So friendly and kind no pressure

After a recall repair car motor is junk.

I took my 2014 Ford Escape in for a recall on the coolant sensor. Ran fine fo a while then check coolant light came on had it checked at my local gas station. Warning went off . Weeks later I had another warning. Took it back to Franklin Ford to be looked at ,they replaced a plug ,had them check on fluid light .they said it was fine the next day it came back on went back to them and they said leave it . After a few days they told me the motor was gone , the next day said it was fine they were going to drive it after getting a bubble out of the line. These morons now say the motor is junk again. They don’t know what they are doing they did not bleed the line long enough when they did the initial repair. After2 weeks of being without a car, no loaners are ever available, I have no car and no acknowledgement of wrong doing from Ford.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Horrific experience!!!!

Brand new F-150 broke down and towed to the nearest dealer (Franklin Ford). They were NOT helpful, then claimed it wasn't under warranty. Had to have it towed to another Ford Dealer to get it fixed. They were so mean my wife was in tears when we left. NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED!!!!!!!!! NEVER EVER GOING BACK!!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Like New Explorer

Happened to be looking at the website for a new work truck and browsed the SUV inventory as I needed one. Bob called right back with a "like new" 2011 Explorer. At first I was apprehensive but one look and I was sold. Brought the car to my mechanic and he could not believe how nice the car was. Low mileage, new tires, well kept and a FULL tank of gas. The original owners were meticulous with this car. I lucked out and got a great car for a great price.

Great Experience!

I had a fantastic purchasing experience at Franklin Ford. Ron was great to work with. They honored the price quoted in my email exchange with no surprises or hidden fees when it was time to sign the deal. I was also pleasantly surprised at the amount they gave me for my trade. I would highly recommend this dealership if you want a good deal, friendly staff, and a none of they typical games some dealers play.

Lack of Communication

They had my work van since January 17th. I got a rental for work through my company's fleet services. I just picked up my work van today (2/25) And it has not been repaired. I repeat, it has NOT been repaired. They have had it all these weeks and still didn't fix it. I told the mechanic when I dropped it off, that I was having to get a jump-start every Monday because the radio would turn itself on and drain the battery over the weekend. Do you THINK that they looked at the radio first? NO. They ran diagnostic tests. And then did nothing further because, "the technician was sick" or "the technician was on vacation" for weeks. Only just last week- during one of MY calls TO them- they told me that they found the problem! They found that the radio had a short in it!!! Wow! Imagine if they'd only listened to me back in January? They had to order a new radio. It's on backorder. OF COURSE IT IS. He wanted to keep my work van for at least another week. Are you kidding me? I don't want to get in trouble with my employer for having had that rental SUV for 6 weeks as it is!! I just took the xxxx work van back with no radio because they pulled the fuse out. Also, they would never, ever return my calls. I would leave a message with the service department only to have to call them again a couple days later and leave another one. Once in a while, I WOULD get to talk to a service person. I am done with them.

Poor Customer service on Recall Notice

I called the service Department to ask about getting my 2016 Ford F150 fixed for a door latch recall. The women in the service department was very rude, She told me to go back and read the recall notice. She said they are not responsible until Ford has enough parts. She offer nothing in terms of information on when this would happen. I told her the my doors will not close and have opened while driving. She said again read the recall notice. Well the Recall notice says "If your vehicle exhibits symptoms of a door will not open, a door will not close, or a door opens while driving, immediately contact your dealer and request a service appointment for a recall relating to Safety recall 17S33" I told the service department that my truck was exhibiting these symptoms. She would not help, she was rude, and said to read the recall notice. I now have a truck I can not use, I do not feel safe driving with my kids in the vehicle. I do not recommend the dealership. Buyi9ng a truck is one thing, if they can not provide the service or follow the recall notice themselves what is the point of doing business with them. I do not recommend this dealer.

Only good experiences with Franklin Ford Service and Sales

I have only had good experiences with Franklin Ford service and sales. The service department has always done right by me - taking good care of my car and treating me well. Everyone is friendly and helpful whether I have a scheduled appointment or something came up suddenly (like the nail in my tire last week). They took great care of me, fixed my car quickly and I think their prices are very fair. I am a single mom on a tight budget - so my used Ford Focus (which I bought at Franklin Ford) has been great. I will buy another Ford and I will remain a customer of Franklin Ford.

Stay Away from Service

Time management is certainly not a skill found anywhere at Franklin Ford. They give you a completely false time frame as to when your vehicle will be ready and basically kidnap your vehicle for, if you're lucky, until they "get to it." The last two times I have had repairs done under warranty (and after purchasing the service contract when I bought the vehicle from Franklin Ford), they have given me a time frame of "it'll be ready this afternoon" after dropping it off either the night before or first thing in the morning. Never happens. Once I drop off the vehicle, radio silence commences. The only way to find out if your vehicle has an update is to be proactive and call them. And they won't even touch your car until you start calling and complaining about the wait. The most recent experience had me drop off the vehicle first thing in the morning. I was told that within an hour, I would get a diagnosis of the problem and then I would be called to figure out the next steps. Four hours later, I called to see what was going on, and they hadn't even TOUCHED the car yet. I then asked if it would still be ready at the end of the day, they couldn't give me an answer. I then called at the end of the day to get an update and was told "oh, we haven't started the repairs yet because it will take at least 4 hours to do and it's near the end of our day. We'll do it first thing in the morning." Do these people really think that we can go two full days without a car just because they don't know how to manage their time efficiently? I didn't end up getting my car back until the end of the SECOND full day on the lot. If the repairs were going to take two days, then set a realistic expectation. Tell me when you diagnose the problem. But when you say you're going to start the diagnosis at 8 a.m., don't touch the car until 1 p.m. and then don't contact the owner until they call you at 4 p.m., don't expect a happy customer. I will be bringing my complaints through any and every channel possible to make sure these people understand that you cannot kidnap a vehicle, give a false expected time of completion and not deliver on your most basic promises.

They lie

I bought a car and had a hitch put on which was improperly installed by their 3rd party. The Gm and the saleperson promised the car would be fixed by their mechanic's (ford) and not back at the 3rd party. Well they lied, they sent the car back and when I asked them about their mechanics doing it they said nothing but thanks to GPS I know the car left and went to that 3rd party and now I have no idea if the wiring is correct and if they drilled holes in the body. When I confront them with their lies, they had no answer. DON"T TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!!! Find another dealer

Sales guy said, "This is the selling price" and then attempted to add on Destination Fee, which is already in the sticker price. Drove 90 miles from CT to get this price only to find it was nothing special once you compared the 'new' price with Dest Fee with other dealers. AND, this was for a new vehicle.... when I got there to look at the car and drive it (it took 40 minutes to find the keys), the car had over 700 miles on it!! Watch out for this dealership, especially when you're leasing.

Great Sales experience

Honest, quick, and to the point. These guys get it, and I was very pleased with the entire experience. It's a convenient location, and none of the huge "sales swamp" that you get with larger dealers. They have the inventory without the corporate bureaucracy. Additionally, they had the best price around. So much better than my experience in Foxboro.

I was offered a $1,000 incentive/rebate

I had purchased a Ford van from Franklin Ford dealership at the end of December 2015. I was offered a $1,000 incentive/rebate one I ad-wrap the vehicle. I have sent all the paperwork (invoice, contractor license) back on Feb 15th via email to George, Sales and Leasing consultant. Since then, I have a reached out several times, to include June 8th, June 16th, again no reply. Most recently, on July 12, 2016, I had sent an email to Bob, GM and Gorge again, requesting action be taken as 8 months late, I still have not received the incentive check. !!!!!!!!!; nor have I even received a courtesy call back or email reply. This service is unacceptable, and the fact I have not received refund I was offered is a clear violation of contract. I have copies of all emails and correspondence which I can provide. From Geroge: I will look into it tomorrow for you when I get in and get you and answer. It shouldn't take that long and I will find out the status for you. George On Wed, Jun 8, 2016 at 6:59 PM I have been out sick for the last few days but will be back in tomorrow and check with Bruce who was your salesman. Excellent Buying Experience

I've bought three cars there now over the past 6 years, two new for the family and one used for myself. The new cars were bought under the partner pricing program, so I expected no stress and a good price and got it. But it was the same buying used; I got a very good price, which was advertised online, with no stress. I bought from George the last two times, who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There was a small dent in my car that they pledged to fix and followed through even though it would not have changed the outcome of the sale. I've done a little bit of service there as well and have no complaints, though I usually don't use dealers for service. Highly recommended!

Purchased a Fusion from Dave. Great car and awesome buying experience. Bryan the GM made everything super easy and gave me a fantastic deal. My pet peeve is how long it takes with paperwork and how expensive extended warranties are. Mark was super quick and gave me a great deal with products and financing. Couldn't be happier with them.

Most recently went to Franklin Ford after going to all the Ford Dealers in area of my home from a E-Mail to them to walking out door with a beautiful loaded Explorer Limited traded in my 2010 Limited with 30,000 miles (Pristene) got a good price on trade in and Bruce Fuery the business development manager was incredibly friendly throughout the deal,knows the ford lines also.Bought lot of cars from dealers over my time,Vettes,Escalade, Etc & many Fords and this my 5th Exployer and Franklin Ford has been the best so far-Gre88t Dealer lot of vehicles to deal with and highly advise & recommend them and Bruce Fuery.-Bobby E Earls-Ocala Fla & Mass.
