go elsewhere for service

my wife and i leased 2 new 2017 vehicles from Beans in one day -her a new rogue me a sentra sr turbo. the leasing experience was great, and it hurts but trust me go elsewhere for service! i am sad to say that because we like the people at the dealership but trying to get ahold of service is like calling the CIA to ask who really killed Kennedy... they wont answer the phone and if they do they'll ignore you. firstly whenever you call service it rings forever most likely you'll be calling them all day and when a person does answer it they want you to make an appointment, several times my wife and i will say we just have a question about a rattle or a noise or a light came in our new car can we talk to a service writer and then see if we have to come in.? always an attitude on the other side that says give me your # and service will call you. then she proceeds in doodling while you think they are writing #down - how do I know this? weve had our cars since march of 17 and never- never has service gotten back to either my wife or i never...no lie i called yesterday at 9am after an all day ordeal of calling to no answer just a machine with advertising their specials and then calling to be put on hold for 20 minutes i finally got a human late afternoon i was very polite and said i have just a really quick question for a service writer.. her reply was give me your # and they will call you right back, well its almost 5 pm the next day and i still am waiting so im going to try another dealership for service.. heres the thing when you go there they rave about how fred beans is all about service and thats a problem its so bad that ive actually had to email or call my salesman David and ask him service questions and if i should bring it in or not.....its ridiculous. the funny thing is - is that people warned us, reviews warned us to stay away from beans and we didn't listen. like i said we like the people we've dealt with there but when you can not get ahold of someone in service for days its not a fluke. my wife and i leased two brand new loaded vehicles from them on the same day and this is how we are treated.... how are they going to treat you? UPDATE...5 STARS..... Matt Guinan the new service manager called me and apologized for any past problems with connecting to service and assured me that he wanted our business and wanted to make things right! I took my car up today and Matt impressed me with his willingness to listen and help me. After duplicating noise he replaced front rotors and pads under warranty and even inspected car for me so registration and inspection dates match! I have to say it’s a good feeling having confidence in the service department where you leased your car. Like I said in review we really like everyone at Beans Nissan but getting thru to service there was a disconnect... not any more!

Excellent!!!

I walked in expecting to be pressured to buy. I've walked into many dealers and did not like the service. As a result, I really hated car shopping. But, Fred Beans Nissan salesman Donald (Donnie) Malloy made this an experience to remember. I saw the car on CarFax and CarGurus and immediately fell in love with it. It was gift for my daughter's graduation and she loved it as well. The car was ready with my name on the windshield (nice touch). I walked in and Donnie was ready to service us immediately. He was genuine, took us to the car, lifted the hood, showed us all the features prior to taking it out for a test drive. He even had us drive it on the highway. No excessive talking while we were out driving. He gave us the best deal, explained everything to us, filled the gas tank and had the car and tires cleaned. Highly recommend to Manager was Dawson Weller and he treated us just as well. Juan and Evelyn Vazquez

car buying experience

First off I live in NJ where buying cars from NJ dealers is a nightmare. I called Fred Beans Nissan spoke with Jim Rackett whom is a salesman. I advised him I wanted to trade in my Ram 1500 for a Nissan Sentra. He was extremely kind and was very willing to make sure I got a great deal for traveling from central Jersey to them to trade my car in. Once I arrived it was BY FAR the most pleasant car shopping experience of my life. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE AT ALL!!!!! I told him what I wanted for my trade and for the Sentra. HE delivered and I even got more money for my trade!! I would def come back here in the future when I need a car and have already recommended him to many people for their future car purchases. Our experience at Fred Beans Nissan was outstanding. We knew ahead of time the exact specs of the car we wanted. Within minutes of contacting the dealership over the web requesting a quote on a specific car from their inventory, Jillian K. responded with a great price and a confirmation that the car was still available. We arrived at the dealership a few hours later for a test drive, and the vehicle was already parked in front ready to go. Jillian provided a route for an extremely thorough test drive for both of us individually. Within an hour we put a deposit on a deal, with excellent financing secured by the dealership, no games or BS. We picked up the car a few days later and the closing was similarly smooth. Jillian spent all the time necessary reviewing every feature of the car, pairing phones, etc. I've bought many cars and this experience was about as easy as it gets. Highly recommended.

Dont trust them

They never sent my paperwork to the loan co. I got a $4000 bill for no proof of insurance that fred beans said they were sending. Ive now called 8 times and have never received a call back from anyone. Do Not Trust This Place!

Cheats, Rude and Liars

They sold me Gold warranty with the car and now they do not want to cover nothing even though its only 5 weeks i bought the car. We had to wait 5 hours to be able to get our car looked at and then the answer was ,wait more we have to figure out whats covered even though warranty paper was in their hand. Love to hangup phone call and drop you in voice mail .

We went into this dealership after going to a few other Nissan dealers. Drew greeted us at the door and asked what can I do for you. He did exactly this. He was able to get us the deal we wanted with all the features we wanted. They have a play room for the kids and hotdogs. My three kids were comfortable and feed, who can go wrong with this. Drew and Rob were great and after horrible experiences at other delears they really made it work for me and my family. Thank you for a great expierence for not only me but my family as well. Gracias!!!!

Dave Harrison was a pleasure to work with. The 2016 Maxima's just came out, so there weren't many on dealer lots. Dave worked tirelessly to find us the Maxima in the trim level and color we wanted. He kept us informed every step of the way. Price was negotiated via email and was fair. He had the car ready for us when we arrived, and the pickup was painless.

I live 90 minutes away from this dealer so I didn't want to drive down unless I could get a good deal, Dave H, a sales rep, for Fred Beans, gave me a great deal over the phone before I came down. Dave made purchasing my Nissan Frontier quick and painless. I was in and out in 2 hours, with financing and a truck. Thanks Dave.

Worst experience EVER!!

First, while walking around looking at cars we almost got hit by the service department employees with no apologies.. Second, the lot was confusing between new and uses cars, many no stickers. Third, the car we liked online was misrepresented at the dealership- mainly due to a hubcap switch. Forth, we were approached by your stereo typical sleazy sales person who for a lack of better sense was unwilling to sell us the cars we wanted (this sales person was referred to us by a nice saleswoman in training)- one was the misrepresented hubcaps, which was simple enough to solve by putting on the hucaps that were onsite and represented online. The other car we were ready to buy was 68,000 miles but they would not offer a warranty at first then began to play the game of "I have to talk to my sales manager". This after the sales person had said they were the manager just minutes before where we then called them out by their name tag which got them to go to the real manager who was working with us through this sorry exuse for a sales person and quite frankly a human being. Finally, my gf couldn't take this sales person anymore so we left. Two days later we ended up buying a wonderfully mint 2005 Honda CR-V with 86,000 and negotiated a 2y/24m warranty for exactly 9,961 from Lehigh Valley Honda. They were the best- yes alittle haggling but in a respectful manner. I would never recommend Fred Beans Nissan in Doylestown- gross.

Bad service

I had an appointment for a PA car inspection as soon as the shop opened. They said the car would be finished by noon. At noon I was told they hadn't even started it yet. Then, I was told it needed new parts to pass inspection only to find out when I spoke with the service center again they recommended some but not all the parts were necessary. I feel deceived and cheated and will not visit again. Someone needs to speak with them about this please.

Two cars purchased in one week ..

Wife purchased a 2012 CTS, and me a 2012 Pathfinder, both 'certified'. Two diff dealerships, same salesman. We went in armed to the hilt with research - high, low and in between prices for our excellent trades and for the cars being purchased. We negotiated, old school hard ball, they with low balls and us with high fast ones - they use the old tactic of holding your keys and registration while going through the 'dance'. Bring an extra set in case you want to leave, they will eventually return the other set! But - seriously - we negotiated very good deals, we rec'd a very fair price for our trades and they had the used cars priced 'high but in ballpark' for clean low mileage certified cars. They don't move much on their price so you have to squeeze it from your trade mostly. But - I would recommend the delaership and our salesman Matt to anyone. Be prepared - don't flinch - be prepared to walk - but, be fair and you will make the deal. Clean, courteous and they deliver what they promise. Have at it!

After having been severely burned by a dealership in Florida, I contacted Fred Beans regarding a Toyota Sienna I found on Cars.com. I had the PLEASURE of working with Julie, who understood that I was raw after having a deal gone bad and was in no mood for games. Julie and I worked out a deal over the phone in about 3 hours, and over the next few days, did all the paperwork necessary. We were in constant contact by email and phone. Although I won't go as far as saying she restored my faith in used car salespeople, it is clear that Julie's 24 years in the business taught her how to treat people right. Not only would I recommend this dealership, I would encourage buyers to ask for Julie. She's the BEST. The only thing I was disappointed in was her manager's decision to not accept my offer, but they did make some price concessions, and I was ok with that. This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle sight-unseen on the internet, and it's vital that the buyer be able to really trust the salesperson, because there really is no recourse if you are unhappy with the car after you have it shipped to you. I'm looking forward to my Sienna being everything Julie said it would be.

This was my first Nissan and my 5th vehicle from the Fred Beans group. My wife and i were very specific about the features and options of our new Maxima that we wanted as well as the price we needed to budget for. However they were not able to find the exact match, instead they upgraded us to a car with MORE features and kept the price/payment BELOW what we expected to pay! We traded in a BMW 330xi and were given $1k more for our trade than expected. We looked at the Lexus and The BMW and neither of those were in the ballpark for pricing as the other dealers in Doylestown were not willing to negotiate, and offered less on the trade. We also went to the new owners meet and greet dinner that was held in the showroom the next day and the food was great! Thanks again to all involved in making this a pleasant experience.

My girlfriend and I purchased a used 1999 Chevy Monte Carlo here yesterday, and we just want to say we were very impressed. Our sales consultant, Mike, was incredibly friendly and willing to answer any and all questions we had on our purchase. We worked out an amazing deal on this car, and the car is an incredible deal for its age. This dealership really seems to stand by its cars, whether they are new or used. We found this car on a website (we are actually from 2 1/2 hours away) and the purchase completely justified the drive. We would have driven double that, there just aren't dealerships like this one where we live. Highly recommend.

I purchased a new maxima recently and the price was terrific...the salesman was very friendly and cooperative the SALES MANAGER however was extremely rude and obnoxious for no apparent reason..BOB spoke to me like he was doing me a favor... a complete turnoff.. not sure of his last name but bald with a bad attitude sums it up..

I brought a car used car from this dealership for $5900 cash. Three weeks later the overheats and now it needs a new engine. fred beans nissan claims they will not pay for it because its not there fault.....very unprofessional service by a guy name dan that works there..I think he works in sales

I bought a Nissan from this dealership in 2008 and have been exceptionally happy with the service, and the whole team that works there. The sales team was extremely helpful when I was purchasing the car, and the service team has been wonderful since the first time I had to bring my car in. If there was ever something wrong, no matter how small they'd tell me to just bring it in and they would take care of it for me-it was great! They are very prompt to call you when your car is done, and they always take the time to explain everything they're going to do and are quick to answer any questions at all that you might have. I feel very well taken care of at this dealership, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
