The purchase of my Jeep Compass was flawless. Mike was very efficient and patient in answering all of my questions. He gets 5 stars for excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable about the products available and understood completely what my expectations were. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle no matter what the circumstance.

Purchased my new Ram from Ewald. Had an idea what I was looking for, Mike was quick to respond to my internet request and get a convenient time for a test drive. Had a truck ready when I arrived. found the right truck quickly. helped with finance and walked through the process with me. Love my new Ram

Update to original review. Brett Ewald has reached out to me multiple times to try to rectify the situation. Since working with Brett Ewald he has been great at trying to just make situation right. Brett has stated he is now the General manager over the Ewald dealerships and is working to make sure the full car buying experience is great going forward and no one else has an experience as I had. During the short time working with Brett I can say I feel they will be much better going forward. The biggest take away for me is Brett just wanted to make the situation right and didn't really care about if I updated the reviews or not. That is true customer service. To not be looking for something in return but just taking care of the customer. If I could give less than one star I would. I have never bought a vehicle from a dealer and had them not care about the customer after the sale as little as Ewald does. Once they get your money they do not care about you. Multiple issues after I bought my 2015 Ram and I had to contact them multiple times just to get things fixed the one thing they promised they would fix. Then when I brought up multiple other issues they never tried to make it right. I would never buy another vehicle from Ewald. Spent $30,000 on a truck and following issues within the first week: 1) check engine light came on within 20 mins of driving home 2) 1/4 tank of gas, had to fill up before I even got home 3) Told me no issues or accidents on vehicle, found estimate in glove box for bumper repair. 4) Said they would fix windshield, I had to contact them multiple times to get the window fixed. 5) talked about how clean vehicles are, after having it had to have it detailed myself because they must have only ran a vacuum thru it.

I would not recommend this dealer.

My experience with Ewald in Oconomowoc was extremely disappointing! First of all, I went there specifically because members of my family have purchased their vehicles there before and were happy about their treatment. Secondly, after doing research online, they also had the type of vehicle I was looking to possibly purchase. However, when I took time out of my day to go to their dealership, their customer service was severely lacking. After arriving there, I wandered around in their car lot for over 45 minutes and not a single salesperson ever bothered to come out and assist me. I know for a fact that there was more than one salesperson who saw me, because as I looked inside the dealership, I could see a couple of their salespeople just standing there looking at me through their windows. What makes this even more insulting, is the fact that when I followed up with the dealership via their website about this negative experience, I was told specifically that they would have a Manager contact me about my experience and see if there was something that they could do to make things better to have me come back and give them a second try. Well, once again the experience was quite disappointing since here again I also NEVER contacted by a manager as promised. Apparently customer service or follow up is not a strong point of this dealership.

Great Service

I bought my vehicle here and bring it here for it's service as well. Most recently Mike helped me and was a pleasure to work with. He got me set up with another vehicle while mine was being fixed and made sure to keep me informed about what was going on with my vehicle. The work was done promptly and I haven't had any issues since!

Excellent service department

Had a bad experience with Chevy service department (3 hour oil change), so I was Leary to return. Tire light wouldn't go off... So I reluctantly called Chrysler/dodge service dept. they got me in right away and pulled a nail from my tire. Light still didn't go off... So they got me in the next day and found a faulty tire sensor. They even did my oil change and tire rotation while I was waiting. Only took an hour and was completely covered by warranty. Amazing crew! Will definitely go back!

Extremely rude management

I tried to purchase a used car from this dealership and the manager, Anthony, was so rude and confrontational. My former car had been totaled and he said over the phone he would need proof that my old car was paid in full. I came in and told him that I spoke with my bank and they advised there was no lien on the car, and that he can see it on the dmv website. He now decided he wanted a lien release instead. I worked with the bank and sent him the lien release the following day. He then called me and said that this process has just been too convoluted and will not sell me the car. After jumping through all of his ridiculous hoops, being approved for financing through Chrysler bank via the dealership, agreeing on a price, and test driving the car numerous times, Anthony decided he will not sell me the car. He has a condescending tone and is flat out rude! Worst customer service I've ever seen and huge waste of time. I've never had a dealership literally not want to sell a vehicle. I will never waste my time there again and will tell everyone I know about their awful service.

worst service i have ever had

Never felt like I was a valued customer. Jeep was in for more than a week, had to call several times to get updates. At two different times when I called , I was told the vehicle was worked on the previous day. I wouldn't go back here under any circumstances

Purchase was quick and easy. With technology these days, the buyer can compare prices and knows when they're getting a good deal. I researched the vehicle I wanted on my own and when it came time to buy, I contacted several dealerships. In a matter of a few days the deal was made. After settling on a used 2011 Ram, Brian worked with us to settle price and financing so that we were satisfied. The business manager gave us several options for warranties, carefully explaining them all to us. Since Brian was on pre-scheduled a vacation when we actually picked up the truck, another salesman filled in for him, showing us the vechicle controls, etc. Great teamwork & first class treatment by everyone at Ewalds.

Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to this Jeep dealer to fix my...

Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to this Jeep dealer to fix my car alarm that was going off all the time. After keeping the car for two days, they were unable to fix the problem. Their final solution was to remove the whole alarm system. The rip off costed $650, should I decide not to remove the system, they will charge me $500 just for their unprofessional diagnostic of the car. You are better off taken your car to a general mechanic, these guys are worthless technically speaking ....although they must be doing very well financially, ripping off customers !!!!!!
