My SRX was in for a recall, out of normal sequence and having to set time aside for it. JR, took care of all of my needs fast and had me in and out in great time. The service center is exceptional in all aspects, will always promote great service from JR and his associates. Outstanding!!!

I had to write this review on Ms. Sarah for her attention to detail and friendly customer service she provided to me. During the inspection of the loaner, she went over the car and pointed out everything about the car. She also answered every question I asked and was eager to help me as needed with understanding all the paperwork I was asked to sign. Once I returned to pick up my vehicle, she was there to assist in me getting my vehicle checked out and on my way in record time. This lady had the same friendly smile and welcome attitude when I returned to pick up my car. I am very pleased with the service of my car and the great wash job they did on it also. The team at Fields Cadillac Jacksonville is amazing. I can easily say that it was one of my best experiences purchasing a car. The people are very friendly, no pressure, no hassle. I highly recommend them!! On top of that, you will enjoy free benefits through the Fields Matters program. From free launches, car wash to a free loaner if your car is on maintenance. You can't beat this 5 star dealership and service experience.

Mu visit was to look at a certain used car which I did and bought with the help of my salesmen Andrew byery and finance;," manager Bryan Andrews. Everyone at fields Cadillac was friendly and professional to deal with. I feel I got a good deal on my trade in and I really like my new car. I was telling my daughter is never seen a dealership with a food bar set up like fields Cadillac. And free to top that wish I lived closer so I could frequent the dealership I will tell my friends about the fields deal. And Andrew Byers my very helpful salesmen.

Excellent Customer Service

I have been driving Cadillacs for years. Just recently having a terrible time with good customer service. I cannot say how pleased I am with the service I received yesterday here in Jacksonville!!! Three hour drive and well worth it. Had a little breakfast, then offered a loaner (!) car!! Kept me updated and I'm very very satisfied with the work from Molly, for struggling the car seat out and in, to JR, to Jim the Manager for his help. Thank you Fields for renewing my faith in Cadillacs once again !! I'll drive the three hours for future repairs. No longer disgruntled!!

We have just moved in the area and unfortunately our 2007 SRX begun to have mechanical issues. Fortunately we called Fields Cadillac Service and everyone has been helpful and courteous. Big "Thank you" to JR who showed us around and explained all what is going on with our vehicle and put us at ease and stated that our vehicle will be taken cared of. Sure enough after a few days we got our car back and did not slow us down in settling into a new area.

I have givens five rating to this dealership because my wife and I had excellent customer service experience with our salesman Melvin Smith. When the dealership was closed he took the time to come out and explained information on the 2015 SRX Cadillac. Because he was so professional and it was our first time ever looking at a Cadillac we wanted to purchase a vehicle from Melvin because of his Candid demeanor. So A week later we that SRX and looking back at our experience.

Customer service was great. Our new Cadillac CTX 2014 was in for paint chip fix and to do the seal coating inside & outside. It was promised back to us in 2-3 days. We took it in on Monday and received it back on Thursday. They did a great job

We were traveling from PA to Florida when my car told me to "service rear axle" Your service department was wonderful at going over my whole car and making sure we had a safe trip home. They took the time to check out the whole car, not just what the error message was. They also washed it and vacuumed it. After a 13 hour trip I appreciated that. I was able to pull in without an appointment and they took care of me as if I was a regular customer. I highly recommend this dealership!

Cadillac has the best service I have experienced since I've started driving 35 years ago. Since I've bought a Cadillac, It's the only car I have purchased. Fields Cadillac goes above & beyond service and sales. They really treat you good and also help with the vehicle you purchased in any way. The service department always tells me what's best for my car. Doug is a saint.

Since I live so close to this Dealership, I took my Cadillac to them when it needed warranty service. I have a GM Major Guard extended warranty on my vehicle but after their inspection they told me none of the problems were covered by the warranty, I called GMPP and they said the repairs were covered but the dealer was refusing to use the proper codes for coverage. After speaking to them about it, they explained "that's the way it is" and they would not use the correct codes because they didn't believe in doing business that way and I should just pay for it on my own. I called another Cadillac Dealer on the other side of town, explained my dilemma and they said "Not a problem, bring it on over". So I called this dealer back and told them I was coming to pick up my car and take it to a different dealer that was willing to work with me and make things right. When I arrived to pick up my car, Doug Wiggins (service adviser) told me he called GMPP back and had my vehicle "Flagged", so the repairs would be denied no matter where I took my car, how rude he was. I took my car to Claude Nolan Cadillac, there I met up with the Florida rep for GMPP and she said she would take care of me and was advising the dealership to make all the necessary repairs at no charge to me. Claude Nolan Cadillac went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied and worked with the warranty company, whereas Cadillac of Orange Park did everything in their power to do nothing for me. I am astonished that in this day and age of GM struggling and cutting back, Banks yanking dealer floor plans and the economy in general, that there are still Dealers practicing their shady tactics of yesteryear that drive away customers.

I have always purchased cars with a bit of hesitation (as I don't know all that much about them...except how to drive!), but I have to say that this was by far the most enjoyable and relaxing purchase I've ever made. The young man who helped me - Ron was very friendly and knowledgable and patiently answered all of my questions. I will happily go back in a few years when it is time to buy a new car.
