Completely Satisfied & Definitely Recommend

By FordFan27 on 8/16/2017 at 3:36 PM. Helped by Perry Bonifazi, John Simonelli, Janiqua Small & Ashley Hillman.

We were in the market for a new 2017 Buick Encore. We gathered quotes and visited a few dealers. Janiqua Small quickly responded to our request for an internet price. We visited the dealership and were initially greeted and assisted by John Simonelli who introduced us to our Sales Professional Perry Bonifazi. Perry was courteous, professional, informative and knowledgeable of the Buick product line. We received very fair pricing on both our trade and the Encore we were purchasing. Finance Manager Ashley Hillman was helpful with the finance process. We encourage anyone in the market for a new Buick or GMC to visit Faulkner Buick GMC.

I would recommend this dealer.

Thieves/Crooks/ Most Dishonest Dealership I have ever Seen

By shernandez1 on 6/30/2017 at 4:26 PM. Helped by F&I Lady, Hugh Gillespie.

Where to start, I drove 3 hours to this dealer ship after they knew my concerns over the phone and we talked about price. I made sure to tell them that I knew my credit score (A+) and no funny business. Needless to say I get there and talk to F&I with an attitude she goes "Your in the 4's like (4.6 APR) I looked at her like she had 3 heads I said heck no and I walked out. The manager comes out as I am pulling out and says how 2.7 APR. I said now it isn't about the deal, its about the concept. So insulting and a waste of time. 6 plus hours driving. They will bend you over and screw you.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Fantastic Service dept

By tony40451 on 5/20/2017 at 6:43 PM. Helped by Jim.

Fantastic service department. Brought in my wife's vehicle which is a 09. Thought I was staring down the barrel of a large bill. Not the case, Service writer looked up the vehicle which had an older recall on it, so cost me nothing. And they washed the car

I would recommend this dealer.

Complete morons

By smartcarbuyer on 9/19/2016 at 7:36 PM. Helped by Karl Graves.

I called there and explained the deal I had with another dealership and they said they'll beat it. I took the long drive there and talked to Karl Graves and gave him the buyers order from a different dealership and he started working on a price he showed me the print out I said it's 4,6xx.00 higher you could've at least been close to their price since your web site we'll beat any price, his reply was well that's our price. I went to the usual Faulkner GMC dealership I deal with and they gave me the price I wanted however once the Faulkner West Chester GMC found out I was the buyer they lied to their other dealership and said the vehicle was sold, then called me to see if I was still interested in buying it. Needless to say they still have the vehicle and Faulkners lost my business, I only keep vehicles for 1-2 years and then buy a new one. I emailed the sales manager and asked why they have we'll beat any offer on their web site if they don't do that, he had no idea what I was talking about and then went on to say they have the lowest prices. I explained to him I gave his dealership a buyers order from a different dealership and his dealership couldn't come close to their price his response was you said what I already said we are the lowest and he's sorry that I was the victim of another dealerships game of giving me a lower price for a vehicle they didn't even have and having me trying to find a lower price. The other dealerships vehicle is sitting in my driveway. I think what he was trying to say was I'm sorry to hear you're not dumb enough to fall for our lies. FAULKNER West Chester GMC are liars and complete morons.

I would not recommend this dealer.

great organization

By jamesgeiger on 3/5/2016 at 3:36 PM. Helped by Don Friel.

I had a great experience with the whole Faulkner organization especially with my salesman Don Friel. When I first walked in to their brand new used car sales building Don was very friendly and down to earth, explained my options and the price of the car. I left and with talking to my Wife we decided to make an offer on a 2014 Terrain. I stopped back to see Don and we negotiated a price as two friends would talk about a price, not like a salesman and buyer, no pressure at all! After agreeing on a price it was late (4:00) and my wife was not with me. So we agreed to pick it up the next day and Don had it detailed, oil changed, tires rotated and almost full tank of gas. the next day we came in and where meet by a team of three people, Ashley, Chris and Maryland to handle the paper work and explain all my options on warranty and other options like extending the factory warranty, financing and what all the papers that needed signing where, not just putting them in front of you and asking you to sign. If I had to rate this whole experience from 1 to 10, I would give it an 11.

I would recommend this dealer.

Awful Body Shop!! DO NOT go here!

By JeffDarrow on 5/15/2014 at 2:32 PM. Helped by Jeff Dugan.

This review is for the body shop only. cliff notes: awful body shop, avoid at all costs!! I should have put more faith into some of the bad reviews. I was rear ended and their insurance had Faulkner's body shop on their list of recommended shops. Getting in for the estimate was fine, but I had a feeling it was going to require more work than they wrote in the initial estimate based upon the damages, but they didn't spend much time looking at the damage. Took almost 3 weeks to get in and it was supposed to be a one day turn around... it wasn't. There were additional parts damaged they needed to replace, but they had to order them and instead of getting my car back in 1 day, it took almost a week. I go to pick up my car, and the paint on the new bumper looks good. The other trim pieces look awful. There's huge gapping on the bumper cover and a factory tow hook cover they just didn't replace and was damaged. They tell me they'll order new parts and call me when they're in. They never call. I go on vacation, still don't hear from them. I call them when I get back, the parts are in, they tell me it should take 30 minutes, tops, to put them on. Lies. I spent 1 hr 20 minutes in their waiting room and guess what? There's still gapping. The body shop guy tells me that's just how it is because they're held on with double sided tape. My brand new car didn't have gaps there before, but it just proved to me how incompetent their body shop is. I don't have time to waste right now and I'm 99% sure if they redid it again, it would be just as bad. This is truly an awful body shop, and no one should ever go here. I plan on contacting the insurance company who paid for everything and letting them know how awful they are. Maybe I can go to a better shop and get my car fixed correctly. I could go on even longer about more issues, but hopefully you get the idea.. stay away! cliff notes: awful body shop, avoid at all costs!!

I would not recommend this dealer.

By Danakovacs on 3/18/2014 at 9:48 PM. Helped by Dan and John.

My friend drove 3 hours round trip to look at a 2013 chevy corvette 427 and when he got there the rear quarter panel was cracked through. After 3 phone calls proir to taking the trip out it was never disclosed to him the car was damaged. The manager John said he had already got a quote from his body shop to fix the issue but he wants to leave this to the buyer to get this fixed. This is not a way to run or operate a business and I will not be shopping here to purchase ANY vehicle.

I would not recommend this dealer.

By hakim h on 1/4/2013 at 2:10 PM. Helped by Salesperson Tom Delgott and manager Hugh Gillespie.

To make a very long story short, I purchased a used Chrysler 300. The very NIGHT, I made the purchase I began to experience problems with the vehicle. I called my salesperson Tom delgott to report the problem. He told me to bring the vehicle in when he got back from xmas vacation and that he would get it taken care of. Needless to say, it didnt get taken care of, and he and his manager Hugh Gillespie hid behind the 1k, 1 month powertrain warranty that came with the car. I was basically told there was nothing they would do for the electrical and sensor issues that I experienced. So after spending over 11k, Im going to have to drop another undisclosed amount to fix issues that were obviously wrong with the vehicle at purchase. Thoroughly disgusted by the dishonor exhibited at Faulkner GMC West Chester and would never recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Absolute worst experience of my life. I've bought a...

By briguy44 on 8/31/2010 at 4:53 PM. Helped by Don Fiehl, John (sales manager).

Absolute worst experience of my life. I've bought a toaster oven before and that salesman was more professional than anyone at Faulkner. I made a visit on a friday night, came back the next morning to find a sold sign mysteriously placed on the vehicle I expressed interest in the night before. The salesman pushed a newer model on me, and he pushed it very hard. As I started to walk away, the sales manager came out and said they would try to find the vehicle I wanted at another dealership in the area. They said they would call me by the end of the day. Well, several days went by and I heard nothing, so I went to a different dealership that happened to have what i wanted and bought it right there on the spot. I called Faulkner the same night I bought the car, and left a message on the voicemail thanking them for looking, but informing them I made a purchase elsewhere and perhaps we could to business in the future. Several more days go by and finally I get a phone call from Faulkner saying they found a car for me. When i told the salesman (Don) that I had already made a purchase, he became very irate with me, so I just hung up the phone. I started getting more phone calls at work, and then came home to messages on my phone saying that I was a liar and never left a message, I was "rude" for not calling him and "if you want to do business in the future with real men, you should learn how to do it right". God forbid I made the salesman do a little bit of work to find me a vehicle. Overall I eneded up talking to the manager (who wasn't much better). I told him the harassing phone calls needed to come to an end or i would take a drastic next step. He told me to just be happy with my new car. What an A-hole. Learn to check your freakin voicemail. I can see why GM has been hurting so badly over the past several years. Don't waste your time here, there are plenty of dealers who are willing to do a little bit of work to make an honest sale and earn your business. BTW - this dealership knew my father-in-law after he bought THREE cars from them. Didn't seem to matter how they treated me.

I would not recommend this dealer.

By rich103045 on 6/11/2010 at 1:34 AM. Helped by Service manager.

Had warranty repair work done on my truck, for air bag failure...after 8 trips it has still not been resloved.. The vechile has since run out of warranty, and the factory agreed to extend the warranty...until the dealer claimed the system was tampered with.. Still not repaired.
