Honest service

I left a review several months ago that was less than good for the service department. While they (each service writer) still aren’t very welcoming and helpful (unless you’re their customer) the overall experience surprised me on this last visit. The day before dropping off my vehicle I saw the head of a screw in one of my tires. Frustrated and needing someone to blame I brought my wife outside and asked where she’d been driving hoping she would take the blame. None the less, I take it in for an oil change, tire rotation and while you’re at it, take the screw out and plug the hole. Simple enough right. Well when I returned to pick up my vehicle, i looked over the paperwork and the quote for the tire repair was not listed. I asked my service writer about it and he said the tech didn’t find any screw. Convinced he was lying and the tech was lazy I went outside to check all 4 tires (since they had now been rotated) and to my surprise, I could t find the screw. My own craziness aside, I immediately thought how they could’ve charged me for the repair and I never would’ve known. More than that I also noticed the inner wheel well cover had somehow torn slightly and was loose. That was also repaired at no charge. While these simple repairs would’ve totaled just a few dollars, an honest tech/repair shop is priceless!!

Fast and great experience on my Buick Enclave purchase

It’s my great pleasure to work with Gary on my new Buick Enclave purchase. After he learned what I exactly like, he pulled two cars for me. Since it’s too late, I had to leave after 30 minutes. Gary followed up with me next day and we reached the deal via phone. Gary demonstrates his great knowledge and professionalism during the whole process. After the finance process, Robert help me some set up and gave me a through walkthrough on the technology in the car. This is the most comprehensive tutoring on a new car I ever had.

My husband and I had a great car buying experience with the dealership. Working with Natalie Collins as our sales person was a very stressfree experience. Natalie worked our car deal with expectional experience. Natalie really eased the entire process. She was very detailed in explaining anything that was realated in the entire document process. We also had an enjoyable stress free process with Mr. David De La Cruz. His ease and experience with the Financal paperwork was absoultely phenomenal. I want to say THANK YOU to these employees that are a part of your team. The coffee bar and the the kids section with TV's and a personal sitting area were a big a help. Best car buying experience EVER!

My husband and I have always hated car shopping. The process takes forever and we generally leave feeling exhausted, ripped off and not at all excited about our new vehicle. When we moved to Texas a few months ago, my husband was in need of a new vehicle and he had been wanting a GMC Terrain for years. We weren't looking forward to the search at all, but Ewing completely surprised us. Gary was our salesperson, and he was genuinely friendly (not in the fake salesperson kind of way), very knowledgeable, and made the experience fun for once. Everyone we met that day was the exact same way. They didn't try to push added things we didn't need. They came back with the price we were wanting. And in the end, we actually walked away feeling happy and excited about our new vehicle. It was such a great experience that I will probably be going back to trade in my Ford Escape I got a couple of years ago for a GMC or Buick just for the experience. Thank you so much to the whole team! You all were great and we definitely recommend you all to anyone and everyone!

Repairs and oil change completed in timely manner

Completed oil change and lubrication service, replacement of daytime running light and socket, and defective tire pressure sensor in timely manner. Was without the car for only one day.

There was a recall for my Yukon XL and I called Benjamin with Ewing on a Sat morning and he fit me in and had the recall taken care of within an hour and I evvnngot my car washed. I highly recommend Ewing for their service and the next GMC purchase will be done with Ewing also!

This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from Ewing and the first one from me. I was a loyal Ford Truck owner since 1996, but after dealing with Ewing I am a converted GMC guy. My wife and I have dealt with Gary Parr with 3 purchases and every time is an incredible experience. No pressure, fair and honest. I view Gary as a consultant more than a Sales Professional. He cares about what matters to us and understands our needs and addresses them. Gary makes the car buying experience beyond enjoyable. Because of Gary Parr and the Service Department that takes care of my wife's vehicle I switched to a GMC Truck. At Ford, you were a number and a profit for the dealership, at Ewing you are valued as a customer that spends your hard earned money with their business and they appreciate it. My nine year old daughter told me as we were leaving "I like that guy Dad, he's nice!" Ewing has my vote of confidence and will always have my business because of Gary Parr! Brett and Abbie Emery
