As pleasant and stress free as possible

I had to take our car in without an appointment, because over the weekend a tire/wheel started making a thumping noise and we could not figure out what it was. I worried that it was some serious wheel or drive issue. I brought it in early, hoping to get this taken care of, and Ferman did not let us down. Not only did Robert Guinn, Service Advisor, make the experience comfortable from the time I discussed the issue with him, he also reminded me that I needed a 15k service. It turned out we had construction debris stuck in our tire, and fortunately they were able to repair the tire with no additional issues. I had expected to do the 15k service next Spring anyway, so the added cost was not a complete surprise. In the end, the car is now running great, and I'd like to thank Robert and Ferman for making this experience as pleasant and stress free as possible.

Smooth buying experience!

I just purchased a brand new Mazda6. I not only LOVE my car, but I am so happy with the whole buying experience. My sales representative, Demetrios Mina, had found the perfect car for me before I even stepped foot on the lot. The process of pricing and financing went quickly and smoothly, and I walked off with a beautiful car that was so n my budget. The entire team at Ferman Mazda made the whole experience very pleasant. I received good service when telephoning the dealership to set an appointment for maintenance for my car. When I arrived at my service appointment, I found Robert to be very helpful. The appointment was on-time and completed in a timely fashion.

The only thing that upset me was, I was told my vehicle needed rear brakes they were at 2.5% well I do my own brakes when I removed them the inner pad was 60%The outer was 30 % I feel like they were hoping I would just say do it. glad I didn't

Shorter wait than expected.

Rating based entirely on Service Advisor. While I waited to be checked in Mr Guinn dealt with a customer whose wait/car needed option had been incorrectly recorded. Mr Guinn quickly arranged for a car and had that customer on his way. I was impressed by the speed Mr Guinn resolved the problem and how he did not try to "blame' someone else. He understood the issue and just fixed it. When my turn came he was nothing but polite , attentive and effective. Several Gold Stars to Mr Guinn.

road debris damage repair

We had a underbody panel knocked off by road debris on the highway. We headed to Ferman Mazda service with the panel and without an appointment. The service people quickly started to reattach the panel and also provide additional fasteners that were lost/damaged. We were quickly on our way and completely satisfied. The service reps and mechanic were very professional, helpful, and friendly. Our experience was top-notch. Well done! A cut above!

Demetrios Mina Ferman Ford and Mazda

Demetrios Mina was very helpful throughout the entire process of helping me find a used car. There were a couple of scratches on the hood and a missiping piece of carpet and he called the Ferman collision center for me to get it fixed. He coordinated everything for me and made it so easy to get all the little things fixed and to get a rental car while it was getting fixed. He has been very helpful through the entire time working with him. I would definitely recommend if you go to Ferman Ford and Mazda talk to Demetrios because he will go beyond what is expected to help you.

Best car buying experience in my lifetime!

I visited Ferman Mazda in Clearwater to assist my daughter in the purchase of a Mazda 6. After looking through the lot (and we were not hassled by a sales person which I liked) we went into the showroom where we were immediately assisted and turned over to Demetrios Mina. He was incredibly professional, but at the same time, related to me and my daughter very well. He offered up the right car for my daughter given her financial parameters and she left two hours later with a 2015 Mazda 6 which is a GREAT car!! My little girl was VERY happy!! And then, I (Dad) saw a few vehicles I liked and my 2003 Dodge Ram pickup was ready to be traded. Demetrios helped me out and I purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer XLT. Demetrios truly worked incredibly hard and smart and I was out of the dealership within two hours after my daughter left. Ferman, you have two very happy customers with great experiences and will highly recommend your company to friends and business associates. In fact, already have. The others on your team in the showroom were great as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!! Best car buying experience in my lifetime and I am 56 years old.

Brought my Miata in for 3 issues . 3 issues resolved in a timely manner. Cannot comment on pricing . My issues were under warranty. I no reason not to try them on an oil change when needed.

I drive Mazda of Countryside crazy and they stayed patient. Started with Eric Hager, and test drove a CX-5 on 2 separate times. Went to 5 other dealerships and ended up back at Mazda of Countryside with Eric and Lincoln. Horrible Dealership

Don't go there. I made an appointment THREE weeks in advance to do recall service on two airbags. First, I was told on the phone in advance I had THREE recalls, then two, then they weren't sure. Then, I asked for the Mazda service adviser to call me back. I never got a call back from him, only several reminders of my appointment. I asked more than once to talk with the service adviser. I was promised he would call. He never did. I showed up for my appointment to be told the airbags weren't in stock--THREE weeks after I made my appointment. The service adviser, Randall, told me he didn't even know I'd called. The calls reminding me of my appointment must have come from a "call center." So, I wasted a morning, no apology, no reason why the dealership would thrice call to confirm my appointment when they didn't have the parts to do the recall. Meantime, I was treated to several other service advisers arguing (in front of me, a customer) about where a car had been sent for service--the red team, blue team, purple team, whatever. The guy who sent it to the wrong "team" was told they had to keep the "teams" busy because that's how they made money. Great. Terrible way to do business. Awful. Go anywhere for service. Just not here.

Absolute waste of time!

I bought my brand new 2014 Mazda 3 had it for almost 2 years now, but every time I went there in the past 6 months i had issues with their customer service, It's just a waste of time, I have a very busy schedule and I barley can get a day off, and every time I get a day off to get work done on the car it's just a HORRIBLE experience, but this last time on Feb, 5th 2016 I have had it with these guys, I waited there for 2 and half hours waiting for the service i requested to get done, I have this gentleman informing me no work will be done on the car today after all that long wait! and when I asked where is the customer service manager? I was informed he is at lunch!! This is just a part of how disrespectful it's!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Wasted my Saturday without even a proper Apology

Don't waste your time with this dealer, they don't care for your time at all. At first, they sounded professional at the phone, but after my experience with service people, they really shouldn't be servicing Mazda' s as an on the side basis. Unfortunately Ford owns Mazda and they will let these Ford dealerships have a second dealership brand cars at the same dealer like the dealer i went to . I made an appointment a month ago to have a Safety Recall for the Driver Airbag after receiving a letter from Mazda and i was told that the Airbag will take a week to 10 day to arrive and it was OK because my appointment is a month away . The night before the appointment i received a call to confirm the appointment for the next day so anyone would think everything is OK and i will have this recall finally done. Well the next Morning i drive to the dealer which is about 30 minutes , then i pull to service drive and a service adviser asked me for the information, and when i told him i'm here for an airbag Recall ,he replied, "ARE YOU SURE THE AIRBAG IS HERE?" I said they called me last night to confirm the Appointment He said OK... just to make sure. Then they drove the car to the service department , and i waited at the customer lounge for about 45 minutes thinking they are doing the job. Then a different service adviser opens the lounge door with a frown face and ask for the owner of the RX8, and i reply "it's my car." He said "Oh, we have to order the Airbag for you to have the recall done on your car." I got very upset and replied, "Can i speak to your supervisor?" He said you can call (the name ..he said his name too fast that i don't even remember a letter from it) on Monday. I replied "no i will call Mazda Corp on Monday ." then he said "why I do have an ATTITUDE?" I said, "This is Poolsxxt monkey business" and i drove off.

Salesman Thomas Bundy and his manager, Rod Miller, did everything you could possibly want when you're looking for a new car. They were knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about their cars. They tried very hard to put a deal together that was good for me and I'm sure it was good for them. They didn't have the specific car I wanted but they managed to find it quickly, picked it up, cleaned it up and delivered it in a matter of hours. They introduced me to the service department and it's a bonus that they're open 6 days a week. Everything went very smooth.
