Do not trust

This place used to be a very good reliable service centre, and I was a regular happy customer since I purchased my (used) hyundai elantra in 2015. But now on my fourth year of customership,I feel really degenerated and disgusted being so with a used 'car owner'. Hyundai of USA honoured me a free diagnosis as a courtesy for a 12 month old unresolved abnormal cracking noise from the engine of my 'USED Car' by considering maintenance records. But I was told by Hyundai of Kirkland service center though 'Chis Zurich' that they couldn't diagnose the exact issue with the free diagnosis provided by Hyundai and he suspects that the sound comes from vehicle suspension (while on parking mode) and I should pay $167/hrs until they diagnose issue. When I pointed out the prima facie logic of actual fact,I was told to take my car to anywhere else,and threatened not to teach him his job,however he donated a free diagnostic after my proper advice (Good fellow). Finally I was submitted with a Diagnostic report by Chris Zurich to replace Air Condition Compressor. But the sound comes when I turn on my FAN with or without AC.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Quick and easy

I found my truck (Ford F150) online and negotiated with my salesman, Dan Lozott. He was knowledgeable, friendly and fair. I travelled a long distance for the purchase because of the great price. Dan had my truck detailed and ready. He explained all of the features and explained the terms of the deal. I was out of the showroom and on the road in a couple of hours. Thanks Dan

I've been a customer of Ford of Kirkland for just 2 years. I've leased a Mustang from them and have chosen to have it serviced there when needed. Each time they have greeted me professionally and have done all they can to make sure that I'm satisfied with the service. Their service agents are all friendly and professional. They have taken the time to explain the service to me and any additional info I may need. I would / will buy my next Mustang from them.

Ford of Kirkland provided me with an excellent buying experience a year ago, so naturally, I was curious how my first experience with the service department would be. I could not have been happier. Even though I own Ford, they scheduled an oil change with the Hyundai service team, because I needed a Saturday appointment. The team was waiting for me when I arrived and got me in and out in thirty minutes. That is great service.

Went in for airbag recall.

I called to get an appointment to bring 06 mustang in for airbag recall. Got a text a few days later saying that they were going to me low on staff and asking if they could postpone a week. I told them no as I was moving out of the area. I was scheduled to come in at 7am and offered to come in at 645 if that would help them out. I arrived at 7 and nobody wanted to answer the door despite seeing me in the window. When the service manager came to the door he said " I know who you are and grabbed for my keys...not introducing himself or being the least bit courteous". He seemed very put out when he had to open the service waiting area and when he came to get coffee and I was looking at the showroom cars he glared at me like I was going to steal something. When the receptionist came in she only spoke to the service guys not to me the customer. The entire time I was there nobody spoke to any of us in the waiting area. When the car was done the tune changed dramatically. He told me about the rating system and that it was $1000 out of him pocket if I didn't rate them as exceptional. He also said that they had gone above and beyond for me.....they did nothing for me that they were not legally obligated to do. I did not request to come early I offered to help them. I felt bullied to give them an excellent rating when I was treated horribly. I will NEVER go back to this dealership again and I would never tell anyone else to subject themselves to this horrible and demeaning experience.

Got what i wanted

I have purchased a lot of vehicles both personally and professionally. This last time I went to ford of Kirkland. Before driving there I had found the vehicle I wanted online. and needed to see it for my self. it was exactly as the pictures and description described no funny business. The salesman Siamack Broomand helped me through the process quickly, respectfully, and without any high pressure sales tactics. in about a hour and a half including the test drive i drove away in a shiny Black jeep Wrangler. I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle with Hyundai of Kirkland. From the beginning when I called and talked to Peter and Tyler over the phone to make sure the vehicle was still available to when I finished with finance and walked out the door everyone was very helpful and professional throughout the buying process. I wasn't pressured to purchase things I didn't want or need which was great. I would like to thank Tyler who I primarily worked with for his patience with my wife and I as we asked LOTS of questions regarding the vehicle and financing. Great service

My F150 was in the shop for a recall code for the transmission. I had been having issues with my windshield wiper switch as well. The service manager diagnosed the switch issue prior to my mentioning it and called offering to also repair it and had it done by 9 AM.. outstanding.
