Communication is crystal clear every step of the way. I went in there hopeless , they got me an amazing deal and I drove out of there that same evening with a new car. Carlos was great every step of the way! Really, everyone was wonderful at the dealership! Not pushy or rushed, very patient. They helped us make a decision about the best options for us with the vehicle, financing and trade in. It was a great experience and we're so glad that we went to Friendly. Other dealerships we visited were condescending, slick and unhelpful. There's definitely a different atmosphere at Friendly. They are patient and very helpful!

Tom Muff excellent salesman

The salesman, Tom Muff, with whom I worked defied all the negative stereotypes about car (particularly used) salesmen. I was replacing a 19 year old car and was unfamiliar with the changes that had occurred in that period. He was patient, knowledgeable, and informational. I had many many questions and he never made me feel that I was wasting his time. When I first saw the car I eventually purchased it had not yet been priced. Tom gave me an estimate. When it was priced, it was $1,000 more. Tom spoke to management and they agreed to honor the price that had been quoted. The dealership only got a 4-star review because of a less than perfect experience with finance and service. Even though this was no longer Mr. Muff's responsibility, he stepped in to smooth out the wrinkles. Friendly Honda has a valuable asset in Tom Muff.

Have been to other dealers and always got the typical pushy sales person. The people at Friendly Honda are truly "friendly." Tom made the process easy and stress free. He was very helpful and knew exactly what car was perfect for our budget and family needs. I highly recommend Friendly Honda to anyone looking to lease or buy.

Friendly Honda Really is Friendly!

My daughter and I just had the BESt buying experience at Friendly Honda. Carlos Scaloni guided us through the process of replacing a 14 year old Civic with a new Honda Fit. He presented us with options in writing and helped us choose just the right car. I was surprised and very pleased at how quickly the whole process was completed. Carlos and the team at Friendly are terrific and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for a SCHEDULED oil change

The desk staff were very nice but it didn’t change the fact that I was getting out of there at 11 for an 8:30 scheduled oil change.

A big thanks to Dane, and all at Friendly Honda. I was looking for a second car (used). A Honda Fit just came in and I drove right over. It was a hit more than I wanted to spend, but after a few minutes there, I realized it was worth it. This was a dealer I could feel confident in. There was no hype, just straight talk. After a quick test drive, I put down a deposit. I test drove the Fit before they had time to service and prep it, and it was very good. After they serviced and prepped it, it was even better.

My CRV Saved my Life

I bought a Honda CRV from Tom Muff in 2016 & did not expect to be buying another a year later. While Tom's understanding of my needs was paramount the 1st time I purchased, it was even more special the 2nd. After my vehicle was struck, it rolled onto it's roof. I emerged from the wreckage unscathed. It made sense to buy the exact same car that saved my life and use the exact same salesman that brought the CRV into my life.

Wanting a more convenient ride then our truck and not willing to pay the $$$ for an RV, my husband and I decided to look at minivans. We narrowed it down to the Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna. Friendly's online inventory and our previous experience with them brought us back. We met Patrick who was informative, professional, and helpful in our decision making. Would they have charged me??!

I really do like Friendly Honda and would recommend however...,......last wk I took my car in. It had never not started but ever since I had a new key made it sounded different when starting so thought I'd have the battery checked. Little machine highly recommended new battery. Said to come back tomorrow and they could replace it. After leaving, I questioned if I hadn't replaced it before. Checked receipts and it was 2 yrs ago. Went back and they said oh, okay it's under warranty, no charge. Next day they replaced and presented a bill. I showed my old receipt and they said yes, under warranty. No charge. If I hadn't remembered, would they have charged me??? In this day and age of computers, don't you think that should show up under my car's history?
