Absolute terrible customer service. I've taken my vehicle in two days attempting to buy tires and have them mounted and balanced and they sat around with their thumbs in their a.... and didn't get the job done. When confronted, Jason (the service rep) was extremely rude and offered no help but an empty promise of getting it done the next day by closing. I would not recommend spending any time or money there. Completely unprofessional and unhonest.

Rude and overpriced

Male service-salesman on 9-28-17 lunchtime was rude and demeaning in his comments.i asked if he could match prices of other local dealers..he said sounds like you are not going to be doing business with us anyways..i was simply inquiring about pricing and responding to a "winning" flyer in the mail with buyback offer. I was not rude and stated I had a good sense of humor in regards to the "non-winner" scratch off..I never got to look at pricing of what was on lot so I went out in pouring rain and looked myself before leaving.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Thiefs. Lying thiefs.

This company refuses to provide the carfax on any vehicle. Not only that, but in the state of Alaska they are legally required to give you a Damage Disclosure on any vehicle that's been damaged, which these people do not. Which is illegal. Then when you call them on their funny business you get told to F&$k off over the phone by the manager.

I would not recommend this dealer.

2017 Jeep

Repair

Took my 2016 jeep wrangler in for the passenger side door lock falling off around end of October service desk was quick to help with issue go to pick up my jeep to be told about a recall that they must order parts for and have to order parts to fix the door. A month later is next appt they have my jeep from 730am-6pm to call me & tell me they don't have the right parts to fix it so reschedule appt for the 13th of Dec get a call the day prior parts haven't arrived rescheduled for 20 Dec take truck in 730am to get a phone call at 530 pm that parts are still missing for the repair of my door. Last time I ever bring my vehicle to that garbage service department

Bad service and a lot of lies thrown around. I had warranty on one of the parts, but they brazenly claimed that it wasn't covered. Technician waited several hours to approach the front office regarding our parts coverage through our insurance (because he didn't want to "waste" his time and not get paid). And had left our car un-tended to or even informing us of the issue. It was only when we had approached them that we had found out about the status of our vehicle, it turns out, the front office was completely baffled as us. We wanted to cancel when the technician said it would take an hour and half to get the parts installed and added "but whatever, they can cancel". We proceeded with getting it fixed under the impression that this time it would be finished within the time frame or was originally supposed to take. An hour and forty five minutes into our waiting time, we were informed that there was q major issue with an extra part that needed to be replaced ASAP. We were at the dealer two weeks prior to our appointment, and had nothing said or shown in our paperwork that this was a crucial replacement that had to be done. It negligence on the part of their technician to not document and report such a finding. The consequences for not getting it repaired can lead to an accident. Giving a repair shop your vehicle is basically trusting them with your life as well as those in it.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Exceptional fortitude to customer

We Would purchase again. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and personable. He made the buying process fairly painless and helped me see what all my options were. He even took time after the sale was finalized to show me how to use the pick-up's special features and where the important information is in the getting to know your pick-up manual.

Competent, courteous sales rep - knowledgeable finance manager. Sales rep stayed late and did not push me whatsoever. All my paperwork was completed and ready for me to sign when I was ready. Both offered me options to choose from without being aggressive.
