers as you are speaking to him. Nevertheless, my brother looks at the truck, informs Richard there were some things that he was concerned about such as the leakage of the power steering wheel, Richard goes on to saying that it was fixed, my brother tells him, I am sorry however this does not look fixed, months has passed and the problem is still there. Since I have had the truck I have had to fix it more then what I have spent enjoying it. I have to fix a transfer case, shocks, and know this power steering leakage. I have contacted the dealership requesting to speak to Eric Von Schledorn and he has refused to return my calls. This is the worst place to deal business with. My truck is not in operating condition and the dealership does not want to take responsibility for their actions. They are rude, disrespectful, unreasonable, and non-compliant. On top of all this they force to sign paperwork, so they aren't responsible to fix anything else and still not want to work you. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with this company. All I have been asking is someone to fix the problems of the truck so that I am able to enjoy it. All I have asked for is for Eric Von Scheldorn is to give me a call to discuss my concerns, however everyone at this dealership just finds excuses for each other instead of helping the customer.

Great Customer Service

The customer service at this dealership is fantastic. From the receptionist, salesman, and finance person. Purchasing my used vehicle there was a good experience. I was not pressured or stressed whatsoever. I have purchased a vehicle from Clyde some years ago and never hesitated to go back to him when I was in the need for another car. I have dealt with a few other dealers in the area and was unhappy with the overall experience.

Seamless Purchase

Let's be honest. Buying a car is a miserable experience, especially for a woman. I have purchased 2 other cars in my life and drove each of them into the ground, just to avoid having to go through the process again. I found my ideal vehicle online and, eager to complete the process as quickly as possible, was connected to Carlos in the Finance Department to facilitate all the paperwork I was dreading. I made a point of telling Carlos that I hate the whole "Dealership Experience," that I found the exact car I wanted, and I wanted to walk into the dealership, make my payment, and go. I made it clear that I didn't want a hassle and that if I felt pushed into anything, at all, that I would walk out and take my business elsewhere. Carlos listened politely as I went off and he walked me through the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect and promised me that he would do all he could to expedite the process and get me into the car of my dreams. He told me all the things I would need to bring with me so I was prepared. Then... I discovered that I could not find my lien release or my title for the car I wanted to trade in. I was so stressed out, I called Carlos and told him to forget the whole deal. He listend to me and told me that part of his job was to help when these situations come up. And he just handied it! He took care of everything for me. Finally, the time I was dreading came, and I went to Eric Von Schledorn. The experience was unlike any other I've had. The facility itself is gorgeous. All the cars on display are beautiful, and the place is immaculate. Everyone I encountered while I milled around was professional and nice. I was immediately set at ease. Carlos came out, shook my hand, and brought me to the office, where, much to my relief, EVERYTHING was prepared, the paperwork was printed and the keys to my car were there waiting for me. In what seemed like the blink of an eye, I was in my beautiful car, which I love, and on the road. I would highly recommend EVS for anyone who wants a great car at a fair price. Their crew really made this a positive experience, and when the time comes, this is the ONLY delership I will use.

Amazing Sales Rep - Finance Department Not So Great

Our sales associate was amazing! I had let him know we were coming in and he was more than willing to work with us. When we got to the finance department the man working was a jerk. He was very insulting and rude to us. He kept telling us we were "confused" and "not understanding" the math he was explaining. We were very aware of the math but he would not take no for an answer. He made very rude comments to us after we told him no on extended warranties. We were ready to walk out the door after he commented to my father he was surprised how little he said and that he let the women handle buying the car. Very insulting and arrogant, Will never be back.

"The ultimate model for a dealership"

I just purchased a 2017 Corvette from EVS, without even stepping into the dealership. I live in Florida, found the car I wanted on the internet, then made a call to the dealership. Being very apprehensive about this long distance transaction, I was very lucky to have Randy Mickelson answer my call. I had a great feeling about continuing the purchase process with Randy, he answered all my questions, requests, and concerns ( yes, I'm one of those picky Corvette guys ) in a polite, factual, and quick manner. I also had a quick conversation with George Pyskir to clarify one of my concerns. I decided to pull the trigger and purchase the Grand Sport, which I am extremely happy with my decision. Randy oversaw the loading of the car on the transport to get the car to Florida, sent pictures, and just handled everything. Randy and EVS should be the model for new car dealerships, no pressure, no wild claims and no add-ons at the end. THANKS GUYS !! Gene H.
