Could not be happier

I had actually put a deposit on another VW at another dealer but just felt uneasy about it. Had this weird feeling like I was being "taken". The salesman at Gervais (Will Lepene) was phenomenal. Not only did he NOT speak poorly of the other dealer, he took the time to show me everything I needed to know about his stock and the pricing. Additionally, the Sales Manager (Bobby) gave me a great deal and I just felt like they were working to give me the best deal possible while still maintaining their margins. I hadn't felt that way previously. They stayed late, were honest and even made the inspection process easier for me. As a woman, you sometimes feel like you're at the mercy of the salesman. Not once did I feel that way and it turns out (after having the car looked at by a mechanic friend), I got an awesome deal. Five stars all the way across the board!!

Software update to Alltrack

What a wonderful experience! I sent an email to the GM "Bobby" My Bluetooth in my new 2017 AllTrack stopped working, he responded to me on his day off... he booked me a service appointment, all I needed to do was show up. I showed up just before 2pm they took me right in "No Waiting" the whole sales and service team was so hospitable, I didn't feel like I was bringing my car in for service, but was visiting some great friends. As a long time Customer Service Manager, this is what I call "Customer Service"!!! After the Diesel mess I truly did not plan to buy another VW, I'm glad my son talked me into going to Gervais, they changed my mind!!!!!!!!!!

So impressed by the service department at Gervais!! Could not have felt more cared for. Very professional. Carefully explained what they were going to do with the car. Everything was handled perfectly -- and, when i picked the car up? They'd washed it. Gerais has earned my loyalty. Will never bring my Passat anywhere else.

They mis-aligned my wheels on a new vehicle and caused me...

They mis-aligned my wheels on a new vehicle and caused me to have to replace my tires at 26k miles. Then told me it was my fault.
