DISHONEST SCAMMERS

DID NOT HAVE A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT, only a “conditional”. Was told I would receive my vehicle back since the finance fell through, only to be strong armed and cornered by a black hearted incompetent sales manager with no empathy, JC and told getting my vehicle back was not an option. Then later bullied into paying $1200 for the SAME vehicle I was told I “couldn’t” get back, from the GM Dan, all because he didn’t want to undo the paperwork and certification for the vehicle he knew was supposed to be returned. BUYER BEWARE! Go to another dealership, and stay away from these crooks. They prey on women, people of color, and the elderly! Save yourself the heartache and financial worry and GO ELSEWHERE!

Customer gouging

This dealer charged me $679.99 for a broken lug bolt on the front L/H side of my car (2009 Honda Fit). They said the only way to replace a front wheel lug bolt was to replace the wheel bearing, the hub and the ABD sensor assy. I am not even sure if they replaced all those parts because I had asked to see the used parts when I would pick up my car. Well the used parts where nowhere to be found. I thought nothing of it at the time because I trusted the dealer. What triggered the questioning is that Fowler Honda replaced a broken front L/H side lug bolt on my car. While I was up in Canada 2 months later, I found a broken front R/H side lug bolt on the same car. I brought the car in a Honda dealer and to my astonishment it cost me $79.14. I asked the service rep about having to replace wheel bearing, hub and ABD sensor and he said it was not necessary to replace all those parts for a front lug bolt. After telling them about what Fowler Honda charged me for the same repair they could not believe it themselves. FOWLER HONDA RIPPED ME OFF. I contacted their service manager and he told me they had done nothing wrong and they had followed the honda repair book. Customer be aware of these people.

Words can not begin to express how AMAZING the staff here is! I came in with the intent of checking out competitive pricing, and walked out with a top of the line model for a stellar price! From Joshua (salesman) his expertise and professionalism, to Chris B (manager) and his personable approach/ensuring I got everything I desired & then some and lastly M. Clark's (finance) warm and welcoming personality, this was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had! I truly did NOT want to leave and consider Fowler family for life. Good experience purchasing our Honda Pilot

We searched for quite some time for a used Honda Pilot. We wanted a certain color and had a few other requirements that we needed to meet. We drove from NW Arkansas to Norman, Oklahoma to purchase this vehicle. We love our 2013 Honda Pilot and they have fulfilled all the requests that we have asked of them. Would recommend this dealership.

Sales man awesome, finance man sleezy

Found a preowned GMC Terrain, had financing through my credit union, salesman was awesome, got back to Robert Smith's office, where he pretty much would not let me use my own financing. He insisted that I go through his lenders, which of course was a much worse deal. I left very irritated, the salesman called for the next week, I went back a week later (with my husband), Robert Smith was forced to sell me the car, and he was extremely unprofessional, and made a normally pleasant experience, into an extremely unpleasant, confrontation. If Robert Smith is your finance man, abort mission, it is not worth it

LEMON!! Poor service check for used vehicles

Bought a used car from here. Came all the way from Missouri for a certain vehicle. Bought it, got on the road and the check engine light came on. We have had nothing but trouble with this vehicle since we bought it. IN the shop once a month at least. Just dropped another 400 dollars. I don't think service even checked the vehicle over after the trade in before they put it on the lot. Beware!

Be careful in Finance!!

Negotiated a deal, once in finance the numbers seamed right end the payment works out. Now the SURPRISE at the DMV. In my case got screwed out of an additional $150.00 in TT@L. What ever you do stick to the original numbers and make sure they are the same on the contract you sign!!

Certified pre-owned owned 2pq5 Civic EX

I was treated with respect and honesty. I am no novice when it comes to buying and selling cars. I bought a 2015 Honda Civic EX from Fowler Honda and the experience was a pleasure. In fact that, two days later the finance department called me and asked me if I wouldn't mind coming in to re-sign the finance contract because they were able to get a 5% lower interest rate from CHASE Bank as opposed to my bank, where I was pre-approved for a car loan. So I give 5 out of five stars to Fowler Honda. My sales consultant David Hamblin was a pleasure to work with and very in tune with my needs and wants. He was low pressure and very kind. My finance manager Tim Gaulden, what can I say other than Thank You! A very honest and nice man. I actually worked for two years as a salesman for Vandergriff Honda in Arlington Texas after I retired from a major airline. So, I was no no one's fool when it came to buying a car. So, please take it from me. You can't go wrong buying a new or used car here!

Purchase of new Honda was a great experience

We had been shopping for a new Honda CR-V all during the month of June. We visited several dealerships including a Toyota dealership. We tried very hard to make the purchase but just couldn't get exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. Finally, on July 4th we went to Norman Oklahoma about 30 miles from our home. Fowler was a lot different from the others. Nick Arias was our salesman. He gave us his undivided attention and the sales manager was very interested in selling us our new Honda CR-V Touring. We were very pleased with the deal. Linda was also very helpful in the financing department . I started my search for a new Honda looking at the EX but really liked all the features on the Touring.

Our family has owned Hondas for over 20 years.Last week,we went to Fowler for the 1st time.From the moment we walked in the front door,the staff made us feel right at home.Fowler had a bigger selection than other dealerships we've gone to in the past.Their inventory gave us everything we needed to make a decision .We did make a decision,and it was Fowler! Stranded sports fans

We were 6 women traveling to OU for tournament and had serious air conditioning issues. The service staff welcomed us in immediately and began assessment of the problem. The staff were all incredibly nice and friendly as we took over their waiting area and offered us a place to relax, refreshments, etc... Well the vehicle needed more extensive work than could be done late afternoon. No problem at Fowler, they put us in loaner van to accommodate all our stuff and let us get back to our vacation. Their work was completed the next day as promised and upon return, all the staff could not have been nicer; and delivered on their promise of quality and completed A/C work. Absolutely best dealership ever in contact with and I have owned 3 Hondas. Great job Fowler!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were recognized on the lot by a sales person that knew about the cars he was selling. He found the one we were interested in, and we test drove one in a different color. All the information that was given to up was true and helpful from the beginning to the end of our experience. It is good to know all the Service that is available, after you purchase your car.
