Service Department

The guys at the service desk are very nice, but nearly impossible to get hold of. Trying to get a daily update on my car that you had over a week was painful. Receptionist that forwarded my calls to the service department was not very friendly and seemed put out, (I’m not if she was frustrated with me or the service department). The cherry on the cake of this experience was the service department was unable to replicate the problem I was experiencing with my car. I still experiencing that problem, but I don’t have time to fight to get information. I’m waiting for it just to break.

36k service

We brought our crosstrek in for its 36k service and routine maintenance. Galen our service writer treated us awesome as usual and had a loaner ready! Our car was serviced and a few blemishes from parking lots were fixed.Freguson Subaru is an Awesome dealer to deal with and treat their customers with class and courteous gestures! We are getting ready to buy an 2019 Subaru Ascent and will be buying it from Joe @Ferguson Subaru! Regards, Nick and Michelle

Recently brought my 2014 Forester into Ferguson for an oil change and inspection. I feel they treated me right, as always.i have been going to them since I bought the vehicle new in 2014 .

Great buying experience!

When I first went to Ferguson, it was with a bit of anxiety because of my previous new car buying experience T other dealers. I was quickly put at ease and nicely surprised with the professionalism and personal attention I received. My initial plan was to look at the Outback because of the excellent reviews I’d read, but after sitting in one and then sitting in a Forester, I changed my mind about what I was thinking I wanted. Over a two day period I test drove a number of cars, including an Outback. I eventually decided on a very nice Forester and have been very happy since buying it. I look forward to a long and beneficial relationship with Ferguson. Kudos to James Wilkerson and Ferguson!

I am 71. I wanted to buy my forever car. I still work 40 hours a week. I felt like a Subaru I could trust to be my forever car when I retire. Everyone treated me like I was important. I loved that.

Good Experience & Good People!

I have been looking at Subaru's for about 3-4 years. I've driven a few & thought I had it narrowed down to a Forester. Then a couple of summers ago we had the good fortune to drive a Subaru Outback as a rental while on vacation. Drove it for a week & fell in love! That was 2 years ago & I've been obsessed ever since. I've been looking online for several months for the best car & best deal. Again I thought I had it narrowed down to a specific dealer. But instead, on Saturday morning Jan 6, 2017, I'm surfing the web looking at Subaru's and I stumble across what looks like a great deal on a "USED" Outback @ Ferguson Subaru. A few mouse clicks later & they have me paired with my sales person, Kyle Montgomery. A phone call later & we have our appointment set for later that day. He was professional, knowledgeable & courteous, but never stiff or pushy in any way. He also had a couple other Outback options for me to review in case my initial choice didn't turn out to be what I wanted. Loved my original choice (2017 Outback) & drove it home that afternoon. My finance person was Dan Bakker - who was also great! To be honest, I have read & heard some not so great things about Ferguson Subaru and was convinced I was going to buy elsewhere; but my experience (so far) has been nothing but awesome. NO hassle, NO BS, just genuinely nice people. If anything about my experience changes, I'll amend this review to fit. Until then - GOOD JOB & thank you!
