AWESOME SERVICE

I'm a first time car buyer with no credit so that usually means xxxx but Matt & Michael made it so easy.. My mom & I both purchased cars from here.. A CLS Benz & I just got a Porsche.. Not only are the cars in perfect condition the service here is like none other.. They had us in & out literally under an hour, left with a new car! .. So much love for Michael & Matt.. Awesome guys I would refer anyone! Thanks again guys be back when I'm ready for something faster ha :)

GREAT DEALERSHIP

I had already done my online research and knew the parameters of the car I wanted. I was trading in a recently purchased 2004 CLK 500 that was in much rougher condition than I had realized at the time of purchase from a private party. I had a pretty good idea of the trade in value and was prepared to take the loss. They were more generous than they needed to be. The entire experience was one of ease. No pressure. I test drove the car twice. Once we shook on the deal, the paperwork was quick. I left with a great car I won't have to worry about for a long time that I am absolutely in love with and the knowledge that the price was more than fair. Generously so. If you are in the market for a used car in great shape that is within their inventory, I highly recommend them as the place you go. Chances are, you will then happily spend the rest of day driving your new-to-you beauty. Mike - thanks for my best car purchase experience ever!

We recently bought our G-500 Mercedes here and love it !! The costumer service truly was amazing , they were happy to help us through the whole process !! They even offered to help sell my other car ! The experience overall was great definitely will be buying another car from them again soon ! Thanks you guys !!

This car lot offers sub-standard cars under the pretense of high-end, top quality used vehicles. BUYER BEWARE. They are nice during the transaction but once you have the car you will experience problems within days and they will not remedy the issues, offer any sort of service, customer service, common decency nor professionalism. They are knowingly selling sub-par cars and getting top dollar for these vehicles. Sleazy is a compliment at this lot.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I bought a 6-series BMW from European Auto House for my wife. The entire buying experience was fantastic, very professional, and I'm super happy with the service I received from Michael. He got me a great deal and I couldn't be happier. My wife loves the car! PS...all the cars are super clean here. The used cars are turnkey like a new car. They take the time to make the vehicles look brand new. I will definitely be back to buy again.

I live in the midwest, and found a vehicle I liked at European Auto House. Advertised price was 129,999. In writing, they offered me the vehicle for 127,000. I was very happy with the deal. Two days later the manager "Michael" told me his assistant "misspoke" and that she was only authorized to give me $2000 off the advertised price, and that I would have to pay $127,999 if I wanted the vehicle. As it was still a pretty good deal, and since I already had the feeling his assistant didn't really know what she was doing, I agreed to pay the higher price. I put money down on the car, and commenced to communicate back and forth with them to arrange the purchase, pursuant to an inspection. I paid $350 for an independent shop to inspect the car. Everything checked out, and I was waiting on them to send me the contract, and was going to wire the funds within 3 days. They went silent on me for 36 hours, very unusual since I had been in touch with them almost constantly since the inspection had been completed. I finally got a call from Michael. He apologized for his silence and explained that his "bosses" wouldn't let him sell me the car for less than the advertised price of $129,999. I couldn't believe it. I have a business of my own and would never consider treating anyone like that. Not to mention that there was no reason for me to trust this guy any longer. That kind of B-S is amateur, and Michael should have hidden in shame. If his "bosses" truly dumped on him like that, they should get out of the business. The advertised price was still a decent deal, but at this point, making the transaction from half way across the country, wiring all the money in advance of receiving the vehicle, I had no reason to trust that anything good would come from this deal. I was admittedly irate. Michael kept empathizing with me, which just made me more irate. What a bunch of yokels. To his credit, Michael did agree to send me a check to reimburse me for the inspection. He did send it, and it did not bounce. That said, be on your guard with these people, as you may find it hard to trust what they tell you even if they put it in writing.

I would not recommend this dealer.

My wife found a 2010 Mercedes S550 on Autotraders. We decided to call them and a Gentleman by name of Michael answered! He was very courtious and friendly! We mentioned to him that we need to inspect the vehicle before we take further initiation . He accomadated to allow them to do so and when the they inspected it at Beverly Hills Mercedes it came out congruent to everything he mentioned! When we arrived to the dealership! We finally test drove the car. My wife loved it! I was still skeptical about making the final decision because we were comparying it Leasing a Mercedes. However Michael sat down and logically made it understable to purchasing it vs leasing. His Logic made alot of sense! It turned out that since we drive 20,000 miles on a yearly basis we are actually losing $12000 based on the miles per gallon for 3 years of leasing. And he also mentioned how Leasing can put a high price on the Insurance quotes especially on a new car. His logical made ALOT of sense! As a business man myself I couldnt emphasize more but for a manager in the business for 20 years I descided to go with his proposal. Thanks Michael!

Be careful. Make sure you drive the car on the freeway...

Be careful. Make sure you drive the car on the freeway especially between 60-80 MPH. Because of where they are located it is very hard to get a good driving experience prior to purchase. (alot of traffic everywhere you go) I had to spend $500.00 troubleshooting a vibration. I eventually found out that I needed a new set of $1250 tires due to tire flat spots.. So when you are striking a deal with these friendly guys make sure you allow $$$'s for after purchase issues. They will not help you out in ANY way after the fact. You know the old saying, "Buyer Beware".
