Poor quality and service

Purchased a brand-new Pacifica hybrid and within 3000 miles had an issue with an electrical component in the transmission. It took them four months to get a new transmission and fix it. After two months we began to complain and they offered us a new vehicle if we paid more than $1000 for the mileage we had used. So they wanted us to pay because they can't get a part?! Chrysler sent us to a third-party who were unhelpful at best.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Oil change

I received a Routine oil change, was offered other services and my service rep was training someone new. Busy as always on a Saturday, but great service!

Excellent and quick service!!!!

When I got there I was approach by Spencer. Who gave me the good mornings and asked me how he could help me. I told him that I was there for service. He went the extra mile to do whatever it took to help me. He scan my truck and founded that it was also due for a recall. I told him that I was going to schedule them cause didn't have time that morning. He manage to have the mechanic to do at least one in the course of the service and I'm really grateful for that. I will like to really thanks Spencer for the service and people like him are one of the reasons I like the dealer. Thank you all for a great service.

Quick and friendly service. The service manager Joe was very helpful in getting my vehicle out as soon as possible so I can make an appointment that I had. I've always had good results with the service department every time I've been here

Horrible service experience

Service dept very disorganized and horrible experience and left grease on my leather seats and visor. If I could I would attach pics. Terrible experience from drop off to pick up to wrong oil change and bad manager attitude.

We were pleased with our first service on our new car . Shaylee was so helpful and addressed all my concerns . Smitty also helped me with programming our garage door remote while at the dealership .

3 times , same issue, promises promises

Brought vehicle in to get scheduled service on vehicle which included oil change and alignment. When we received the vehicle after a full 9 hours in service, the steering wheel was off center and the vehicle was pulling badly. We called the service manager and let him know what the problem was and he said when we brought it back in it would be a priority. A week later we dropped it off to be first in line in the morning. We called to get an estimate on time and was told it would be a few more hours. Then was called and told it was ready now. We picked up the vehicle and there was no change at all. Wheel was to the left and vehicle pulls to the right.there is also 2 error codes showing now that were not there before. Tried to call our service manager and he never called back. Spoke to a technician and he promised it would be done by 5 PM that day. They missed that promise as well.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Very friendly service department

I am giving 4 out of 5 stars. Friendliness is 5 stars all the way. There was an innocent mistake, the CS rep asked another customer (thinking it was me) if the air filter replacement that was needed could be approved. Upon completion he realized he made the mistake and explained they replaced the air filter and proceeded to hand me a bill For $85 vs the $35 I was expecting. I paid it and left but he should have acknowledged their mistake and waved the part fee.

Collaboration and Communication

I think the service team does a great job, but really need to work on communication. Collaboration between peers is great but if the client isn’t getting informed accordingly then it causes more stress and headache. Nick has been great, but others are not communicating adequately when he’s unavailable.

Poor communication and service

I brought my Durango in for safety recall, tire rotation and oil change. I had made an appointment the previous week. I arrive 30 minutes early for the appointment. The service advisor sent me a text with his contact information later that morning. By 2:40 in the afternoon I had not heard from the dealership. I sent him a text, replying to the text he had sent me that morning. By 4 o’clock, still no response. I called the dealership from my office and asked to be transferred to the service department. The phone rang and rang, going on answered. I hung up and called again and was transferred to the service department. After several more rings and man answered and stated our advisor, Kerry, was not available but would call me back. At 5 o’clock, still no response from Kerry, I called from my mobile phone while in route to the dealership. I was told Carrie was busy on the other line and asked if I would hold. I’ve waited for a few moments and he picked up. He stated they needed more time but he felt like the vehicle would be ready by 6 PM that evening. I told him my transportation was bringing me and I would be in the lobby waiting for the vehicle to be finished. Upon arrival the dealership, I waited in the waiting room until 630. And which time I approached the service desk and asked for a status. I was told my vehicle was ready and that someone had called my phone. No one had called me and I was in the lobby the entire time, only steps from the service desk. I asked how long my car had been ready and received a vague answer. I also ask where Kerry was and she said “he went home early and probably did not finish making his calls”. The woman at the service desk said she would call for a valet and to meet them in the bay. I waited in the bay until a young man came out and said my car was “not very far” and to follow him. He walked me through the parking lot where my vehicle was located. What was the point of calling the valet? I thought he was supposed to bring the car to me as part of the customer service. On my way home, an indicator light came on. I looked it up in my owners manual and determined it was a low tire pressure warning. Two rear tires were at 30 pounds and my two front tires were well under the recommended 36 pounds. They were supposed to rotate my tires, wouldn’t it make sense to check the pressure? The Durango has an instrument panel which tells you the pressure in the tires also. I was frustrated and called and asked for the service manager Brian and received his voicemail, I left a message requesting him to call me back. The entire next day went by without a call. on Friday I called the service manager again and received a voicemail, again leaving a message. By late that afternoon, still not having heard from him, I called and asked for the general manager, again leaving a voicemail message requesting someone call me back. I still have yet to receive a call from anyone in management. This is very poor customer service from the advisor to Management. I am very displeased and felt as if I was treated unprofessionally and that my time was not valuable.

I would not recommend this dealer.
