Bad customer experience

Emailed the interned team to get a new ranger approved with my trade. To find out when I got there to pick and sign all paperwork they never add my trade to the deal. And the sale guys keep on saying we get you done and resend you a new offer. Find out never heard back from them. Never again will I shop at evergreen ford.

I bought a used car there

Bough a used car from Robert. Nice guy and a good deal. Got a call back 2 weeks later about a 2nd set of keys for my truck. They found them and call me to come and get them. That's awesome customer service. Saved me $300

Works with scammy partners, rude to customers.

They push very hard to upsell on GAP insurance and 'extended warranty'. However, the GAP insurance partner - wisefendi - is a scammy company who tries hard to ensure they don't have to pay any money out. They have very short deadlines buried in the contract which they will not tell you about when you're working with them after an accident - even if your contract goes up with the car! I called to talk to Evergreen Ford Lincoln about my frustration about this and I got shouted at on the phone by their finance director Cameron. I will never buy another car here and will tell all my friends not to as well.

Sold out from under me

Previously purchased a new truck from Evergreen so when I had seen another which I liked felt OK. I live 4.5 hours away so Imcalled multiple times to set a time to come have a look and probabaoy purchase. Called the night before to affirm the truck was still available and set a time to meet. Arrived after driving 4.5 hours to be met outside with the salesman to be told someone was literally making a deal on it as we spoke! Left and purchased another truck at a different dealership hour later!

Customer service

Evergreen Ford sold my daughter a pre-owned 2011 Chevy cruse and warranty. Benjamin assured us the pre-owned car had a complete 126 point inspection and the warranty was the best in the business and was hand picked by the owner of the Chevy and Ford dealerships. The car was having mechanical issues the day after purchase and the car was in the shop twice before the first payment, so much for the complete 126 point inspection, repairs were completed and covered by Evergreen Ford. The car was having more issues shortly after making first payment, took car to Evergreen ford for repair and was told to take the car to the Chevy Dealer. Evergreen Chevy said failed turbo fitting is not covered by the warranty would cost $700 for repair, so much for the hand picked warranty. Called Benjamin, who now called "pre-owned car" a high mileage used car, he told me he would be happy to direct me to someone else. Bottom line: Cars been in the shop three times in the first six weeks of ownership and will cost $700 in repairs before second payment. Don't buy a used car from Evergreen Ford and if you do don't be taken in by the warranty. Received a call from Tom Noe General Manager Evergreen Ford who generously offered to cover my daughters out of pocket repair costs. This has restored my confidence in this dealership. Having purchased new vehicles from Evergreen Ford and Chevrolet in the past with a positive experience.

Easy comfortable experience!

From the initial email I sent to "Internet Sales" until I drove away in my new vehicle, the experience was pleasant and far from what I had experienced in the past from other dealerships. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant, extremely helpful and willing to answer any and all questions.

A Good Experience - happy with new vehicle

We were looking to turn over our old lease into a new one and after struggling with the original dealership (not Evergreen) for 4-5 days to get a deal done, but we were just left dangling in the wind. Evergreen met our needs and we had something knocked out in less than 24 hours! Thank you Arcus and Evergreen Ford.

A good experience - love my new Escape!

I had not had the experience of purchasing a vehicle for over 15 years so I was prepared for an awful and trying day. But, it wasn't. I knew what I wanted and Chris showed us several options; even a used car (off-brand) just because I wanted to check it out. Chris was very patient and helpful through test drives and questions, gave us all applicable rebates/deals available for the car I wanted and I drove away in a new 2018 Ford Escape. I'm very happy with my new SUV and can't wait to try out all the bells and whistles that come with it (my last car was a 2003 Ford Escape - so it's a new world to me). I highly recommend Chris and the staff at Evergreen Ford.

Great Experience

I purchased my first pick-up, F-150 XLT 4X4 a day before Thanksgiving from Evergreen Ford Lincoln. I couldn't ask for a better experience from this dealership. Our salesperson Chris Reade was easy to work with, insightful, knowledgeable and made you feel at home. Evergreen Ford is professional, clean and super friendly. They have a great crew....the service department is all about customer service.

Still have not yet received my car. Spent a whole day and don't come home with a car because I paid cash they dint trust me. I have bought three cars and trucks there I will never go there again

Intentional lies or honest mistake?

i went in after seeing great ads but when i asked to see the car they said it was sold. so we checked out other comparable cars but as we were looking i noticed the ad car i came in for was parked around blocked in! i checked the vin and yes it was it! i asked if it is sold, whats it doing still on the lot? their reply was that they input the wrong stock number.... needless to say, i lost all faith and left.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Bait and switch

These nasty folk are the sneakiest I've ever dealt with. Wouldn't sell listed car. Created fake mechanical problem with it to turn us toward other vehicles. We drove a long way and took the bait. They even hid the car after I demanded to see it and that i said I could fix what was wrong. They are devious crooks! Beware!

Professional and personal people throughout dealership

We came to the dealership looking for two things One was a sales associate that did what was asked of him and that was Chris Reade but recently psssed who found what we wanted and was fair about everything. My last sales person has been our go to guy for 30 plus years recently passed leaving us looking for a new saless person and dealership and we feel like we found both at Evergreen Lincoln.

Shady business practices for customer

Ended up buying a truck with them and trading in a used car. My hope here is that others stay away from the dealership as my understanding is they want to have lifelong customers who provide referral business. Working with them has been the complete opposite. Car Purchased Issues: > Smashed passenger mirror that had covers on it at the time of purchase > Oil drain bolt 1/2 from even being snug which resulted in leakage I tried to work with them after the purchase to replace the smashed passenger mirror. There ultimate response was "when I google, they have covers that are < $100". Well I appreciate you googling, however I was giving you an opportunity to say, oh geez we appreciate your business and will replace those mirrors. Trade In Car: > Knocked us down couple grand saying they needed to perform repairs which were going to cost them ~$2k. They ended up doing $0 repairs to the body and posted it as is for $5k above KBB. I went to these guys based on referrals from family and friends. My purchase was simple, I did not try negotiating with their ask price based on it being fair market value. They haggled me down on the trade-in. While I understand "that's business" it still needs to be publicly documented how the situation was handled. Ultimately all they had to do was pay $500 for the replacement mirrors and call it a day. Instead they told me how to google search. On a positive note: Finance guy is AWESOME! Direct seller was awesome as well.

Awesome - honest, professional, good people to work with

Evergreen Ford is an outstanding dealership that we highly recommend. Tomi, Chet, and Robert truly went above and beyond to provide top-notch customer satisfaction. Our experience was smooth, enjoyable and stress-free from start to finish. Tomi is absolutely fantastic and was a true pleasure to work with. He is personable, knowledgeable and just an all around great guy. Tomi helped us find exactly what we were looking for and made sure to address all of our questions and needs every step of the way. If you are in the market for buying a vehicle, look no further- Tomi is your guy! Chet helped us with the purchasing process as well to make sure that everything worked out for us. He's friendly, down to earth, and has a great business approach. Chet did everything he could to make sure we were happy. Chet and Tomi were even willing to stay late on a Saturday night (well past closing hours) and come in early (before opening hours) to accommodate our schedule. Robert worked with us on the financing and options portion of the purchase. He's a really nice guy that's great with numbers and very thorough. He took the time to discuss options with us, and tailored them to meet our family's needs. Did I mention that we had our two very young children with us during the entire process? The dealership has toys for kids to play with, coloring pages and crayons to keep them busy and everyone was so nice to them. The Evergreen Ford team was honest, fair, hard-working and exactly what you'd hope for in a dealership. Naturally we were excited to buy a new vehicle, but it was also nice to know that we were buying our new vehicle from such a great group of people. When we were ready to buy another one in the future, we will definitely go back to Evergreen Ford.

Salesman Mark Keeten let the dealership down

I only dealt with one salesman and what a rude (expletive) he was. MARK KEETEN was his name. I called in with my wife to check out used f150s last Saturday. Waiting on a work permit arriving in the next couple weeks before we inevitably purchase a 20k used truck. As soon as he realized he wasnt getting a sale that day (and probably not in the month of march to help him get his bonus), he could care less. Lost all motivation to talk to and help us ( I explained I'd never sat in or driven a full size pickup), essentially saying "go away so I don't miss the next sale". He yawned in front of us and didn't cover his mouth or apologize, took a call while I was mid sentence and explained it was a potential customer. THEN, called me back three days later asking if my work permit arrived and when I said no but explained I was still interested he cut me off mid sentence and said "I gotta call you back, I have a customer in front of me" (didn't stop him taking a call when I was sitting in front of him). Oh and he never called me back..... Mark, my name is Chris Hughes, please delete me off your calling list. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Great Service

The Service I currently receive on my Lincoln MKX and attention by the staff will be a major factor in purchasing a new Continental vs a Mercedes E class. The dealer is close to home ad the service exceeds what I get from my local Mercedes dealer on my other car. This service level was our reason for purchasing a Ford Escape AWD SE for our son to drive.

Truly Humbled

At 51 years old, I have been buying cars since I was 16. This is the very first time that I left a dealership in all of these years not only feeling as though I truly was given a great deal, but they went over and above to get me the deal I needed affording me the ability to purchase the Truck that I wanted. I arrived late in the evening and the dealership closed at 9:00. Chris Reade, Trevor Fawcett and Robert Whalley all stayed until nearly 10:30 to not only get the deal done with the Ford Credit, but to get me the interest rate that was necessary to place me in the Truck of my choice. Unlike the other dealers I had visited prior, who tried to place me in a lesser vehicle. The personal service by these 3 individuals, made the entire experience humbling. This was my 4th new Ford Truck I have purchased from 4 different dealerships since 2008. No matter where in the country I am, when it is time for my 5th, I will come back to this dealership. I am grateful to all of you.
