Service Manager Was Quick To Fix Issues

There was some miscommunication between myself and the service department that lead work being done that I wouldn't have authorized if I had known it wasn't covered. The service manager was quick to reach out to me and worked with me to make things right. I've had no issues with them in the past and mistakes were on both sides so I can look past it and I'll go back. I'll just make sure to ask more questions next time.

No BS car deals. No waste of time.

It is the third car that I'm leasing from Grieco Toyota in the last 24 month. There is a reason that I come back to this dealership and refer all my friends who are interested in Toyota cars. The honesty and politeness of the dealership employees are incredible. Deals posted on the website are not scam ads, unlike many dealers. They will make sure that you get the best value. Not to mention that you don't need to wait for hours with agents going back and forth between their manager and giving you BS. Special thanks to Scott and Eddy. Keep up the good work. Wonderful experience

I recently leased 2019 Toyota Highlander, I absolutely love this Suv. Eddie Laureano was my salesman he was excellent, he listen to what I needed and got me exactly what i wanted never pressured me into anything. Everything went great with the finance got me great monthly payments and 3 years free maintenance. My overall experience with Grieco has always been wonderful this is my 2nd car and I'll will continue to do my business there.

Worst dealership

This is the worst dealership I've ever gone to. The sales person was rude and had a ton of attitude. I went to buy a car in cash and the guy was trying to get me to go into debt to "do [him] a solid"! He rushed me around, talked me like I was dumb, and then would make me wait like 30 min to go do whatever in the back. Then, he told me the MSRP was the invoice price and that I needed to pay $4K more than the MSRP for a Camry (it was even above the price that was on the car window and he basically told me "I couldn't afford it"). I'm not blind, and I'm not stupid. I did my research, and I was very polite. The guy kept rolling his eyes. Worst experience ever. He should be fired immediately.

Leasing experience

The sales experience was smooth, clear, and concise. Brian, the sales manager, understood the situation I was in and was willing to assist. I was looking to turn my toyota lease in 2 years early however, I was in a tight bind due to being over the mileage and having so many payments due. I had an unrealistic price in mind however, Brian broke the numbers down perfectly for me and we were able to come to an agreement. It took a lot of negotionation, but Brian was willing to work with me and not once did I get the sense he was trying to lowball me and/or was getting agitated. I could’ve continued looking for a lower price at a different dealership, however because of the service Brian provided, I left with my new 2018 lease on the same night since it was a lease to lease. On the day I leased the new Toyota, I had visited Boch Toyota in Attleboro as well as Prime Toyota in Westwood. None of the other dealerships gave me an explaination on the numbers. They would provide a number and circle it but NEVER broke the numbers down. At the end of any deal, a sale is all about educating the consumer and ensuring they understand what they are getting themselves into. Greico is the perfect example of a dealership who educates their consumers. There was a little mishap months after the deal; however, Paul, the store owner, promptly solved the issue. Greico is a dealership that promises and delivers. Thank you Brian for educating me on the sales process. Paul, thank you for your prompt response and diligent resolution. -Sandra B.

Trade in issues

Traded in my truck for a 4runner signed all the paperwork got my plates. Month later they are billing me for more sales tax as they made a mistake. No call to tell me before they registered it. Just added another 1344.50. Guess a signed contract means nothing to them. I would not have purchased the truck thru them for the added money. Just a shadey/sleazy way of making a sale. Sent paperwork to AG's office to pursue this issue.

Don’t go here

I want everyone reading this to understand I never complain. I am one of those people that tries to see the good side of everything but I am finding it really hard to with this dealership and it continues with this place. Please read this before you spend your money here because they do not car after the sale. My strut went on the right side of the car. No fault of the dealership I hit a pothole so I called to set up service. In my previous review I had to argue for two new tires based on the fact mine were bad when I purchased the car. After three weeks customer care helped me with the tires. Funny story when I got to the dealership I was told when I bought the car there was a warranty placed on tires... wipers etc so now I really do not understand why what happened with the tires happened. Guess what if it was not for Carmella in customer service I would still have not heard from the GM. When I purchased the car I was handed an invoice telling me the brakes were fully replaced. There is a grinding coming from them every day until the car drives for a few stops. The rotors put in the car are covered in rust. They reviewed at the dealership and told me the brakes needed to be 100% replaced. When I told the person I was working with that was done before I left with the car a month ago they were stunned and did not know what to say but needed to call me back. When I got the call back it now did not need brakes brakes should drive it and if it continues call them. It is going to continue. That's why I brought it in. Now the second thing. The hinges on the drivers side front and rear are covered in rust. I saw it and they greased it. Now I was told the rear hinge needed to be replaced and I need to pay $240 plus for the service. I can't begin to tell you what this has been like to deal with. a month and a half old car. Hinges, brakes and tire issues.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Take advantage of young customers

My son was sent a offer for his car. he went in they didnt honor the offer... he explained he wanted out of his lease but had some challenges. The told him not to worry he was already approved he left a deposit on 1/15/2019. they cashed the check on 1/16/2019. five days later they called him and said he would need more money down. He said he couldnt do that. He asked to please have his deposit refunded and as of today 1/25/2019 still nothing. He keeps getting the run around as to why its not ready.. Very bad business

Bad quote and messy job

I brought my Prius in for brake fluid flush with a quote of $136 total over on phone and ended up paying $11 bucks over as I was not going to waste my morning over $11. After service completed, I inspected the engine compartment and found brake fluid had been over filled to the brim and had spilled everywhere.

Horrible dealership and corporate customer service

I spoke with a lady this morning regarding my complaint during the purchase of my sisters vehicle. I told her that what her company could do to fix this situation was to have the service department look at my sisters vehicle to see if the timing belt had been replaced, if not, i wanted it done at their cost not my sisters as per the owners Manuel it was to be done at 90k miles. I was told she would call the dealership and get it taken care of. I then asked for her to call my sister as she has the vehicle. I just got a call from my sister in tears because the lady was nothing but rude and belittling. Telling my sister there is no way for the service department to repair the belt (which we know. Thats why we asked for it to be replaced) and that we should have negotiated that at the time of purchase. Per my review and my conversation with the lady every attempt we made to negotiate anything was met with a hard no. That lady then told my sister she shouldnt have bought the vehicle and should have gone else where. My sister didnt have time nor money to go anywhere else. That was the only vehicle within her budget and she needed a vehicle as she works in a different state and uber would have been too expensive. This is NOT how a company should be conducting business nor is this how you treat a customer or try to correct a situation. Your sales employee calling my sister and trying to force her to have the review taken down is poor business as well.

Tom answered all my questions and understood what I was looking for. I did purchase a car and I am very happy with my purchase and my experience with Grieco. Worst experience at GREICO Toyota in East Providence!!

We just had the worst experience at GREICO Toyota in East Providence, Rhode Island!! On this past Thursday afternoon my husband signed papers to purchase a Toyota CHR and he traded in his old car. He did a test drive of the car prior to this and felt the car would be fine for him as he has chronic back issues and the seat of the car was especially important to him. By Sunday morning he was in serious pain and realized that the car was not going to work out. Due to a miscommunication, possibly on our part, we thought that the dealership was closed on Sunday. We reached out to the finance company and AAA on Sunday and left messages about our dilemma. On Monday my husband went to GREICO and spoke to the sales person and also to the Sales Manger on duty and he was basically told that “the car was ours and it was a done deal, the car was not sellable at the price we paid because it was considered used”. At this point it had approximately 100 miles on it. One of the reasons why they said it was a “done deal” was because the car we traded in was already off the lot. (Prior to this he received calls from the finance company and AAA and both stated that they didn’t think this would be an issue as these types of things happen often.) He called Toyota Corporate HQ of NE in Boston on Monday and they said people change their mind sometimes and it happens. They seemed very surprised that Greico would not take the car back. A case number was assigned and they said they would get back to him in 1-2 days. We have never heard back. We have lost Thousands of Dollars on this, as we had to trade the brand new CHR, which had approximately 150 miles on it, and get a new car from another Brand, not Toyota. Just a side note “We have purchased 4 cars from this Dealership when it was FOX Toyota. “!!

Worst experience ever

Went In to look at car I found online guy named Dave beaupre he was the worst salesperson I've seen in over 40 years of car buying he was rude disrespectful and wouldn't show us the car we came in for and every time I'd try to talk he would talk over me and even went as far to talk down about the place he works for told me go head and call my boss I'll be gone anyway??? I only hope no one endures what I went through when trying to spend money which I eventually did but had to drive an extra 30 minutes

ADRIANNE DIAS IS A UNPROFESSIONAL, SHE NEVER LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS, SHE IS ALWAYS DISPUTING. Adrianna Dias Internet Sales Coordinator Listen up when the customer is talking don't interrupt, don't be rude, just answer our questions..... The service manager JOE refused to service my son new Corolla that we purchased there, due to my review. They expect all customers to keep their mouth shut while the employees treat us horrible. I called to Talk to the General Manager RON he is an Idiot ignoring my messages. a simple apology from their uneducated employees will fix the issue but they rather lose customers and have their name trash on line. after all this is not their business. The response from the owner is a fake automated message machine. I called and tno one respond to my emails, mesages, or voice mail complaint . I contacted the owner. hopefully he would rspond. Great Dealership

Matthew was very Friendly and Professional. Very Happy with My the Purchase of my New vehicle (JF cruiser).. Matthew went over and above even when the purchase was done.. I had to install my Carseat which as anyone knows are hard to put in and a pain, without even asking Matthew did it for me... He even checked in on my First day driving it too see how I liked it... I would definitely give this Dealership 5 stars from start to finish everyone I had to deal with ( Finance, Sales, service ( 2 get a 2nd key made) and the rest of the team were easy to deal with...All very Friendly...I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy used or a new car... :) Thanks again Matt...
