Great Service Dept

Since purchasing my CRV here (my 5th Honda) this has been my go to dealership. From Linda on the Phone to Stan in the service Department...always courteous and efficien.

I have a 2007 Honda Accord and Robert has always been my advisor. Worked performed has also been great and have never had to return because of a service issue.

Excellent Service Experience - Robert Sword

We live in Charlotte, but recently our daughter had an need for emergency service assistance in the Greensboro area. My regular Honda dealership, Honda of Concord, recommended we contact Flow Honda for assistance. We dealt directly with Robert Sword in the Flow Honda Service Department. Not only did Robert help us resolve the issue, but he provided timely updates. It is refreshing to know that there are a few dealership service departments that can be trusted to treat you right. Robert Sword and Flow Honda will do just that! Thank you!!
