The whole experience from start to finish was awesome. CJ was great. He greeted us will a smile. He also explained everything to us and the cost and recommendations. He was very professional and also very personable. I felt like I was working with family or a friend. Awesome experience. I will get all of my service from here. I bought my Lincoln MKX from here last year and have had the best overall experience ever. Also the experience getting the loaner vehicle was so quick. The woman that helped us was awesome. I wish I remembered her name. I will definitely recommend this dealer.

I typically lease my cars and the end of the current lease was approaching. Because of previous experiences at other dealerships that have taken 4 hours or more, I have a distinct dislike for the process of turning in a car and leasing a new one. However, Jeff Dawson, the Sales and Leasing Consultant, communicated with me by email prior to my visit to the dealership and had the paperwork ready when I arrived. I checked my watch as I walked in the door and again as I drove off the lot. The entire process was concluded in one hour and twenty minutes. Every person at Ford Lincoln of Franklin was pleasant and Jeff was exceptionally friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Oil change

Both gentlemen who were working at the Quick Lube desk gave very good customer service. They were exceptionally personable, really seeming to enjoy their jobs.

Oil Change Service

It was a pleasure working with Lola. This was my first time using the service department and it was great. I took my Ford F150 to have the seat belt recall fixed and an oil change. During my visit, Lola was proactive and ran my VIN for other recalls and found that there was actually another recall on the doors. This was much appreciated because I did not know about another recall. Lola kept me informed through out the day as to when my vehicle will be ready for pick up. Thanks again for such a great experience.

It was very easy. They got me the car I wanted. I think I should have gotten more for my trade and I'm not sure about the trade in value when we signed the papers. I believe the price actually went down but overall I good experience.

Check engine light on

My "check engine'" light came on on my way to work Saturday morning. I called and spoke with Lola in Service, and asked if they could work me in to check out my car. She stated there were other appointments, but the earlier I could get there, the better. I left work at 9:15 am and went straight to the dealership. They ran diagnostic on my car, advising my catalytic converter needed to be replaced. They had all the parts and were able to fix my Explorer that day! Great service, great people. Thanks!

Under pressure!!!

I have a 2017 Explorer and the low tire pressure warning light came on indicating that the right front tire was low. I stopped at a local Firestone store and they were kind enough to put air into that tire but the warning light refused to go out. I was under the impression that I had a faulty sensor so I made an appointment at Franklin Ford (where I had purchased the car just a year ago). Upon pulling into the service garage I was immediately helped and assigned to LOLA BARBERA, a service advisor. She arranged for me to get a loner car while they checked out my vehicle. Turns out, if I had just put the recommended 35# PSI in all 4 tires the light would have gone out. The cost for my stupidity? ZERO. There was no charge for the service time nor the rental car. This is typical of Franklin Ford - good people and good service.
