THE BEST! Service, Quality and Professionalism

Just down away by the service, Jesse Strauss gave us from the moment we walked in to the dealership. Was considering the new Levante S and Jesse just made the experience so great we ordered the car on the spot after the test drive. He walked us through the customization process and with my kids was able to build a car that we were all happy with. He kept me informed through the delivery process and was available as soon as the car arrived to help with all insurance, registration, radar etc... Such an easy process. Have heard of horror stories but Jesse and everyone at the dealership were fantastic. Will for sure go back and get my text car from them. and have already refereed friends to Jesse.

They were delivering my car by the next couple days

For the record, I am young but I am also a Director/Administrator and the owner/operator of my own consulting firm. My youth can be deceiving and it helps me see the true colors of the salesmen/women I encounter. After some horrible experiences from other dealerships (Nissan, BMW) and lackluster ones (Porsche, Mas/Ferrari in Edison), I decided to try out Mas in Manhattan. Yes there is a Mas in NJ but I felt the Mas in Edison lost interest when I suggested pre-owned stock. Never bothered to discuss why but was quick to say they don't have much of those in stock there. I was left to look around at the pre-owned collection of Mercs and Ferraris in the showroom. Not quite what I imagined when thinking of service at an exotic/super car level. Even at my local Lexus, they would not negotiate the price for any F-spec models until they run a credit check. I liked the salesman, the manager probably needed a learning experience. Thus, the silence after they found out I bought a new Maserati GT-S....priceless. A friend bought his GT-S in Manhattan and had a good experience so I gave it a shot. At Maserati of Manhattan, I was greeted promptly and I had a couple people attending to my questions and concerns. At first I planned on a pre-owned since I was new to the Maserati brand and wanted to give it a try but I saw the Rosso Trionfale w/ CF and that was it. The only one available new so I took a leap of faith. They took care of the paperwork and phone calls as I relaxed and browsed around their collection. Note: I live in NJ so buying from out of state, you will still be subject to make a quick stop into the DMV for an "inspection" for NJ reg. Don't worry, the DMV workers were so paranoid about even smudging the car I drove it through to the end just so they can slap an inspection sticker on it and that's all. Otherwise, the car arrived to my home via canopied flat bed, not a scratch and clean as a whistle. I am satisfied with my experience at this facility and I understand this auto group may have also expanded to one or two other locations (midtown and @ Englewood,NJ?). I would buy again from them.

Upscale cars marred by Chaos

One would expect superior customer service when you buy a specialty auto. Skip this dealership unless you want the most dreadful experience of your life. Grossly mismanaged and inept from sales to customer service, the should be ashamed to bear the legacy name of Maserati. Mistakes throughout the sales process. Worse at closing. Maserati US seems not to care or reply to multiple issues. In my 40+ years of buying cars I have NEVER seen a worse dealership.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Great experience at Maserati of Manhattan

Michael the salesperson was great at following up and helpful in my making a decision to go with a ghibli, having been mainly a German car person. David the manager epitomizes great service and car business knowledge. He catered completely to my hectic schedule and we hashed out the terms of the car on the phone at 1am in the morning and gave me a great deal on a car they had to get from FL for me to match my color preferences. Altogether these guys made the buying process enjoyable.

This dealership was a pleasure to work with and did a great job from start to finish. They consistently had the best price among dealers and got right to the point and the right number. Several other dealers professed to be competitive, but either were simply not or were just too much trouble to deal with. I would recommend Mike Lousidis in sales and his manager David Rosenstein without reservation. Good guys who know what they are doing and make the transaction easy and the buying experience a very pleasant one

This was our first experience using the internet to search for and eventually buy a vehicle. We had been looking for several months and spoke with numerous 'salesman' etc. at many dealerships. None of which impressed us. When we found this dealership, Pete and Tom helped us make a deal conducive to all of us. We have bought a dozen cars or more and this was the best experience, partly because of the dealership and partly because of the amazing cars they sell. This dealer gave me the best price for my trade in and gave me an overall great deal. From start to finish, everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and looking to make things go smoothly. Which they did. The whole thing was wrapped up very quickly and I absolutely love my new vehicle. I highly recommend Maserati of Manhattan (on 54th St) !
