Great experience with Nick Dwyer from the Service Dept!!

Had to bring in my recently bought Maserati Ghibli to troubleshoot some strange symptoms while driving, brought it into Nick Dwyer and he was incredibly helpful taking time to stop what he was doing to speak with me immediately and check my vehicle out. He made sure they I had a loaner vehicle for transportation while they diagnosed the problem and eventually they ended up having to replace the motor under factory warranty. Nick was very communicative during this process and ensured that I had all my questions and concerns answered, as well as swapping out the Audi I originally was lent for a Maserati Levantine to drive while waiting for the extensive work to be done which was a great experience. I also inquired about getting my brake calipers coated red by their 3rd party service and Nick facilitated that process and made sure I was happy with the results before turning the vehicle back over to me. He also took the time to give me tour of the workshop garage of the various Ferrari’s and Maseratis they had been working on, overall amazing experience because Nick always goes above and beyond, treating everyone with the utmost respect and care, which is much appreciated from this Veteran whos used to the polar opposite experience for years especially from the VA lol.

2012 MC Maserati Review

Diane was a pleasure to work with and got me in on my schedule the same day. They got me back on the road in less than one hour. Extra mile in getting a new battery

The battery on my Maserati was so dead, I couldn't open the trunk with the fob in an attempt at 'jumping' it. Nick Dwyer was very helpful over the phone in describing in detail, two different options for me to get to the battery. Once the car was started, I drove it straight to the dealership where Diana Marenco took us without an appointment. She and the service crew had the battery changed and the car washed in a very timely manner. Professional and personal service will bring us back.

Annual servicing of Ferrari California

I recently brought my California T Ferrari in for its annual servicing and Nick Dwyer did an outstanding job. He scheduled the appointment to accommodate my schedule and the car was ready as promised.Nick always takes the time to review all the service that was performed on the car and discuss/explain any and all appropriate items. Brought my 2014 FF for service, Nick went above and beyond to make sure the car was serviced properly. Really appreciated his attention to details and professionalism. Btw, the new facility is great. You should go and check it out even if you do not have a Ferrari.

New Dealership Facility

Excellent Service

I have always been provided excellent service when taking the Maserati to this dealership. This week Diana Marenco went over and above to fit my car into the schedule for a recall inspection. Time for me was of the essence, because I am buying out the lease and needed this done before the paperwork could be finalized. Ferrari 458 Service

Excellent service again by San Diego Ferrari. My 458 had a tricky to find rough shifting problem and Adviser Nick and Tech Dale diligently worked and found the problem. Also had the airbag recall work done at same time. The new service facility is state of the art and where you want you Ferrari to go when in San Diego.

Factory recall and routine maintenance
