My best car buying experience ever!!

Kyle(my Sales Rep.), Zach(Finance Rep.) and Brian & Wendy(Sales Managers) made it so easy to buy. I was in out in no time. This has to be my best buying experience EVER!! I you want to buy very nice pre-owned vehicle at a payment you can afford, this is the PLACE!! If you want No pressure and no B.S. come to Gateway Subaru!!

We just purchased a Outback at Gateway Subaru and it was a very pleasant experience. All of the folks we dealt with were so friendly. Jeff Little was so thorough in giving us a tutorial regarding all the options this car offers that are new to us. Zach Nagler was the finance guy, he was so easy to work with, and very personable, we actually felt like we had made a new friend by the end of our visit! I would definitely recommend this dealership! One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.

Great Experience

Usually when you buy a car you get stuck at the dealership for hours as they try to wear you down. None of that here. Don was upfront and honest about everything, the sales manager Brian was easy to deal with and the finance guy Zach got us in and out quickly. No pressure, honest, great deal on an Outback. We highly recommend Gateway.

This is our 2nd purchase of an Outback at Gateway, so obviously we had had a positive 1st impression. The 2nd time confirmed our earlier positive experience: both the dealership (and our salesman, Don Scullen) were excellent: thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable. The car was ready as expected, and the explanation of the new technologies was patient and complete. This kind of customer experience is changing the new car-buying process into something that is actually pleasant. We would highly recommend.

New Car Purchase

I am a long time Honda and Toyota owner, but I wanted to test drive a Subaru because my children both recently purchased one. I was very impressed with the car, the dealership, and especially with Steve Wergin, my sales rep. I admit that after just purchasing the vehicle, I am a bit overwhelmed with all the information, but Steve was very patient and explained everything to my satisfaction. He also made sure that I had much more than a basic understanding of the car before I drove off. Thanks for all your help.

A fantastic and very relaxing no pressure experience

We knew we wanted a Crosstrek and Jim Stein made the entire experience very simplistic. He was a pleasure to meet and provided all of the information that we needed and answered all of our questions in an easy to understand manner especially the implementation of the bluetooth. Tracy also provided very straightforward explanations of financials and the options available. The entire experience was very relaxing and there was absolutely no pressure. Our tour of the Gateway facility was also greatly appreciated.

We stopped in to check out the Outbacks and within a very short time, we were the proud owners of a 2018 Outback. Everything went very smoothly, and Kyle Hutchins was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, but more importantly, he was easy to work with and accommodating. We were treated very well by everyone that we met. Great Customer Service

Came to Gateway to have my 2015 Outback serviced. Once at the dealership the sales staff informed me that the 2018's had arrived. After a discussion about all the new upgrades Lance was able to locate me exactly the model and color I wanted and negotiated a good deal on my trade-in. This is my second purchase from this dealership and I'm sure it will not be my last.

Wendy Schiavone welcomed me into the dealership and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of Subaru products as well as processes involved in automotive sales. This is the 4th Subaru Outback I have purchased at this dealership and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Of course, excellence starts at the top with Wendy Schiavone...she is knowledgeable about her products, responds to calls and questions in a timely manner and is always friendly and helpful in the process. Jim Stein, our salesperson, is professional, efficient, personable, and has the highest integrity you could want or expect. In addition, Zach Nagler, provides the financial assistance needed without being overbearing, yet informative and helpful. What can I say?....this dealership has it together!
