Wouldn't let me test drive unless I buy the car?

KIA dealers just got the Stinger have zero clue how to sell this vehicle. A salesman would not allow me to test drive the vehicle unless I committed to buying it. "Its a fast car", his reasoning. Obviously, Sherlock!

Kuan was very professional and helpful. He was very patient and took his time to show me the cars and worked with me according to my budget (thank you for that). In fact, the manager Assil was kind enough to offer me extra discount and I end up purchasing brand new car. I went there to purchase a used car, but surprisingly the extra discount and monthly bill was something I could pay and get brand new car. It was very pleasant working with you Kuan. I strongly suggest Fosterkia.

Very long wait

I've never waited less than 3 hours. Preordered and prepaid parts are delivered in a minimum of 3 days. The depot is local. You are in for an expensive wait if you depend on your car. And I've noticed, the older the car, the less curteous the staff. I didn't buy my Sportage from them and I doubt I'll buy my next car here.

We visited this location in our car search and were more than happy with the customer service and professionalism of the staff here! They were very honest with us and didn't talk circles around us (which was refreshing after visiting a couple other dealerships). When we asked a question, it was addressed, not danced around. When we asked for a better deal, they worked hard to work one out. They were knowledgable about the car we were interested in, very patient, and very friendly throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend going to check them out in your car search.

I just picked up a new 2017 Kia Forte and I am very satisfied with this vehicle so far. I was initially contacted by salesperson Domenic Santaguida who told me he could offer me a better car for a lower payment. He had a pleasant personality on the phone so I thought I would come into the dealership to find out more. The sales manager, Rhiannon MacLean is an amazing lady. She got me out of my 2013 Rio which was a good practical car but because of previous credit issues I had crazy payments with about 20 % interest. She offered me a much more sportier ride with a significant reduction in payments and at 0 % financing !!! To top it off she got me a big cash back to customer incentive. What a great team ! Thanks.

got my new Soul

This is a new location for the Foster KIA dealership and I chose it due to proximity to home. I booked test drive for KIA SOUL EX Premium 2017 online and wanted to just test the waters, not really determined to buy right away. Once I booked, dealership manager Marc Silverman responded right away to confirm my appointment. I arrived on time for my test drive appointment, and after 10 min wait, I was introduced to Mike Chambers who provided me test drive around the block and introduced to the vehicle features. I fell in love with this vehicle right then and there but still was just quoting for the future potential purchase. I had KIA RIO 2013 to trade in. I got the quote from Mike and started negotiating. Long story short I got a desirable price, traded in my car a thousand dollars higher than originally offered ( I was firm on this ) and was able to bring down the overall price for the new vehicle to the one I was happy with. My new Soul colour was not in stock at this dealership location, but it was delivered to it from another dealership in 2 days. Right at my first visit I met with Financing Manager and she called me half hour later to advise my financing was approved on the spot, she was very professional and courteous. Mike Chambers, my sales rep, was immaculate during the price negotiation ( I could feel that he is working 'on my side', he never said 'no' to my counteroffers, but every time was fetching for solution to get the better deal and 20 min later it was reached ); very professional and flawless with paperwork and communication with my insurance and two days later I got the keys to my new Soul. Mike also covered with me the essentials and safety features of my new vehicle. He walked me around the dealership and introduced to maintenance team and I was pre-booked for my first oil change which is complimentary! Couple days later Mike followed up with a phone call to inquire if I may have any questions or issues with the vehicle. I had none - all was great, the atmosphere, the services and of course my experience with the sales rep - Mike Chambers ( highly recommend ). Thank you, Foster KIA for making me feel comfortable and welcomed.

Worst dealership that we ever visited

Foster Kia is the worst dealership that we ever visited so far. When we did our drive test the sales rep totally ignored my wife like she wasn't there at all, he looked at me and answered me all the times even if my wife asked some of the questions. On our next visit, we were left to wait for 20-25 minutes until someone showed up do deal with us. I mention that we had a prearranged appointment and we announced our arrival at the front desk. On top of this they tried to overcharge us approximately $2000 in fees even if we went there through car cost Canada and the price was supposed to be known and well determined. The next day we got 2 better offers (which matched unhaggle / car cost Canada savings), no hidden fees, in 10 minutes each, one over email form Orangeville Kia and the second in person from Scarboro Kia. If you want peace in mind, a nice and professional experience and good prices go to another dealership.
