For vehicle purchases or service you can't beat Gerald Nissan of North Aurora! Chris Taylor sold a Nissan Sentra to me and the customer service was simply outstanding!! I plan to upgrade at this dealership in the very near future.

Excellent Service no long waiting time

Very pushy, unprofessional, disrespectful

Management very unprofessional, disrespectful, not courteous to ones situation. I was treated as if I did not matter to the company. Have been going here for a couple years now, and it seems their respect and professional were chucked out the window. No care given. I will not go back every again

Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had

Just purchased a 2017 Rogue SL and I am very excited to have had no doubt the best car buying experiencing thus far. I've bought cars in the past and I always felt like bait in a shark tank. Not a fun feeling and at the least could be described as stressful. This time around was much more relaxing and enjoyable if you can call spending $$$$ enjoyable. Special thanks to Dan Conro and Alexander True, some very good and straight shooting guys. I did a lot of homework and preparation before making my final decision and these guys understood. I started online working with Dan and he understood my needs and was extremely helpful with every question and request I had which made making my decision all that much easier. Afterwards, working with Alexander continue to make the purchase process seamlessly and enjoyable. Alexander took us on a test drive, explained everything, handled all of the paper work and really added onto that feeling we had of enjoyment. Although we where offered extras, no one was pushy and simply explained the product, and if we declined, we simply moved on to the next step. Thank you both Dan and Alexander as well as Sunny Phetthongsy and Matt Coneys for all your help and we'll be enjoying our 2017 Rogue SL for hopefully many years to come.

Awesome and Excellent Experience!!!

What can I say...I will describe my experience with Jose by saying this...you will have an amazing experience! Period! From the start (over the phone) I described what I was looking for as I had intentions of buying the Maxima. He not only was patient and provided me his utmost attention to detail, but my request of a panoramic sunroof, midnight package on a 2017 Maxima Platinum or SL. We went on a test drive as he described the differences in features of the SL, SR, Platinum and ultimately he suggested that i go with the SL. He is always available from pre and post sale. The closing was extremely painless as Tamer is fantastic along with his staff. ALL of Jose's colleagues and fianance personnel all greeted me with open arms. I can't thank each and every person that spoke with me and said hi to me. Sales and Service departments are super clean!!! Vehicles are easy to get to from the front of the store...The experience was nothing but awesome!!!!

Got the Monarch Orange Rogue and a Great Deal!

I started online with Dan Conro and he called back and told me Gerald Nissan has a Rogue that has almost everything I want. I made appointment to discuss a deal. Dan greeted me and said the car is here. He introduced me to Karim Helmy. We sat down and I explained what I was looking for and the price I wanted to pay. I had done my homework on Nissan USA and knew msrp and what my car was worth. Karim took me on test drive and answered all my questions. After he wrote down all my details and took them to the manager. When he came back he had the figures and said taking the offer of 0%/ 72mos would give me the greatest saving. I appreciate the honesty they displayed in not only trying to sell a car, but give me the deal I could get. Karim was honest and forthright with me on the whole deal. I can't say that about other dealer in St Charles. Karim took me out to service and introduced me to Matt. Both Karim and Matt have kept me up to date on the parts ordered to complete my wish list. They've gone above and beyond to make my experience the best I've had buying a car. Thank you Gerald Nissan!

Great service

I came in a week ago to refinance my old 2007 fusion to seek out a lower interest rate and they surpassed my expectations, not only did they drop my interest rate from 24% to 8% but I was able to choose from a new car of my selection to trade in my old car and refinance my loan and I left that day with a 2017 Nissan Altima and I couldn't be any happier with my purchace, Karim Helmy couldn't have helped me out any more than he did. Not only was he kind and funny but had great patience with the whole process and really showed professionalism making sure the customers are happy, if anyone wants to leave with a car the same day they walk in I recommend you set up and appointment with Karim Helmy. Great guy, nothing but good vibes over there.

I asked Jose Valdovino if it's possible he could find me a work van for work in heating and air. Little to my belief he not only found it rite away,the van had inside cabinetry and all the space and shelving I needed.if that doesn't speak volumes on fantastic customer service. Then your from a different planet. Thanks Jose for the speedy service. Highly recommended.

Worst automotive service

Went to get a diagnosis for my car first person told me 80$ the next person said 160$. They came back with a list of things that i was not interested in & & the problem they insisted was the reason my car kept cutting off had just been fixed the day before & didnt solve the problem so i knew that was a wrong. Long story short after i told them that diagnosis was wrong the manager (tom) said to let them fix it for 425$ & if it doesn't help we'll go from there. Never guaranteeing me anything. #Waist & poor customer service.
