Gary Yeomans Service Dept is lacking the sales Depts quality

I hate to give Gary Yeomans 1 star because their sales department is amazing. So this review is for their SERVICE DEPARTMENT! So I made an appointment for my truck that I spent 46K on at Gary Yeomans. I need a loaner truck so I have to make the appointment approximately a month in advance due to their short availability of loaners. So I called made the appointment and told them I would be dropping off my crew cab F250 and they told me they would provide me with a crew cab, whether if it was a F150 ( like I have gotten before) or an F250 ( which I’ve also gotten before). So I made an appointment to get my air conditioning fixed... for the 4th time within a couple months. I have brought my truck in for the exact same AC issue 3 times, this day being the 4th. Well they roll out an extended cab F150 which I tell them I cannot use due to my requirements and them telling me it would be a crew cab. They tell me that they are going to look for another vehicle that matches my trucks requirements and about after 45 minutes of waiting they told me they had nothing. So I tell them I would need to take my truck home if there wasn’t a loaner available to me that would work. They tell my okay, to go home and they tell call me when a truck that’s suitable comes in. So now, after driving to Gary Yeomans Service Department for the 4th time to have the same issue corrected.... I am leaving empty handed. So I just wasted my day and had to drive 20+ miles just to waste hours of my time. Now we are at the end of the week ( this occurred in the beginning) and I still haven’t heard anything back. So here I am with broken AC with the Service department telling me they have no trucks... in a parking lot full of trucks... during the middle of July. I have been a loyal Gary Yeomans shopper for quite some time but this is beginning to Definitely change my mind... Maybe I’ll take it to another Dealer to have the issue fixed correctly the first time and I wouldn’t have to go back 4 times...

Totaled my 2008 Lincoln MKX last week. Looking for a replacement. Did a little on-line research to see what was available at the different dealerships in Daytona. On Monday called Gary Yeoman's Lincoln and spoke with Charlotte D. Told her what I was looking for. Went in Tuesday and at that time Charlotte already had in mind several vehicles that fit what I wanted and were in my price range. She didn't try to get me to look at vehicles she knew I wasn't interested in or that were way out of my price range. After looking a several vehicles, I took notes and did some more research through kbb.com and Edmunds.com. In the end, purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKC that no doubt I will be very happy with. Looking for a personable, knowledgeable and helpful sales-person...Charlotte is awesome.

My dad always buys trucks from Dave! My dad called Dave knowing that I needed a new car and Dave was willing to stay after his scheduled time to help me. I told him what I wanted to see and he was great! He wasn’t pushy and did everything possible to make me happy! Everything went smooth and quick! BAIT AND SWITCH

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Total bait and switch by their sales department. BEWARE! After confirming PRICE and availability with 2 different salespeople, we decided to drive 125 miles one way to look at a SPECIFIC vehicle which we had referenced via the online ad and the associated stock number. We arrived at the dealership to discover the price was almost $14,000 more because of dealer added options which were NOT mentioned at any point by the salesperson or her manager. The advertised vehicle NEVER existed even though we were lured there by their online ad and the reassurances of two people. This was not a mistake or an oversight. The vehicle had been sitting in their inventory for 584 days (and when we arrived, on the showroom floor with a big sticker of almost $53K) so I'm sure any salesman worth their keep was aware of this vehicle having walked by it every day. Being VERY upset at their dishonesty and the fact that we had wasted our time and money to drive so far, they quickly offered other vehicles which we made clear we were NEVER interested in. AS A SIDE NOTE, we were attacked by 2 salespeople before we ever got out of our car, and when left the showroom, we were chased down by another salesperson who again tried to sell us a different vehicle. This is the classic BAIT AND SWITCH sales technique. We were lied to multiple times and they are outright frauds.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Fast Lane Service

This past experience was fantastic! Staff were all very professional, efficient and courteous. We were literally in and out in minutes. After the service was completed, the person who called me on my cell and did the paperwork behind the desk was excellent. She definitely is an asset to the company as well.

Salesmen were very polite very helpful. Listened to what I was looking for did not have one but within a few minutes located the vehicle I was looking for and arranged to have it there the next day. As promised it was there the next day. Were very fair on my trade in and with in a few hours drove away with my new 2019 transit connect. Both Erick's were great at what they do. We updated an existing Ford Fusion Hybrid (2013) to a gently used 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Mike Long has been our salesperson for all four purchases, (we also have a Ford Escape & a Ford Edge), and he is the reason we keep returning to this dealership. To Yeoman's credit, they all seem very pleasant to work with and really want you to leave happy. This particular purchase I felt they did not offered a very good deal at first, we were prepared to walk out and the deal got substantially better. I realize this is the norm for car purchases in general, but the difference between what the initial offer was and what we wound up with makes me think we would have been very foolish to take their first offer. So, I am happy with the car, very happy with the salesman (MIKE LONG), and a little less happy with the dealership on this transaction...(why I stole one star).
