Extreme disappointment

I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Cruz. It has less than 600 miles on it and is back to this dealership fo the third time because it stops running and the check engine light comes on. They have just been replacing pats without any true troubleshooting. Sadly it has been brought to the district manager and he appears to be fine with this course of not really fixing an obvious major manufacturing defect.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I called 3 days in a row to schedule a service appointment. First day I called twice, was transferred and no one answered. Called back the next day and told the person that was transferring the call that I had been transferred twice the day before but no one answered. She took my phone number and said she would transfer me , but they had been busy over there. She said if no one answered she would give them my number and someone would call me back. I agreed to try that. No one called me, so on the 3rd day I called and told her and reminded her that I had been trying to schedule an appointment for an oil service for 3 days. She connected me to someone and I was scheduledm. a little frustrating.

Everything worked out better than I expected

I was very skeptical when I first went in, but Marty Padilla put my mind at ease and everything was taken care of with my car. I am very impressed with his level of service since I am not the easiest person to please. I will go back in the future if my car acts up again and hopefully Marty is still there.

Nathan's Ott, Luis Avalos, Saul Gonzales all went out of there way to help us during the purchase of our vehicles. Not only did they went above and beyond to assist me as they knew I was trying to surprise my husband with new truck. They ensure all was a smooth process but then they went out of their way to drive the vehicles 8 hours away to take them to us and take all paper work to us as well..

Dangerous and irresponsible.

I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. They called me and started recommending I have hundreds of dollars of work done that I had already had done. Half of the work was done in their shop a few months prior and they never even check led their own records before telling me my car needed all this costly work. On top of that, they never bothered to tell me my tires were balled on the middle and I drove the car half way across the country to Kansas where a tire store pointed out the condition of my tires. I thank God we didn't have a blow out on the highway.

Horrible Turn Around Time/Service

I called Chevy Dealership on 3-2-17 and was given an appointment date of 3-9-17 at 8:00AM to fix an AC issue on my Chevy Traverse. Week to get service but I was okay as it was not boiling hot yet. Took my Chevy in on my appointment date and time. Well I did get there 3 minutes late so maybe that's why my service was so bad.... Doubt it. By 3:00 PM I had yet to hear from the dealership. I called them and I was told they haven't looked at my vehicle yet even though I had an appointment which was a week later when I first called. You would think a specific date and time would mean it's your turn. Finally before they close I get a call saying there is an AC issue which they can of course fix right away as they have all the parts they need. I was told they would start first thing in the morning. I also have a warranty that covers my AC unit, and the rep at Chevy told me multiple occasions that she did not have time to call my warranty. Makes me wonder why she is the only person that can call or why can't someone cover for her while she calls. Now it's the 10th around 3:00PM and haven't heard from the dealership. I call to find out they have yet to start on my AC issue. The service rep told me my vehicle is the next in line and if it's not started before the end of the day, it will be first one in the morning. Now it's the 11th at 12:00PM and I call to get an update. I'm told it hasn't been started yet but it's the next one but might not get done. 3 Full days they have my vehicle and it might not get done is ridiculous when I had an appointment date. I'm finally called back on the 11th about 4:00PM saying the vehicle is done. Yes the work completed fixed my issue but the fact it took 3 days to complete and I had a schedule appointment a week after I first called is just poor time management. Also that it only took a couple hours to fix since it was done at 4:00PM and started after 12:00PM on that day does not make sense why it should take 3 Days. Long story short go somewhere else. I've taken my Ford F-150 to Ford in the past and if it's not done that same day (which it's always has been but once) it's done by the next morning. I will never go to this Chevy Dealership ever again.

Service for out-of-towner

If i could do negative stars I would, this dealership has THE WORST service department I have ever had to deal with. I came into town to visit my brother & family and experienced a loss of power notification, called Fisher Chevy and was told by MARTY to bring it in & they could get it fixed. Great, right? WRONG!! Marty saw that I was a woman traveling without a man & figured they had me over a barrel and that after a diagnostic that cost me $120, they said a bad air filter caused the Throttle Body needed to be replace to the tune of $1000!! Deciding to take it home to get it repaired at my local mechanic. Upon removing the air filter cover we discovered that not only was my filter not completely black as they led to believe, but there was OIL SLUDGE in the air transfer. And after talking to their own technician at Fisher Chevrolet said that the air vent transfer should NOT have that much oil in it, only a slight residue I demanded a refund on the diagnostic they didn't do. Thankfully I know an HONEST and mechanically knowledgeable person on my side. STAY FAR AWAY FROM FISHER CHEVY, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT DOING THE JOB RIGHT THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NOT A PERMANENT YUMA RESIDENT. The worst part was their service manager Heinz telling me repeatedly that "I just don't understand". Oh I understand customer service and Fisher Chevrolet does not have it.

I would not recommend this dealer.

delayed repairs

2/17/2017 Took car to dealership due to pink fluid leaking and clunking noise made when turning. Marty said it would be ready on Monday afternoon. We asked for a loaner Marty said there were none available. 2/18 went to budget to rent a car for three days - to be returned on Monday, 2/20. 2/20 Did not hear from Marty so finally called him late afternoon....no car was not ready. Wrong parts were shipped. will be ready Wednesday 2/22. 2/20 called Budget to extend car rental until Wednesday, 2/22. 2/22 . Did not hear from Marty so finally called him later afternoon....no car AGAIN not ready. WRONG PARTS! Car will be ready Friday. Called Budget to once again extend rental to Friday, 2/24 2/24 ...Marty called in the afternoon to say car was ready. We could not pick car up until Saturday due to me having a medical procedure done and therefore could not drive until Saturday. When I told Marty that these delays cost us more money at Budget he said that we should have gone through Enterprise........that Fisher does rentals at Enterprise...he said that with OUR car torn apart and sitting in a bag that Fisher was losing money because the bay our car was in meant no other car could be worked on...........SHAME ON US...RIGHT? 2/25 Went to Fisher to get car. Again mentioned to Marty we were unhappy with the delays.....and why didn't he mention Enterprise when we told him we had to rent a car if there were no loaners available. He said that employees do not tell customers where to rent a car........changed his story from Friday. 2/25 Two delays because wrong parts were shipped meant we had to rent a car for seven days not three. We were quoted $26.99 per day but because of having to change the return date twice we were charged $41.00 per day.....YOUR MISTAKES should not cost the customer!!! Our BIGGEST mistake was expecting the same outstanding customer service we received last May from Fisher Body Shop when our car was repaired due to a collision. Everyone there knows how to make their customers feel valued and appreciated.

No hassle service

Needed warranty work done to our car while we were passing through on vacation. We were taken care of right from the beginning with Vanessa getting us an appointment and lining up a loaner vehicle at no charge. Brought it in and gave it to Craig in service, one day later all taken care of and washed to boot! Great place!

Joe Partida in Executive Sales met me the moment I got out of my car at the lot. I asked to see see a certain vehicle. We were driving down the road in the vehicle in less than five minutes, with Joe giving me the run down on the vehicle. He knew his stuff and he was straight up business while engaging and fun to work with. Nathan Ott, a manager, worked with Joe to present a streamlined negotiated contract that got me out the door in a vehicle I could not be more happy with. Joe and Nathan have restored my faith in car dealerships and set the standard for professionalism in Yuma. Joe picked up my new car from the next day to have it detailed and brought a buddy of his from the dealership to drive him back. Yet again, I had the good fortune to chat with another quality person. I am looking forward to service as good as the sales department. I love my new vehicle and Joe has continued to contact me, despite closing a deal and having no need to continue to contact me, to be sure I am good with my new car and to have me come in to give me some more lessons on how everything on it works. I am impressed. This dealership is the Sweet Spot of vehicle dealerships in Yuma.

I bought a Buick Lacrosse online and had it delivered to me in Yuma. My wife and myself are not very tech savvy and quickly realized the car had many features and capabilities that we couldn't utilize without some tutoring. I stopped at Fisher Buick and in hopes we could pay someone to show us and explain a few things that we did not understand even after reading the instruction book. Chapman was the first Fisher employee we encountered and after explaining our situation he left and came back with Trini. I had explained that we had not purchased the car at Fisher Buick and we did not expect him to spend time with us for free. But we did need some tutoring on car operation. Trini very patiently explained every knob and switch as well as the GPS, Bluetooth and Onstar. Also Trini made sure these were all activated correctly. He also said to drop back at any time that we had a question and after all this would not accept any remuneration, saying he was just happy to help. This helpful employee with such a great attitude certainly has made us a Fisher customer when we are looking for our next car. Thank you Chapman, Trini and Fisher Motor. Mr and Mrs Arley Running
